Bad
Customer support is replying meaningless email and does not following up your cases for months
Overrides phone notification setting
Love the app but for one thing: live flight updates that doesn’t respect your phone notification setting. Live flight updates will still buzz your phone even if you set your notifications for trip.com app to off. Apple should look into it
bad
about modification
we suddenly did mistake about the check in and check out date…. such a minor problem they cant manage … i wont prefer this app ….no refund,no modify, policy, also lacks proper customer support.
Professional and efficient customer service staff Holly Huo
Thank you Holly Huo for your help on the 10th August. This was the first time i came across this tricky hotel which was going to give a room that was completely different from the one i booked (both the description and pictures are not right). I contacted trip.com customer service and Holly helped me to contact the hotel straight away. Within 15 minutes, Holly called me back and said she has reconciled with the hotel and they agreed to reserve the right room for us. She even called me back a few times to try to make sure everything went alright. I really appreciate Holly’s great and timely service.
