Used to be an Excellent Source
I haven’t used this app in a while due to busy schedule. However, trying to plan a couple of trips a can no longer save locations and view some information without a subscription. I don’t mind ads if they help cover my own cost. That should be the only reason to pay for an app to be ad free…
Good app…but
I really like RV Parky app,however, many reviews are several years old, so it makes me think this App isn’t as current as it should be. Are these campgrounds still open?? If they’re closed, please remove them or make a notation, instead of making us go to the websites. Prices are also old. Pricing helps me with deciding on where to stay.
Difficult to change settings
I can’t change the start date or the fuel cost of trips. Map will let me double click to zoom in but I can’t zoom back out.
Rv Parky
It used to be the best app but no more. I don’t think they updated and it’s hard to click on a campground icon and get it to open. It just opens, flash, and shuts down. It’s hard to find a place update it.👍🏻
Renewed subscription without authorization
Love the app, and it worked well. But, we sold the RV and they automatically renew the subscription without authorization. Why?
Can’t create an account
I’ve downloaded this app twice and no matter what I do I can’t get an account created. It won’t let me type in the boxes with any information. It keeps telling me to log in, then when I try it says I need to create an account (and round we go)
App great but support????
I have been using this app for a few years. I like some of the things that they have changed. And I especially like the calendar that shows you holes, but I would like to know how I can put in a park that I’m not as silly. Going to stay at but as an alternative park if the one I want is booked up? There used to be a support email link and that is gone. I can find nowhere to email anybody to get any help. I hope the developer is reading this and either put the link back in to RV Parky because now it’s disappeared or contact Me
Rv Parky app not working, no support
I’ve used RV Parky for years and since they introduced the pro version, I purchased that immediately. Unfortunately, because I purchased the pro version, the app no longer work on my iPhone. Every time I click on the app, it just kicked me out. The only way to sign in to my pro account is through Google. When i have no network, I cannot turn on my pro. And there’s no support from RV Parky pro team. Hope they’ll contact me and help me out with this.
NO Support and some features only work in a browser not the app!
This is the best app I have located for putting in a long distance and having the software put in stops for you. I’m planning a long trip from Texas to Alaska and I want to average 400 miles a day. The app is good for that, however, if you inadvertently put a stop in the wrong order, the only way I’ve been able to figure out how to move it is to log into the app via a browser. In my quest for trying to figure out how to fix that problem, I’ve discovered that there is absolutely zero support for this product. They offer no help options and when you want to manage your subscription, you’re taken to an Apple page. So it has some good features. I can’t give it more than a three because of these other problems.
An absolute life saver
I’m on my first ever cross-country road trip and this app is EXACTLY what I needed. It’s free, just get it. There are lots of trip planning websites but this was particularly helpful for sleeping in the car (or RV/semi). This solved both my issues: 1) finding where I can sleep overnight in my car and 2) making sure that place is safe. It has incredibly detailed filter options for the map (whether you want to sleep in a gas station, state park, campground, RV park, grocery store; also what ‘amenities’ each one has). What made me write this review, though, was the robust community of truckers, RV owners, and travelers with detailed reviews for every stop I looked at. There’s no national guidebook for whether a small town gas station is unsafe or whether a specific Walmart’s manager is cranky; this would all normally be word-of-mouth, making it impossible for newcomers to figure these things out. But this app creates a place where people like me can learn from those who have traveled these roads before—people I would never meet on my own. The app has a few other neat features, like how it helped me split up my trip into even chunks—I couldn’t find any website that did this no matter how hard I tried! Plus, I can enter my own mpg and it will calculate estimated gas cost… not hard to do on my own, but a nifty little inclusion. So, I wanted to offer my personal thank you to whoever made this app, and to the community that contributes to it. From someone who’s grossly unfamiliar with long roadtrips: you’re a life saver.
I can’t even set up an account
I bought the Pro and I have not been able to set up my account. I put my email and get a failure with status 401 and 423. I’ve tried contacting support through different channels and no response. Of course my card was charged.
Great app
I have been using this app for a few years and I like that it calculates costs and routes based on my RVs dimensions and the mpg that I entered. The reviews have been instrumental in planning on which campgrounds we use as well. I would give the app 5 stars if we could use this app to navigate (or load the route to Apple Maps and/or Google Maps). We went on a short trip recently that had I not looked at the route the night before, Apple Maps would have taken us down a road with a low clearance bridge. On a long trip there is no way I would be able to remember all of the pertinent things to avoid.
Travel companions
My friend is planning a westward trip this summer. Your app is great for one person planning. I have found that the only place I can open this trip is from his emails to me. I cannot save this in my own app. This is very inconvenient for me. We both have the pro version.
Need account to save?
I love this app so much!! I’ve referred it to many friends and family!! I’m wondering why now I have to have a paid account to save my locations. In the past I’ve easily done this and didn’t have to pay. Now disappointed.
Subscription
I use this app all the time. I paid $2.99 for the subscription a year ago. Why is the subscription now $19.99/year?
No support for paid version
I sent 4 emails asking them to change my username/email address and got no response. I have several trips saved that I don’t want to lose. Other than this issue; I love the app.
Printing
Any way to get a printed copy without using the internet, my connection is so slow
Used to be great
This used to be a useful free app for logging trips and calculating fuel expenses. It still serves those purposes but now you pay a premium for it. The app is a little antiquated to be charging so buyer be warned
GPS?
Maybe silly question but I’ve looked at the app and don’t see that it acts as a gps map as you travel. So am I right in assuming this app is only for planning purposes and then you use a gps source to actually guide you along the way?
No support
Don’t buy. Once they get your credit card they keep charging year after year and you can’t cancel and will not respond to anything. Beware. Purchase at your own risk!!!! Took my money this year and I don’t even have access to the pro version.

