Incorrect information
Was excited to use this, haven’t had a chance to really get into a dnd group where I live, and wanted a taste of it. Literally within 5 minutes of using it, im asked about the backstory and where I come from, I give it the name of my town. Then opening scene i drop down behind someone to “sneak up behind” and the system says i press a blade to his throat. The name it gives my blade? The name of my origin town. Completely broke the scripts and honestly kind of ruined it for me. Like if the name of my origin town was Washington, it literally said “you drop down and press Washington to his throat” like bro cmon. Get me invested before making little mistakes instead of butchering it right away. 0/10, not worth the time to re-try
It has a lot of potential
The game is a fantastic idea for a fun use of AI (which I’m normally not a fan of) I have a lot of fun and enjoy the campaigns I run through. However the game can be very inconsistent with both characters and the story, consistently changing characters and not being consistent with where characters are in a room or just randomly shoving an uninvolved character into a conversation randomly.
Pretty good so far
Last time I played a game like this I ran into a pay wall. I’m only about ten min in so I’ll update this if that happens but so far it’s pretty enjoyable, Update, hit the pay wall, was fun while it lasted
AI can’t keep story on track
Was having a lot of fun at first with a campaign, but after 70 plus rounds the AI couldn’t keep track of the story it was providing. Tried to remind it a-couple of times of previous information/story it gave earlier in the campaign but didn’t work got, so frustrated and quite due to hours wasted on story build up and now have 40 extra rounds un-usable.

The app is great but..
I love the app I do but only problem is I can’t talk to the dm I’ve even tried the OOC method but it just continues the story and I think an annual subscription would be great unlimited rounds pay yearly maybe a few new benefits idk but when I run out of rounds and have to pay again even with a subscription it’s bothersome but great app nonetheless
Price point
The stories seem great, the dice mechanic is awesome, and the stats, weapons and spells being made on the fly is great. I can treat it just like 5e or I can just tell a story. Issue is this is a subscription game in 2026. I’d rather just pay a flat amount or be able to play with ads, but I ran thru all of my rounds in 10 minutes. Now I have to find something else

During play the AI will freeze and you have to refresh the app. Very frustrating when you just typed a long drawn out message. Furthermore why am I paying so much to roll constant Nat 1’s. I can do that with my friends for free
Great potential
I was exited at demo story, variety, checks with explaining what will be used to roll. Having made my decision, I signed up for the Legend level subscription and realized that 450 rounds per MONTH is unacceptably low; I spent almost all of them on the first day. Moreover, there were a lot of repetitions of the same actions, just in different words, which also reduced the number of rounds. I understand that this project is a huge undertaking, and my respects to the developers. BUT HOLY TIRES, I paid $25 for the subscription, the highest level, and I expect to be able to play this as much as I want without additional costs and without constantly checking my account to see how many rounds I have left. Now, on to the gameplay situations themselves: 1) The biggest problem is that my character's backstory describes their reason for appearing in this story as accurately as possible, but no matter how hard I try, the GM always leads them on additional quests, ignoring the main goal. Overall, the extras are cool, I don't argue with that, but I'd like to be able to stick to the main focus and take on additional quests if I want. 2) For some reason, a sneak attack that should have been performed with a weapon (+4 to hit, plus a roll with advantage) was performed with a fist (+0), with disadvantage, naturally, it fails. 3) During a fight, my character loses their weapon, but in the next action they offer to use it again as if it were still in their hand. 4) During one of the quests, my character sacrificed an amulet; it was accurately described that the amulet disappeared. A couple of scenes later, the amulet is back around my neck, never having disappeared. These are just some of the many shortcomings of the system, but that doesn't mean I'm disappointed; on the contrary, there's room for growth and development, which is all I wish for this project. Non-lethal method? also reputation
Enemies keep popping up that are “enemies” that have to be dealt with to move the plot along. The issue is that when they are captured, no matter how “shackled” they are, no matter how “broken” their bodies, no matter how “disarmed” they are or how far behind I leave them , the narrator keeps making them attack me and chip at my health until they die. Then every NPC hates me because the enemy died. On that note we need ways to make NPC’s happy, because anything I do to move the plot along turns some NPC I’m working with to “vengeful” and whenever I make them trust me more is just a happy accident. And one more thing: I picked up vambraces and a helmet that are categorized as “chest.” How am I to fill out my character’s equipment when all of the armor can only be worn on my chest? Also, Boons don’t work at all after the first two. I click on them when I level up and the boons just don’t apply.

