The accurate one!
This app has been great! Better than all the others. Much appreciated! Keep up with consistency… Thomas
Stopped working entirely this summer (2026)
Not sure how to get in touch with app support but it hasn’t worked at all in weeks. None of the bus or train times load anymore
Improvements
It’s generally accurate. Generally, it will say trains are arriving much sooner than they actually are.
ProximiT
Easy to use but slow loading over last month
It’s okay
It works fine most of the time but it’s not consistent lately, have not been accurately about the train for a couple of weeks
Thank you so much for this app. So so much
The only thing that could make this app better is an iPhone widget. Please
Fall from grace
Used to be an amazing app that would work well and accurately, however recently the app has been extremely buggy, and will only work half the time, the other half of the time you can’t see any of the times of the busses or trains. It’s like a 50/50 shot whether or not it will work when I click it
app is currently not working
hii i love this app so much but it is currently not working again and it hasn’t really been working for the past week or so, can you please add a feature to report a bug so we can notify when the app is not working
Doesn’t show most of the time
The app started out really great and was super accurate but now more often than not, it just says no service for any of the lines. Not sure if this is a bug or not but the app is not even usable at this point.
The app doesn’t work all the time.
Sometimes it doesn’t work or show times or position on GPS. It needs an update bad
Really Accurate!
This is the only app I use to track the T and is really accurate!
App stopped working
I enjoyed using this app for several years, and it was always reliable in terms of information. Unfortunately for the past couple of months the app just stopped working. I’m unsure of the reason, but I cannot rate this app highly if it doesn’t even work as intended.
App no longer updates times
Used this app for a long time, and now it no longer refreshes for me. Even after restarting. Please fix!
Often broken
The app often is just blank saying “no upcoming service” when they are always running. I end up just visiting websites anyways. When it does work it is okay.
Used to be great
This was my go to transit app for a while. As soon as I paid the 5 bucks to support the devs it stopped working. I rarely get times to show at all and never consistently. I’ve since downloaded other transit apps and they do not have the same issues, so I doubt it is the API

Excellent
App has stopped working.
Please consider fixing this app! You were doing an invaluable public service, and people need accurate reliable information about how to use our city’s transportation network!!
Accurate and helpful
This is one of the most accurate apps I have found for the Boston MBTA. It’s a bit tricky to figure out which line you are adding in what direction, but once you figure that out, it’s pretty user friendly.
Departure times for C line Englewood stop never show up
I the C line Englewood inbound stop added to my list of frequently used stops and no matter what time of day I check it it’s always blank. Other stops on my list that are much farther from home, however, do. What’s going on?
Better than other options
Buses disappear from the app
MBTA APP
My favorite travel app
Unable to retrieve data
On numerous occasions the App show nothing after 5 minutes even though I have 4-5 bars. When it it works which isn’t often, it was accurate
It’s solid but it could be better
I wanted to rate higher. I will be looking for another. Why? First Why will I need to go a search? Because not even a fixed schedule. Maybe I’m. Late on next. Statement. (Live) Why can we not see an actual bus. That’s on the route? And this next fact is where I give App a F. At Watertown station. If it says 12 minutes? The numbers are radically different. When I had a different phone. I found this amazing one. If I could remember. I would get again. A Possible Beta? Hopefully because I reluctantly need better!
Great
Great help
awful
this app always stops working…have done the recommended fixes and it will work for a short time then quit
Good. Doesn't work that well with the green line though.
Is good as a reference but is not that reliable for the green line.
Address Finder?
A feature that might be useful in this app would be an address locator that would tell me what my closest stops might be to a specific address.
Don’t waste download space
The entire app of saved locations is blank. It’s quite annoying and no point in having a useless app. Never works.
Good service
Is an very service , l like until some time is broken bad the red line there is
Stopped working
Used to be great, stopped loading schedules about a month ago and nothing has fixed it
Clear UI, easy to use!
Good app! Easy to use and quite accurate!
So sad
Recently stopped working
Does not work
The app no longer works