Love the app use it a lot. Ever since the last update on iOS my app stopped working. Deleted and tried reinstalling still no luck. Where do I find help??

Using RV Parky forever
I’ve been using RV Parky forever, I’ve added many reviews to help other travelers and it used to be my go to when traveling. Now they are charging? Nope, how do I get my contributions off because you didn’t pay me for them. I’m deleting this app and moving on to the many others out there.
Love the App but….
We travel six to seven months a year and average five days at any location. We make our summer plans in February for those months of travel. My concern is that I do not see yearly updates on prices per night. We try to stay within a budget so price is most important. I promise I will do a better job of reviews this year! We sure do get in some substandard locations! Thanks! 😎
New RV Parks don’t get added
There is a feature to add new parks, but none of the parks that I have added have shown up in the app. If this is not to be a feature of the app, then remove it, but it is a great idea to crowd source the database.
Absolutely necessary tool
Thank you for this app! On a road trip for the first time and hard to really know where to sleep. This was so nice to have during the time. Thank you to whoever came up with this brilliant tool
Has been hacked I think
My app had been on my phone for years and worked well. It started to act odd so i deleted it and then put it back on. During that activity i was asked for a credit card number (didn’t think that was unusual since you can book stays using the app). Suddenly a charge for a video game app appeared on my credit card and I got an email regarding my new membership.
Super handy!
Just got our first Motorhome and used the app in Idaho, Washington and British Columbia. Have a few suggestions for the developer to tweak it a bit, but have been happy with every bit of info so far!
Paid for itself first trip
I love this app and it helps avoid areas that are not are friendly .. we have to go 10 Min out of the way but usually not a biggie. Thank you for a great app!!! My only concern I can’t get it to play with my car play….. I wish there was a way to make it compatible for car play…

We took the summer to drive across Canada from west to east. I love this app. Easy to use and locate campsites and Walmart.
Easy and does it all
I use RVParky on my Mac Air and iphone so it is all around easy. Using the phone while traveling and yet the larger Mac screen for planning. I love the storage feature to go back and look at old trips as well and the ease of exploring new trips.
RV PARK FREE is better
I don’t know. This app seems a bit outdated. RV-PARK-FREE is a nicer app. I prefer it.
Wonderful app
Great interface makes it easy to plan a trip. Lots of useful info, including reviews and links. Haven't compared it to similar apps, but don't see the need to. Worth buying an iPad just for this.

How the H311 Do You Show list view for results?
Ok, I absolutely give up. I don’t want to wade through a f$&4$?! Video to maybe find an answer. And several different google searches turned up nothing. No amount of messing around in the iPhone app helps either. You show it in your iPhone screenshots on the App Store. And I’m using an iPhone 14 Pro with the latest iOS version. ***** How the Fu2414$ H311 Do You Show list view for search results? ***** Doesn’t anybody publish written text user manuals for *anything* anymore? I used to write specs for analog integrated circuits I designed, and my data sheets had more written information than you have anywhere for your app.