Seems good so far but I figure out how to start over/restart the game with a different character.
Love this game!
There are lots of really unique features that let you make each story special. My favorite is how if you pull off a spell it’ll be automatically named and added to your spell book. I hope a future update lets us add spells we’ve already discovered in other characters so I can make a supermage!
Price point to gameplay
Terrible price point. Costs around 15$ a months for “200 rounds” which a singular text dialog typed is a round. You can go through it quite quickly. An old text adventure could do in place of in my opinion. Find a cheaper alternative.
Great, but not very accessible
I love this game! It’s quite literally perfect, but the only thing I would change is haven’t a recharge system for turns. Your turns should recharge daily, so you don’t have to pay to keep playing. Maybe 10 turns a day? Just something to keep us in the game.
It’s just not ready
This is literally nothing than what you can do and I have personally done on GPT and Gimini. They might even do it better, this one lags too much and goes in circles ALOT while still using your “rounds” other AI will have that issue sometimes too but it’s not pretentious enough to charge you for it. All and all this is a cool concept but mostly just a cash grab for people too lazy to ask their own AI bot to just do this for them.

Absolutely well constructed and visually easy on the eyes. The cost is too high. I’m willing to pay a few bucks a month, but the payment model is just too high. I’d rather watch an ad every ten turns tbh.

Pretty glaring issue
When the ai doesn’t consider anything the player inputs it kind of ruins the experience you try to find a story where it actually works with the character you make and it doesn’t and when you express your lack of enjoyment nothing changes which I get bad rolls that’s whatever but if none of the stories actually allow you freedom what’s the point
Not worth it
The game seemed amazing at first, being able to make your own personalized character and story, and the actions being pretty quick. My biggest gripe is having to pay for extra rounds. The fact that anyone has to pay a cent for a game that is majority Ai-based and generated is INSANE, could’ve been a great game to pass time with but that fact alone just ruined it for me, and now I can’t even play without spending money so thanks for nothing. Don’t get this game if you hate constantly paying to even be able to play, or at least be aware that you eventually will have to, since they don’t tell you that at ANY point up until that time
Too expensive
⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5) The game itself is genuinely fun. The AI is one of the better ones I’ve used, and that’s what makes the pricing so disappointing. The biggest issue is the monetization. You can pay $5, $15/month, or even $25/month, and you’re still limited by rounds/credits. (Old Greg’s Tavern) A subscription doesn’t actually let you play whenever you want—it just gives you a larger allowance before you have to stop. Once those rounds are gone, that’s it. There’s no option to simply wait for energy to regenerate or continue playing at a slower pace. The only solution is to buy more. For $15–25 a month, there are entire services with massive libraries of games or unlimited access to their core features. Xbox Game Pass, Netflix, Spotify Premium, and even many AI services offer much more value for the same price. Here, that money can disappear in a few longer play sessions if you really get into a campaign. I understand AI costs money to run, and I don’t expect unlimited free usage. But paying a monthly subscription and still feeling like every action is draining a meter makes it hard to relax and enjoy the game. It feels less like a subscription and more like buying another pack of tokens every month. I’d gladly support this game if subscriptions offered unlimited standard gameplay or at least a generous free mode after your credits run out. Right now, the pricing feels too restrictive for what you’re paying, which is unfortunate because the game itself has a lot of potential.

Simple Mechanics and Writing Errors
I like the idea, but the execution has fallen a bit flat. I’m told nothing of what my character is carrying, then suddenly produce a strange sack and am being asked what is inside, all without ever actually taking out a sack or anything.
If you’ve got cash to burn through
It’s pretty much what it says it is. It’s a good app. The only downside is how often youd have to pay to play. It’s all AI anyway so I just think that much money is unnecessary.

