Esta app promete mucho, cumple poco. Son rutinas buenas, progresivas y accesibles. El problema es que tienes que dejar de entrenar un día porque jamás carga. Al siguiente día funciona, dos días después o al siguiente otra vez no carga.
Calming movements
It’s only day one’s exercises, but they are calming and relaxing. A welcome respite during the day. The app lets you schedule when you will do the 7-8 minute group of movements. I hope I can find that scheduling to make it more realistic for me.
Unexpected subscription
So the app was £9.99 I used it for 4 weeks and found it not very useful But as I paid for the 4 weeks tried it and not much progress Then unexpectedly today £44.99 has been taken out my account A few days prior to the trial expiring and getting a chance to cancel it I’m now left trying to chase a refund Would I recommend the app maybe for the 9.99 as to use a tracker but would I say it’s worth £44.99 a month almost £600 a year ABSOLUTELY NOT !!!!

Time between movements
I feel rushed between movements. The announcer doesn’t tell you when the movement is complete…they just go right into the next one leaving me to feel like I’m scrambled to get back up, or get on the floor. It would also be nice to know which movement has weights and which one does not before the motion starts.

Boring with little variety. Absolutely nothing special, absolutely not worth paying a cent. You can find better workouts for free on YouTube. Nothing like what the ads for it make it seem like on Insta. Don’t fall for it.

I’ve been using this fasting app and absolutely love it. It’s incredibly easy to follow, simple to use and has helped me stay consistent with my fasting routine. The reminders and clear layout make it effortless to keep on track. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to start or maintain intermittent fasting

I’ve only recently started, and the videos are easy to follow and to stay up with the instructor. My heart is beating at an increased rate without making me feel like I over did it. This will be an easy routine to incorporate into the daily schedule, even when on vacation.

Good content, but buggy
Overall, I really like the app and have been using it for over 2 years. However, it’s been buggy (activity programs don’t load, links are not working, etc.) and it’s difficult to get support (even chat support has issues, FAQs are not up to date, etc.)
Be careful
The app is useful and offers good advice for food/exercise but they will scam you with the billing! You have to keep a very clear view of what they are charging you! It suddenly becomes extortionate in price but you only know when you have already paid! A LOT!

Tai Chi
I had misgivings about Tai Chi, but am really getting into it!! Haven’t worked out in 15 yrs (I’m 79) and feel this is doing so much good!!
Impossible to cancel or get a response
I keep getting monthly charges for $44 and didn't realize this was an app. They don't communicate with email and there is no email support or phone number to call. I'm over $300 in and trying to get my account canceled but keep getting reoccurring charges. Sadly I am going to escalate to the BBB to hopefully get this company to respond to my request to cancel. Deleting the app alone doesn't work.

Not worth the money
Terrible customer service and app is not helpful especially for intermittent fasting no flexibility on what hours you want. Terrible customer service too.
Could be better
I signed up based on wanting to progress my wall Pilates. The programme is limited and once you’ve done the first month it just repeats so there is no progression. The instruction could also be improved as the moves are not always properly demonstrated so your not sure off your doing it correctly. On some moves they describe making these moves more difficult but only describe this and never show you. Overall I found the app disappointing for the cost and decided to not renew.

I canceled and was charged highly
I did get the app and was using it for a couple weeks. Once I realized the real full price I cancelled my script. I was charged initial $18.99 then $79.99 same day I started. For first 3 mths. That’s my faught I didn’t read everything. But after canceling 2mths later I was charged $79.00 and $199.99 same day. When ask them to refund this they said it’s an automatic renew and it’s my fault. They are willing to give me lifetime access a cost of ($249.) sad. A scam

