Customer Service
I got a 3 month free trial and within the first day trying it- I realized it just wasn’t for me. It’s a great app but it just wasn’t what I was looking for. I should’ve cancelled right then and there but I didn’t and I had completely forgotten about it until I just got charged today. Naturally, losing $80 on something I never used was a hard pill to swallow. I contacted customer service and they were nice enough to offer a 20% goodwill refund. I tried to get a full refund and they were very understanding and even though it’s against their guidelines- they went higher and offered a 50% refund. That’s extremely generous considering it was my fault. They honestly didn’t have to offer any refund at all. So even though I still have to lose $40, I’m very grateful to get anything back at all. This whole process took 10 minutes. Their customer service is quick and understanding and I’m very thankful to be dealing with such a good company.
DO NOT USE
I canceled my subscription months ago and randomly got charged $120. Mind you one subscription is $39.99 and I got charged three separate times in one day. I reached to the customer service email and I am just getting the run around. It’s always “we are sending this to one of our specialists” only to have to restart the entire process again. Im stuck in limbo right now trying to get my money back. Do not use this app. They make it so difficult to cancel your subscription and charge you randomly. There are many other places to get meal advice from. THIS APP IS NOT IT. 10/10 would never recommend.
Works!
Constructive feedback Been using this and am losing. Really enjoying food and recipes are easy with lots of variety. It’s pretty great! Minuses: when choosing meals, you can search only for recommended meals. But I’ve used meals in your app that I liked that don’t come up in the search. I can only find them again if I flag them as a favorite and look under that list. I’d love to find all options in the search for things. So if I have salmon I can see all options for preparing it, not just a select few. And I’d love a search under favorites as that list is getting long and a lot to scroll through. I also don’t love the weight tracker. I want to see the bigger loss from start to present, not just the loss over the last week.
Nope
Wasted money - recipes are bogus unless you have never cooked and have no clue about ingredients or how to use them. Everything is an “add-on” with nothing to make adding worthwhile. Biggest mistake
Lots of bugs
I like the app, but I’m finding a lot of bugs with it. The calories aren’t tracking properly. I’m using the exercise portion and that is not tracking at all. Also on the exercises, it’s very difficult to follow because there are no voice or sound cues when an exercise is going to begin our end. It’s too difficult to keep staring at the screen and trying to do the exercises.
Excellent!!!
Nice!!!
Scam
This is the absolute worst app to get a plan, on top of all the charges, when I trier cancelling the app they continued to take the money out of my account monthly. Its been three months of fighting to get this cancelled!!!! Do not get this app this is a scam!!!!!!!
Utile
Le ricette sono fatte bene e sono cibi gustosi
Login
I just recently bought this program. Haven’t used it once and I can’t login already. Had changed password, and done all it’s says for solution. Frustrating really.
Navigation
Third day & struggling to input steps. Also would be good to put in your own meals. Or if you can still trying to work out how to. Seems quite limited without paying for lots of add ons.
No now
Haven’t tried it yet
Scam
They charge you even if you don’t have an account. Scam!
Facile!
App semplice da usare e intuitiva; le ricette sono molto semplici e sfiziose! Ho però appena iniziato e non so dire se funzioni.
Still learning
Hard to log individual ingredients if u don’t want the suggested meal - still trying to figure it out
My 1st day
All I have read so far sounds good. I didn’t like getting asked to buy a bunch of stuff before I even learned if I needed it.
Just started
Easy to check in and out. Recipes have good suggestions and are easy to change. Whole body weight watch. Has my steps, food and activity. Thanks!!
Horrible service and options
Horrible service and options
Great help
Needing a change of approach, as I am overweight, I was glad to find nocarbs: it has given me recipes, and inspiration. Thank you. Two points: I don’t have the habit of ‘snacking’ and I don’t have a craving for sweet things, so I skip those each day: The other point is: I would like to suggest that breakfast can be *fruit*. I prefer to have a bowl of raspberries, blueberries and dried apricots : but the menus don’t give that as an option.
WARNING: Subscription on sign up, not easy to cancel.
Was happy to try this app, but in the end it was not user friendly. Lots of details and if you are looking for a clear, sensible meal plan structure you have to spend valuable time trying to sort out all the info and recipes. Big issue when it comes to cancelling is that you cannot do it easily on the app - you are instructed to go back to web page, put in email and password. If you have forgotten password, there is NO option to reset password. Can use app assistant, or send email requesting assistance. Still not confidant that I have managed to cancel. Should not be this hard!
Read the Fine Print
Keep all emails, especially when you cancel. I’m sure the app works well for many, but my dietary needs are too broad for the recipes. (Low FODMAP)
Awesome
This makes everything so much easier for me when meal prepping and it's taste good
RIP OFF
They are a deceptive group, be very careful as they will sign you up for automatic payment, and if your not on top they will just keep taking your money, even if you never use the service.
