Great app, one insight
Love the app. Useful for multiple adults living together. That being said, I wish MULTIPLE PEOPLE could be linked to ONE list. Especially since you can’t share your list with anyone but one person. It just makes it inconvenient for families or multiple people trying to organize groceries.

I don’t purchase anything without going to Flipp first. Fast easy convenient way to compare prices, check flyers etc.
Problem
I used to love this app. But in the past month nothing seems to be working. The pages are not showing even if I restart the app.

I’ve been using this app for years. It would be nice to save a grocery list and then be notified of sales from that list. Improve search eg caffeine free Diet Coke or cola “
Flipp Review
Flipp used to be a great app but it has really gone downhill bcuz now you need to enter most of the stores in to find them and some you only get some sales but not all departments anymore. Not a happy loyal customer!!
Every now and again
Every now and again, a Flipp Update will erase your entire Shopping List, without warning - I find this very annoying.

Grocery problem
The grocery store doesn’t show everything in the grocery store and when searching for a item it shows nothing that I was searching for that needs to be fixed specially when the item is on sale
Printing in the lists
... is too small, it used to be bigger. Even the items can't be seen properly. I don't want to have to go into the flyer to see what I saved. Takes up too much time. I want to be in and out of store quickly. I really like your app and for years I've saved a lot. If it was more user friendly I'd love the app. - It's annoying to have to set filters with each product I'm searching. Can't the filters stay put until I close the app? - Would be great if I could permanently hide the retailers I don't want to see. When checking the list to see what savings you're showing, I have to go favourites each time. And then play with the filters again with each product.
Issue with Real Canadian Superstore and noFrills
This appears to be an ongoing issue, where devices, under the same account, fail to recognize items added to 'Lists', ...it greys the items out & marks the items as 'Unavailable'

Dropped favorite stores
This app used to be amazing. Recently they dropped all Kroger stores. Those are my preferred stores. This app is almost useless now.
One tweak would make this app Fabulous
I use this app weekly and have since it began, great app gives me all the grocery ads that I like to look at. Sometimes i want to search stores that are out of my postal code area and the app will not let me do that, easily, If they had a way to switch between 2 or 3 Postal Codes that would be helpful as I live in a rural area.

App used to be good on my iPhone but in past several weeks, random ads take forever to load; it’s hit & miss; some ads load, others don’t. I’ve done everything to help resolve this issue, (uninstall/reinstall, cleared cache, removed ad blocking) with no success. I’ve since deleted the app & will use the website instead.

Your app still freezes when trying to screen mirror onto an external display. Customer Support was useless and kept asking for the same information over and over

Brutal June 2026 Update
I used the old Wallet all the time because I could manually update the remaining balance on my gift cards after each purchase. That feature was incredibly useful and is the main reason I kept all my cards in FlipGive. The new app removed manual balance updates and now seems to expect users to archive cards instead. That's a major step backward. I don't want to archive a card unless I know the balance is zero, and for cards like President's Choice I now have to check the balance elsewhere or keep track of it manually. On top of that, the Wallet UI on iPhone is difficult to use. When I open a gift card, the screen constantly resizes, making it frustrating to view the card number and PIN. Please bring back manual balance tracking. It was a simple feature that made the app genuinely useful. Right now, the redesigned Wallet is much less functional than the previous version.

Not what I expected
Worked hard to add all these points, and then they did something to change the program . So basically did all of that for absolutely NOTHING!
They need to fix a bug
I used the app all the time for years but recently there’s an issue with the sync between my devices. I make the list on my tablet and refer to the same list on my phone when I’m out shopping. But recently, the sync feature is not working ☹️

Flipp has saved me money and hopefully keeps retailers offering real prices rather than gouging the consumer. Keep up the great work
Convenience
This company is a joke. I downloaded it to check and compare prices of grocery stores in my area. Today is Tuesday and most stores change their flyers for Wednesday and yet there’s no new flyers or even previews. Why have a app that isn’t up to date with what you need?…food! I’ve noticed a few stores I follow are no longer available on the app. I’m deleting it and trying another one.
List option unhelpful
I thought this would be helpful to compare prices to the different grocery store sales. It is not. My first try was celery, and the items that came up weren’t even vegetables. Then I tried 2% milk, and again no fresh milk even came up. I then tried Polar seltzer water which I knew was in at least 2 weekly fliers of stores in my list and the result was only for 1 store (the higher priced one). I can see the weekly sales without the “help” of this app. I deleted the app.
