The application not getting updated asap after exiting the gate
This issue I have faced multiple times when using VIRTUAL SMART CARD where the application does not get updated even if the mobile is receiving 5G internet and not disconnected. Later i have to visit the help kiosk and after scanning the QR sometimes it gets fixed but most of the times i have to visit the kiosk multiple times (also during rush hours) . It is better to use PHYSICAL SMART CARD as VIRTUAL SMART CARD is a waste if it does not properly work.
Good app
This is a good app as it is updated to carry the new routes as well. The Google maps is opening up Apple Maps which are useless in India. Can you use google maps API and call up google maps for all or at least give the option to oil and choose ?
Chaotic and clustered app
It’s chaotic for the users. Users get confused whenever they open this app for the first time. Make it easy for the normal level persons.
Metro map not available
The app used to have a map at the bottom so I can plan according to some other stops I had, sadly that is either been removed or needs a login. Please add it back.

This app used to be very good, but it keeps getting worse with every update. Recently they have made it so that you can only pay using upi by writing your upi id and sending a request. Such a stupidly complicated system for no reason. Earlier we could just pay directly via a upi app. They introduce dumb new features like this every update. Please fire the developers and hire a new team.
No map of Delhi metro
Please add a map of Delhi metro - this is an essential piece of information which is missing from the app.

Too many side features
This app lost its true purpose. Now you can book hell lot of other stuff, making the app super heavy and requiring strong internet connection. During on the go journey, it Takes a minute to load station list. Earlier it used to work seamlessly. Poor update.

No customer etiquette
I tried the DMRC women bike and the rider named Nandini Patel misbehaved with me. We’re paying for the ride and such indecent and poor customer service isn’t worth your money.

I booked my ticket at 10pm and it didn’t show up in my tickets at all and the app doesn’t allow to buy a second ticket i ended up missing my airport line due the wait with this error

It deducts incorrect balance and I have registered a complain for it yet no response and the app keep crashing
Forcing people to buy virtual card
I had to buy a ticket from dwarka 21 to T3. Airport line. Pop up comes and difficult to remove for buying virtual card. I purchased. At sector 21, I came to know that it is not valid on airport line. Why the hell it pops up then. ? People designing app features are not thinking from common user perspective. Really annoying.
Sarkari being sarkari pathetic
Using it since last 7 months But got me late at least 4 times, Why?? It’s virtual card don’t get reload even if you have highest internet speed. No matter what you do, internet works on the app for all the other things but QR code of virtual card will not update and shows error at gates. It’s basic logic if someone has entered in gates WR should get updated by itself and same should occur when person exit. But no it will only update when you pull it down And there lies biggest frustration if system not in “MOOD” will not be updated no matter what your emergency. And SARKARI being SARKARI no feedback no review no complaint works on them. 😣😣😣😣😣

Dear All Dont install this app or use for daily use bcz the have too may server issue,it will not work when you neet to check in at metro station. don’t waste mony or time go for PDC metro smart card. and save your time and money. even you can’t log in Otp service is very bad. Thank you.