Great
Easy to follow, some advise as to freeze ability would be a good idea, would be good to be able to batch cook & freeze some. Great variation.
Sort of crook
The system is working more or less but many bugs. Above all, there is strictly NO client assistance. The email exists but they never reply. You pay and that’s all.AVOID.
App charge?
I signed up online and upon downloading the app there was another charge for 21.64. What was this for when I had already paid for 3 months online? Giving 3 stars at this time as ai literally just signed up.
You will lose weight
This is a good app and I am losing weight fairly rapidly. However I am a bit disappointed in the repetitive ingredients. Too many eggs and salmon meals and snacks. I also don’t think it takes into account specific dietary restrictions and food allergies etc. I have high cholesterol and some eggs are fine but several every day for the entire challenge? Too much.
Ms Dana
This is not a reputable company Bait & Switch while subscribing they continue to offer “ add on’s” what you get is nothing until you pay more! When asked for a refund instead of my initial $ 30. They return $7. This is totally wrong Don’t allow them to suck you in!
Perfect
Great app very helpful on keto, is tailored for my needs, showing how many fat, proteins and carbs is in each meal. I love that I can change meal and there is many many options plus easy and fast to prepare. Only what I would recommend is possibility to add own things like, coffee with mct oil or butter, something I can record to my daily nutrition 🙃
Very poor on recipes
I signed up for a carnivore challenge which is what was advertised on Facebook and got recipes that were not carnivore but keto. Then I was told to change the settings which I did and found extremely basic recipes very repeated. 5 times the same dinner recipe in one week. And all the recipes as basic as they get. You find better recipes online for free… I can’t say anything for the workouts, my interest was the recipes and I was thoroughly disappointed.
Missing calendar
There is no calendar to add the meals. Have emailed but no response as yet
Weight loss
So far so good most definitely going to shop for food and start my new journey
Steals Money/Scam
I emailed to cancel the membership which was presented as a “cheap trial.” Never heard back, assumed it was canceled, then got charged again. They claim it’s “made clear” in the checkout process, but if tons of people have the same complaint, MAYBE, just MAYBE it isn’t. Also, if it were reputable, there would be clear directions on canceling, etc. instead of having to file through PayPal, etc.
Never too old
Loving how simple it is to start😊
Additional charges they don’t tell you about!
I got the App in early February. I don’t normally pay for Apps but I felt that this one was worth the £18 charge. For the first 4 weeks I really enjoyed the App, was losing weight gradually and found the meals simple and quick to make. However, I then noticed a charge of £37 go out of my account! Not happy at all. I have emailed the company two weeks ago requesting a refund but I have heard nothing. I can’t delete the App otherwise I will lose the contact details and they have advised not to go through your own bank. Very disappointed!!
App bellissima ma?
Ti aiuta a gestire i pasti però ad un tratto non va più
Nocarbschallenge
As I am just starting(day1), I am in a learning mod. I like it so far. I do have a question. Can you substitute one item for something else? Today has sausage for lunch. I don’t eat sausage.
Scam and impossible to cancel
Don’t download this app. It’s not useful at all. It’s just anything else you can find on the Internet. They also make it really impossible to cancel before the seven days. I tried and I still was charged for three months before I caught it and spent an entire morning trying to contact customer service to have it resolved.
Results and Quick
I wanted to kick start my weight loss. I lost nearly five kilograms in the first week. I have never felt hungry and the meals are very tasty.
Meal options
The meal options are good. But the app did not provide any allergies or hormonal issue alert which could have made my condition worse and they even refused a refund even though I requested it on the same day after subscribing.
Great recipes
It has been so nice to not have to think about what I need to eat every day. This is a great take it with you option while going carnivore!
Adds subscriptions
I tried this app with the plan for 3 days and found it to be ok. I canceled my trial to prevent and the automatic renewal transaction that was automatically set up. I received the cancellation notice and assumed I was good. Two months later I found out there was a third subscription for their AI fitness coach. They charged my account $99.99. I had no way of know in about this subscription. I found no way to cancel the subscription. I went back into my account and was unable to locate the AI Coach subscription. I contacted support and they canceled it for me. They then tell me they can refund my money because it was a digital transaction. They are scamming people and this is highly unethical. I’m still fighting to get my money back they stole.
Payments come out of account but no access to the app is possible
Ver dissatisfied with this company. I can’t access app or given no instructions or plan to follow even though they say they do but will not refund or stop collecting funds. Sounds like a scam - I need to follow wit my bank
Amazing app!!!
This app has been amazing for weight loss and maintenance of my weight loss. Super easy to follow, gives me exact weight for ingredients, a shopping list for ease of use. I recommend it to everyone. So far I have lost 18 pounds
