Helpful
This app will definitely help me lose weight. I love the information and the tips highly recommend and I’ve tried a lot of other apps.
Scam
This site advertises a 12 week plan not 12 month plan for 62.99. There is not customized plan. It spits the same feedback each meal and does not offer anything better than Other apps. Also, when you go to cancel it offers a 14.99 yearly plan to stay. Such a rip off. Yeah and no weight lost.
Food tracking
This app lets you be as involved as you want. Give insight into how you could improve your meals
Wonderful app
Amazing app, full of great information! You can input food, get recommendations and recipes and totally helps keeping you on track
Workin on it
Not bad. Will contribute more as I work through this
Awesome
So easy to use and track food
App won’t load with live links
The App will not load with live links or data. Just a page that you can do anything with. The first day it would sometimes load but over the weekend it was completely useless. Perhaps the server was having problems but it is concerning that no one was monitoring it over the weekend.
Hoping
I was hoping there would be suggested recipes to choose from for breakfast, lunch and dinner but there isn’t. Otherwise there are suggestions to add to your meal.
No fiber tracking!
Disappointed that I made a impulse buy of this app for $30. The food tracking system does not include fiber, which seems like a basic function that should be provided in a nutrition app. There’s also an angle that it’s supposed help with cortisol and lymph flow, which does not seem to really be the case. Additionally, they keep trying to upsell more products within the app. Wish I had done more research before my purchase.
Improve food intake
I find this app helpful in managing my food choices. The recipes are easy to follow and does indicate serving sizes. My weight loss is slow however I focus more on the good nutrition. The quick message on how to Improve each meal is very useful. Groceries on a fix income is a challenge. I found daily weight could be reduce to perhaps twice a week or even weekly for a more encouraging outlook. Recipe include turmeric which is helpful to me. The food recording keeps me accountable for my choices. Do I cheat ? Yes! Do I record those ? Yes! I have more energy, less achy, better digestion. Thank you. It is worth noting that water intake has to be individuals as certain health condition limits fluid intake.I started the exercises and some of those need to offer modifications for us seniors. A helpful addition would be for scan meals to add suggested portion for those recipes outside the application . Folks that is it for today!
It’s a great day to be alive.
using this app at first, I was skeptical because it’s just another app right no this is not just another app. It is very informative. It helps me even out my meals. Tell me exactly how many carbs how much sugar on consuming it’s very very helpful for a diabetic like me. Give it a try! You’ll be glad you did!
Bad Billing Practices
I did not appreciate being charged by this app a second time even after I unsubscribed (or so I thought) and deleted it. If you’re not careful, you may sign up via email/browser, and then it is not easy to track in your Apple “subscriptions” area. The app is also AI slop. You can get much the same for free with other apps.
Formula Review
Hopefully this is the plan that will finally help me lose weight!
Do not get if you’re in Canada
It’s easy to log things but the database is not very extensive and has no Canadian chains or foods. I accidentally signed up for the year and they refused to refund me. Be careful when signing up, they are sneaky in adding extras in there. I would stick with MFP.
Wayne
I will in a month! For now I like the way the App interacts with your choices of meal, and that it reminds you to enter your meal.
Seems simple!
So far I’ve just had to add a couple of items I regularly eat that were not in the app. But it gives very specific directions. Strait forward is what I need. 😊
Useless
It doesn’t track the information. The only good thing about it is that you are accountable for inputting the amount of water you drink the food you eat the amount of calories in your activity, but where is the tracking? It’s only useful if you can see your progress and you can see what areas you need to work on just putting the information in is useless I’m deleting the app
Quality app
I have been using this app for a week and feel pretty good about it. I like that it sends me reminders to log my meals and encouragement to log all activity and water intake too. It’s easy to use and has been a value-add to my day
Not really worth subscription
I wouldn’t choose this app over any of the free calorie tracking apps like LoseIt. Their food catalogue isn’t very extensive and their tips are very obvious. I thought this app was going to provide me with recipes and and grocery lists and stuff, but it doesn’t. The articles are fine but they don’t really tell you more than you already know - especially if you’re in tune with your body. It’s fine, but it’s nothing special.
