The V Games!
You know, not quite sure how this how long this has been around yet… But I am so thinking we could legit have the V games… Oh my God, please don’t get me wrong but how awesome would this be and women are literally making themselves healthy while doing it. I’m super excited to continue my training as I am only in the first I think we maybe starting week two I recommend to every woman out there without question! Ciao Bella’s keep your be healthy.

Great Device
Well, I have found the perry fit to be very motivating and effective and helping me with my Kegel techniques. And for the overall health that it has led me to. I will add that inserting the perry fit took me time. I had to work on being able to since I have not been sexually active for quite a long time. but after a few weeks of working at it, I have been successful and I have not looked back.
Application non accessible
Bonjour, je trouve très dommage que l’application ne soit pas accessible aux personnes visuellement déficits. Une indication sonore lorsqu’il faut contracter. Le périnée aurait été très appréciable pour permettre d’effectuer les exercices. en espérant qu’une mise à jour avec cette option arrivera prochainement.

Not only did I notice improvements within the first two weeks, it is also FUN!
Could be so much better
I don’t get all the positive reviews. I first got Perifit a couple of years ago for personal wellness and now restarted using it again during my postpartum. Well since 2-3 years ago, nothing much has changed in the app - only 2 new games, games are as unimaginative and boring as they were. So much more can be done to make the games more entertaining and engaging. Also I can’t see any trackers for progress and any milestones, or even a general rehab plan based on my training goals. Just doing the games 5 times a week and an occasional assessment. Besides, my goals for using Perifit have changed since 2 years ago, but I don’t see it reflected in the selection of games offered for training. Also, as I train, I get to new “levels” based on perfect contractions - it isn’t explained anywhere what are the levels, why are they important? Finally, at the end of each game, when the score is being displayed, for a split second I see json curly brackets {} - this is just lousy UI. Re developers response: 1) the fitness test is very generic and does not give me an idea about my progress in terms of my health targets 2) I am aware that I can set my health targets and obviously I did!! - I mean that I have changed them and nothing changed in the games offered, neither the pattern nor the types of games - nothing 3) The details of levels in Settings that you mention just says “Get 150 perfect contractions to level up” - wow so useful. Oh and I forget to mention that the app can only count till 2 - no matter how many days in a row you do the training it always congratulates you on 2 workouts in 2 days lol

J’adore cette appli qui permet d’entraîner le périnée tout en s’amusant ! Je mets 4 étoiles car la sonde est parfois pas facile à ajuster.
After the last updated Perifit care is not properly working
Calibration is perfect, but during the games very hard to move the hero. I can't find comfortable position to start it working.

I love the biofeedback. I had improvement within the first week of use, and not just strength and relaxation of muscles, but also overall control which I wasn’t getting anywhere with my typical kegel exercises.
It works if you work it
If I miss a few days, I notice a negative difference. If I get in 6 sessions a week, it’s obvious it’s working. So worth it!

Best pelvic therapy exercises
My insurance and I have paid over $30k in pelvic floor therapy but I never stuck with the exercises because I didn’t love doing them. This is easy, fun and I do them lying in bed before I sleep.
Sensibilidade de contração
Estou amando o app. A constância dos treinos de torna muito mais fácil quando é divertido. O único problema para mim é que não importa o quão relaxada eu esteja, parece que o aparelho sempre registra uma contração residual e, geralmente, não consigo pegar as moedinhas dos jogos no começo do intervalo de relaxamento. Fora isso, perfeito!
Great results, lots of fun
I I'm a post menopausal mother of two who had occasional bladder leaks. After only a few weeks, I can sneeze again without peeing. The biggest problem with Kegel exercises is remembering them, and this makes it easy and fun.
Outil motivant!
Je suis ménopausée et Perifit est un outil intéressant et motivant - en plus de ne pas faire mes exercices de Kegel régulièrement, c’était difficile de savoir si je contractais correctement. Les outils de l’appli Perifit sont intéressants à cet égard. De nouveaux exercices s’ajoutent régulièrement au répertoire : j’aime bien, ça chasse la monotonie! J’ai enlevé une étoile parce que la sonde est parfois difficile à maintenir en place mais comme je possède un modèle qui date de plus 2 ans, peut-être que cet aspect a été corrigé avec les nouveaux modèles? Le service à la clientèle est très réactif et courtois, c’est toujours apprécié! Bref, je suis quand même satisfaite ☺️
It’s fun and it works
I have tried other pelvic exercises and the games are boring and I just don’t find them fine but this one is fun. The exercises are fun the stats help you be competitive. Other women the main thing is this thing is effective in my pelvic floor is tight
Mild anterior wall prolapse
I recently had my 3rd child and several weeks later noticed a prolapse. As a young mum this is devastating, I was advised to purchase this from a physio within the NHS. I thought it was rather expensive BUT.. it is great at making sure you are doing them correctly. The games are easy to follow and addictive. I didn’t give 5 stars as I would like to be able to review my health monthly. See how much time I’ve spent using the device, my contraction strength and my progress etc I think it would be more addictive to keep on track if you can personally track your pelvic floor health on your personal profile.

I’ve use other methods to exercise my kegal muscles, but the balls always collect dust in the drawer. This is a fun way to track your progress and the games keep me coming back.

I’ve found Perifit a useful tool in keeping me motivated. I’m pretty sure that if I was trying to do pelvic floor exercises without any feedback I’d have lost even more incentive, so the games are useful.
