It WORKS!!
This hypnosis has allowed me to stop smoking cigarettes in days and it’s been relatively painless!!
Help
First of all this does not work for me, second you charged me again and I had cancelled my subscription. Yet cannot cancel the app, cause at 72 I cannot figure out how to cancel. I am retired on a fixed income and don’t want this service anymore due to price. Tell me how to cancel and recoup my money. You should be ashamed stealing money from the elderly!
Miss the infinite loop that played all night.
I love this app and have been using it over a year. It has helped reduce cravings and I’ve lost over 50 pounds with this, diet and exercise. I do however miss the infinite loop of affirmations. It used to play all night. Now even on infinite loop it stops. I’m one of those people that needs noise to sleep so once it stops, I’m awake! I was sleeping so good for a while but since the change it has affected the quality of sleep since I wake up and have to put it back on a few times a night.
No weight loss
I’ve been listening for 87 consecutive days now and only lost 3lb overall. Rather disappointed but it is nice to fall asleep too just shame it hasn’t helped with the weight loss
Unsure about this app.
I know different people respond differently to things such as hipnosis, but since I’ve gotten this app I have not had one decent, or even fair night of sleep. The voice is soothing, the vocabulary and speech also affirming, however…I have lost an incredible amount of sleep since starting this. I’m going to try it for a little longer but not happy with what I’ve paid for. If I continue not sleeping I’ll be contacting the developer or who ever for a refund. Disappointed 😔
Unbelievable
First, I weighed myself 278 disappointed, because that day I was under control and snacking and snacking, then I started my‘s. I turned it on. It was 9:30 PM and I started listening and I went into a deep sleep that I did not wake up until the next day five in the morning. I was so excited. that I had slept. And in the morning I got on the scale. I dropped 5 pounds. incredible but It Works!

I used this every night for six months without fail, and I got zero results from it. Don’t waste your money.
Fantastic night time wind down
Adding this into my nighttime routine 22 days ago has helped me step into my power and start living in alignment pursuing my purpose
Not helping
Advertising was misleading. Haven’t lost any weight at all. Hunger and appetite just the same. The quiet purring voice is relaxing enough, but doesn’t off any real help.
Only one problem for me
I do like using Kure in my desire to lose weight. The meditations are good UNTIL, in the affirmations, it always says I feel sexier. My journey has nothing to do with being sexy. I have sexual trauma in my past and every time I hear that voice say that, it snaps me out of the trance. I may have to stop using it.

They refuse to give you a refund even when they know full well they can. Don't use them!
Sleeping well
I’m noticing a shift in my thoughts on food but mostly I’m sleeping better which is wonderful. I had complained about the lack of tech support but I did get that taken care of.
Shady cancellation process
I paid for the 3 month option. I ended up not using it after a few weeks. The day before it was supposed to renew, per what it says in my account, they started hitting my bank for the renewal. My bank blocked it thinking it was fraud. However, when I went online via how they say to cancel it’s giving me no options to cancel anymore. I’ve tried via 3 different browsers. No options to contact them either.
App support doesn’t work
When it gets to “choose up to three things” it gets stuck.
Remarkable
I was a little skeptical but hopeful that this app would be worthwhile. My experience has been great - the app is easy as is customizing the programs and boosters. I lost weight (no easy thing at 66) and sleep better. Highly recommend.
No way to cancel!
I haven’t used this app, which doesn’t work, in at least 6 place months and was charged $48 for a subscription that I can’t find a way to cancel! Help!

I am starting out with my characteristic scepticism, but there’s something novel about the experience, and a strong sense that this is right for me!
Subscription based app
The app itself is fine but they are not transparent that this is a subscription model. I was under the impression that it was a one time payment, and did not expressly authorize the app to charge me monthly.
Expensive!
I was happy to pay $30 for the first few months and I finished the programs I was using. I deleted and no subscriptions showed on my Apple account. Then I get his with over $90 in fees. You have to go through the app to a website to cancel each subscription or you’re charged continuously. You cannot delete through the app like most subscriptions.
Helpful customer service
There was a mixup on my account and customer service took care of it quickly. Thank you!
Unauthorized Charges
I just noticed they have been randomly billing me to the tune of almost $200 over the since November 2025. I was looking into app and never used!
Just started
I just started day one. It’s easy to follow. They need to stop trying to sell loads of extra stuff when you sign up. It cheapens the experience.
App Crashes when hit Profile
New subscriber, every time I hit “profile” the app closes out. Where do I get my subscription & other account data? Have high hopes for this app. Not off to a good start, when basic account info isn’t accessible. Red flag but I hope I’m wrong. I Will come back & update rating/review if/when I hear from someone or issue is resolved.