Review
Weight loss It’s taken me a we while to work out how to use the app, my daughter has shown me how to use properly. Give me a week to get to know more. Tiny
Accountability
Great way to track your food intake, nice reminders
I tried to cancel this
I do not want this app, I tried to cancel it. I downloaded it again but it is still not in my subscriptions. Cancel this!
Like
I liked the “report card comment” after meals. It tells you what went well and how to improve it slightly next time.
Be careful
It put me on a diet I did not want to- carnivore. It is an automatic subscription that you can not get refunded if you say you did not know so be careful.
Americanised
I find the recipes to Americanised for me with many products I wouldn’t use. I won’t be renewing my subscription. Thank you
Love it
Formula is very helpful in helping me manage my type 2 diabetes. I love the app and recommend it highly!
Scam
Scammmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Starting out
Positive for success
Poor database
Scanning foods with the barcode reader was poor. Usually couldn’t find the food. When you enter the details manually, the app crashes. Tried 3-4 times and it isn’t a quick process. Logged a ticket, never heard back. Poor service and poor generally. I’d recommend giving it a miss and use My Fitness Pal. Disappointed.
Please don’t waste your money or time
I am disappointed go hit with a heap Of Little charges for stuff you can get free online, asked these muppets and was told to pretty much deal With it….just eat meat and save your money
Off to a good start
So far so good! The app is easy to use even for one like myself who is not tech savvy!
Ripoff
Looked at this. Decided not to use. Now being$31.99 a month for cheap ineffective ap.
recipes
The recipes that I got with my app for a little short, it’s not food that I would normally eat so I have to come up with my own recipes. I wish this app had a little more food and recipes that I would enjoy.
Formula is great
I found this app kept me accountable only thing is having to pay for logging food I don’t like I already paid for the app once I am not paying again
Good start
I feel that portion sizes would be helpful. Food list is very small. Restaurant foods and grocery foods in other countries are not available!
worth the trial
Learned a lot from entering what I routinely eat from breakfast lunch dinner and snack. Once log it gives you suggestions on what to add and consider to meet protein and limit stress. Other suggested activities are worth considering. Entering a consistent small routine changes for healthy living. Customer service an ACE.
Never really going to use this
Really didn’t give it any type of chance
Formula
The app is very instructive and easy to use
Warning: additional purchases required
Be prepared to pay additional add ons to your paid plan to access things you need to actually reach the goals they have set you! … I was impressed with the app, and purchased a plan. Only to be take to further payment add ons - this felt disingenuous. I emailed for a refund as I was not prepared to pay multiple payments for the changes initially promised. The refund was not granted. I’m sure the app is good - but be upfront with the costs required.
Great app
Great app in all fairness scan the barcode and it’s all added up for you . Makes it so much easier to track calories . It’s a little pricey but that’s expected . Could do with some recipes maybe or advice with weight loss . Other than that it’s a good app
Health and weight
Open using this for a few days now and what I see is somebody watches what I put down in if it's a computer or not I don't know but they tell me better choices. They congratulate me for the choices that I make this app is really awesome and it's teaching me how to eat to make a diet to live by. i'm very thankful that I found this app.

Rating
Great so far
Not clear enough around billing
I don’t even recall signing up to be billed by this app. Was debited $69. Went back and checked my emails, no notification of rebelling
Purchase of app
I purchased the 12 week option. However, a further $45 was processed on my card thankfully unsuccessfully even though I didn't select any extra items.
Lovin Formula 😎
Formula is great keeping me on track with my daily diet! Let the weight loss begin and the belly disappear, lol!
This is not for me
This site helps with weight loss. I am looking to increase muscle mass and gain weight. I was not notified of this slant toward weight loss when I signed up for this app, I am disappointed.
New user
Gives me the tracking I need and the suggestions I been looking for
Limited and addition purchases
Compared to myfitnesspal and ChatGPT I found the app fairly rudimentary in its macro tracking - it has some nice recipes and feedback ideas on how to make your intake more Mediterranean, however felt duped by other app purchases popping up which if you don’t read carefully or are in a hurry you may buy by mistake.
Linking health apps
It does not allow you to link more health apps. I have an iPhone and it will only allow me to link my health app on the phone but I have an HUAWEI fitness tracker that would be more beneficial to have linked to Formula.