Update – 13.02.2026 Seit Anfang Januar teste ich die App im Alltag. Das Eintragen der Mahlzeiten ist nach wie vor ziemlich aufwändig, da weiß man abends wenigstens, was man getan hat. Die KI ist bemüht, trifft aber oft kreative Entscheidungen, die mit meinem Teller wenig zu tun haben. Eine Korrekturfunktion wäre dringend nötig. Fazit: Aktuell fühlt es sich eher so an, als wären wir Nutzer Teil eines Feldversuchs. Bei über 40 € hätte ich fast erwartet, dass die Entwickler uns eine Aufwandsentschädigung zahlen, statt das als Abo zu kassieren. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn aus dem Feldversuch bald eine rund laufende App wird, das Potenzial ist definitiv da. Ich versuche mich seit zwei Wochen an diese App zu gewöhnen, nicht ganz freiwillig, da im Anmeldeprozess meiner Meinung nach nicht deutlich genug auf das kostenpflichtige Abo hingewiesen wurde, Ü40€/Monat. Was mich besonders nervt, dass manuelle erfassen von Mahlzeiten! Alle Nährwerte müssen selbst eingegeben werden, woher diese Informationen kommen sollen, bleibt offen. Die KI Funktion ist grundsätzlich eine gute Idee , erkennt aber zB ein Hacksteak als Schnitzel, keine Korrektur möglich…. Hier besteht deutlich Verbesserungsbedarf. Fastenzeiten lassen sich im Nachhinein umständlich korrigieren. Mein Fazit: Gute Ansätze, aber in der Umsetzung eher anstrengend als hilfreich.

This program is wonderful! I tried another program and quickly returned to RH. Love the food options with recipes and the pace of the daily program. My balance and wellbeing has improved significantly.
Fraud
This company charge me back to back charges for a product I didn’t ask for. The refused to cancel or give my money back Flash forward a year later the charge me $159 out of no where. I don’t even use thief product. Don’t get it unless you want to have to cancel your credit card.

Fitnessprogramm völlig ohne Konzept
Ich habe schon verschiedene Sportprogramme ausprobiert, sei es als App oder im Studio. Diese App war nicht ganz schlecht bewertet, ich habe aktuell wenig Zeit pro Tag, also klangen kurze, tägliche Einheiten ganz attraktiv. Mein Eindruck nach 3, 4 Tagen war und der bestätigt sich jeden Tag: da hat ein Programm einfach nach Zufallsprinzip täglich eine leicht unterschiedliche Anzahl an Übungen zusammengewürfelt. Das Ganze hat m.E. überhaupt kein Konzept, es wird wild zwischen den unterschiedlichen Übungen hin und her gesprungen… eine Übung im Liegen, die nächste im Stehen, dann doch wieder im Liegen… einmal sind die linken seitlichen Bauchmuskeln dran, aber die analoge Übung für die rechte Seite gibt’s weder an dem Tag noch am nächsten… etc.pp. Ich werde definitiv nicht verlängern, da gibt‘s besseres.

I keep trying to cancel this service because I don't use it and it's expensive. When I ask to cancel they sat someone will call me in 5 days to figure out if I really want to cancel... YES I want to cancel NO I am not waiting 5 days. Totally a waste...

Not user friendly at all - beware of auto renewal without reminders!
I forgot why I cancelled my subscription last time and now I remember - there is very little customization you can do in the meal plan - I tried to switch what I ate but it would only let me replace with four other things and not from the whole recipe list (was on my meal plan from the day before) - same thing happens when I try to customize my meal plan - I don’t have access to choose from the whole list. While it’s nice to have ingredients by recipe there needs to be an all option as grocery shopping is impossible unless you add it all up and write it out. The major issue I have is with the business practice - they do not remind you of the renewal date to allow you to cancel in time…every other app I sign up for reminds me - I got hit with a 200$ renewal they refuse to refund so if you do sign up make sure to set your own reminder in case you do not want to renew (although my locations law requires reminders which their terms and conditions page say they follow)

It’s a great level for beginners and I see it and getting harder as I go.
Buyer Beware
They are all about money. I paid $21 to try just the tai chi. Then they start emailing you and texting you about all this other stuff. They offer a free nutritionist consult, which is really just to get you to pay $1800 for it. They renewed my plan, which I wasn’t expecting as I had purposely only purchased for one month. Then they with $85 from my account for a 3 month renew. I’ve been trying to get a refund but am stuck in an AI automated email loop.

Would be great if: -shopping list compiles all items as opposed to individual, repetitive items for each recipe -review recipes/titles for missing items, spelling errors, missing instructions -provide access to past days to update missing records -recipe search can’t find some past recipes I’ve tried, search ability needs to be refined