Great so far… but … Sexier??
I’ve been using this app for a couple of weeks and definitely my cravings for junk food have lessened and I seem to crave fresh food. However, I kind of giggle every time the voice says, “every day I feel sexier. “. Sexier? Not everybody wants or needs to feel sexier. I just find this odd. What if I was a fat nun? Overall good app though.
Doesn’t help lose weight
I purchased a three month sub subscription have been listening to it for six weeks. It has not helped me lose a single pound. The only thing I can say about this is that it is very relaxing and does help me go to sleep. So if you want to hypnosis to help you sleep, this is a good app for that, but don’t expect it to help you lose any weight
Not effective for me
Unfortunately, maybe I’m one of the rare people who it doesn’t work for. But I just didn’t have any effectiveness from it. I was very hopeful and open to it. It just didn’t work for me.
Miracle
I purchased the app. It didn't work. Their support couldn't help. Refunded my money and the out of the blue. I get a trial offer and it works. So I'm back on track. My DIL is dying of cancer right now and I need this to at least calm my body and mind. I know I will be the only female in our family to help my 5 granddaughters get through this. It's been a long 7 years. All prayers appreciated.✝️💟☮️

I paid, went to start it, & it won’t work unless you buy something else (which I won’t) It should be illegal.

After contacting customer service they resolved my problem. Very happy with result. Great service.
Did not get the expected product
I ordered a program to help quit vaping as that’s what the ad said and the questions I filled out but the program is to help quit smoking cigarettes so it’s not really useful as it relates a lot to cigarettes and features of smoking cigarettes like the smell or the feel of the paper. If it was for vaping I think it would be good.
Meh
I have done about 26 days on it. I have lost maybe two kg so not overly effective as stated. But i guess the end of my “cheap trial” has ended. I wasn’t aware that i was getting it one time cheaper. It just tried to take $70 out of my account twice. If i had known it was that dear I wouldn’t have bothered for the 2kg I lost. Did cut back my sugar cravings tho
Problem fixed
There was a problem opening the app. It was fixed quickly with an update. No problems.
Trying to cancel
I installed a trial version. When I try to cancel it, instructions are to go to my Settings, Subscriptions, select Kure and cancel it. Well, Kure is NOT SHOWN there, even though the app icon is on my screen. I went to their website, but had never created an account there, so now I’m lost. I sent an email asking to cancel, we’ll see what happens.
Didn’t work great for me but worth a try
The app is easy to use and relaxing, I fell asleep with it. I did not lose weight or notice a change in my habits but I know that different people are susceptible to different levels of hypnosis effectives. If you do a discounted trial to start, please make sure to note the renewal policy and cancel before the renewal period. If it is not working for you. When I had an issue, customer service was helpful.
Not working
Definitely not working for me. I’m on day 17. Nothing has changed. In fact I’ve gained 8 pounds.
Irritating
I like the idea of this but unfortunately the voice, accent and vocal mannerisms of the man reading the evening session is incredibly irritating. It’s like listening to nails on a chalkboard and it makes me incredibly tense listening to it. Not sure I can continue to do so.

Expensive for robot voices.
You would save yourself a lot of money just getting AI to read you some hypnosis scripts which are all freely available. It’s ok. But expensive for what it is. The robot voices are off-putting. And they do their best to make it hard to unsubscribe. Can’t do it from the app. Pushes you to website. And even then.
Three days in and nothing so far
I’ve got a few hypnosis apps and this one isn’t truly hypnosis. It’s more affirmations based. There’s no countdown to a deeper state of mind. It just jumps into advice and then affirmations. I’m not sure it’ll work for me. I’ll keep trying it but so far I’m not convinced.
Helpful for me
The hypnosis puts me to sleep right away and only time will tell if it's helping me to loose weight. I've tried several apps and have decided to keep Kure!

No way to cancel. No working customer service number. No option in app to cancel service. Product quality poor. 2 years later still being billed for service i don’t want.

Not hypnosis
I was really hoping for a hypnosis app. It isn’t hypnosis. It can be meditative. AI voice intonation is mostly good but irritating at times, some sentences consistently strange sounding. Cost is high for what it is.