Awesome, but…
Amazing system and engine, however the pay wall is too soon. If I were to give advice and it was done without hesitation, I’d say make a base where it’s completely free; then support other works made requiring one time paywalls. For furthermore you could add a picture/audio generator, I do think a recap system Regarding generated pictures/audio would be a good membership system too.
Best D&D Inspired game
First off, I didn’t like that I had to keep it pg 13. I will say it’s better than most text rpg games. I’m rolling dice and it gives multiple choices with an option to make your own decision. No music or sound so far but you don’t need sound to read. I just started but this is the kind of game I have been looking for a very long time.
Sloppy and a Rip Off
The pricing is ridiculous, if your entire game is just AI, why are you charging people for anything? Complete waste of time, not to mention it’s not very good at doing what it is supposed to do. Spend your money on something worthwhile.
Cool but not worth money
I thought this was amazing, I made a character,. Started the story. Was very fun and interesting. But then it just stopped me with a paywall. This is very cool, and if spending money is something you’re willing to do for this then go ahead. But I just don’t find it worth it. You could probably go on like CHAI and make your story like that too or something.

Playing through the demo it’s an amazing design and well thought through but it’s ridiculous to pay for a subscription to even play the game if your gonna make people pay make them pay an upfront cost instead of a subscription it’s really greedy and says a lot about the developers making a great game not for the community to play but to milk every last drop out of people who wanna play it, it reminds me of call of duty or old Xbox trying to milk every last drop out of people instead of making a game for the people to enjoy if you really wanna make money either do an upfront cost or run ad. I’m Sorry I can’t even create a character, the button labeled continue for the what they look like section does not work. It just changes color doesn’t even do anything. Web version and app do the same thing never playing this because I just can’t.
A good idea, but needs so much work
I just finished the demo. The idea is really great and I hope the devs keep working at this. It’s exactly what I’ve been hoping someone would do. Unfortunately, AI just isn’t at the point where it can handle something like this. In the short amount of time that I played (maybe 10-20 minutes), the AI gave me conflicting story points with no explanation of my goal. Then it gaslit me saying I was “just losing track of time” when I tried calling it out on an NPC just appearing in my location when my question was to find them in another place. The leveling up of skills is completely arbitrary, and all dice rolls skew toward success (since AI can’t do genuine RNG). I started with 0 persuasion, then randomly had +1 on my first persuasion roll, then +2 on the next. Out of the 10+ rolls I did, 100% of them were a success. The fact is, I think AI is never going to beat a human DM given some energy drinks and snacks.
Ughh it’s almost there
When actually playing the game it’s so much fun, the UI is perfect, the ai is great but still some memory issues. Here’s the problem for me personally, you basically need to pay for a subscription to experience a full campaign. For me, I don’t want to pay for something like this every month. It’s great while you actually play it though, I personally would do a one time purchase for $40 or maybe even more if it wasn’t a reoccurring payment. I do understand they need to do a subscription so they can upkeep the ai or whatever but I’m just being honest.

I recently started Baldurs gate 3 and this is a great way to get some more experience on my phone since I’ve never played DND before

You get teased by succeeding every roll in the intro then as soon as the game is about to start. Bam paywall. We’re not talking small either. It’s 5$ to play once or 15$ a *month*. NO. Bye.
Needs works
Quite expensive. $25 a month for the top package which is 450 rounds. Which seems like a lot until you realize every time you send a message it counts as a round. The AI get confused a lot about NPCs and it never feels like the story is going anywhere. No combat from my experience just a bunch a problem solving or trying to figure out what the story wants you to do. It also has a a block on describing your character sexually when creating it but will full on describe sexual things if you convince an npc to have intercourse with you. All in all, it has potential but there is obvious problems that need to be addressed and it’s way to expensive.
There’s Great Potential
So here’s my thing, the app itself is great. I like the interface, I like the design, and the game is fun…right until the AI starts having lapses in its memory or loses track of components. I understand it’s still in progress but making something this expensive for players to play and having this many issues with your game’s driving force (the AI) is pretty tough. I’m hoping the money everyone is spending is going towards the development of the AI and that the creators have a passion for it instead of just wanting to make money off of it. Because the idea is amazing and its execution is great, just need to get the AI down and capable of sustaining full campaigns.
