Best Tai Chi app for beginners
I can’t start the day without it. After 3 days my posture is much better. Better than yoga or meditation for mental health in my case.

Workouts are good but…
Workouts are great. My issue is that there is no way to cancel the subscription in the app.
Contenu interessant
J’ai pris au goût au tai chi grâce à cette application mais je trouve les images générées par IA dérangeantes et le thème de noel est toujours actif en juin donc ces deux points ça ne me donne pas envie de naviguer l’application au delà de mon challenge actif.
Awesome
It’s great.Works a lot of muscles.
Can’t even start
Tried to onboard and app got stuck on the weight entry page. Deleting!
Very well made app and good instructions
The videos to explain the different exercices are good with nice calm music. Starts off simple enough but feeling it in the shoulders and calves already. Don’t like the aggressive monthly pay scheme as i just want to enjouy the free month program first. Wish it explained more about the tai-chi movements and what they mean.
Tai Chi Workouts
The workouts were challenging . I listed I had issues with my knees and every exercise pushed knee work. Trying to cancel, having a hard time finding it. Pass on this one.
No flow...
In the exercise segments that I have looked at they give you 30 seconds of "get ready" while they show what I assume to be an AI figure doing what they want you to do. Then there's one minute of the actual workout. At the beginning of that point they explained to you what to do. Why on earth would they not explain that to you in the getting ready segment!
Gentle fit
Very good
It won’t let me enter my information past my weight
I can’t tell you anything about it because I can’t get past entering my weight so I can’t see the exercises.
March 11 Begin
GREAT!
Breathing and stomach
It would be really good when giving instructions on how to do each exercise to give instructions for breathing and using your core muscles as well.
Doesn’t appear to be TaiChi Walking
I thought this would be actual TaiChi walking as I’ve seen in other videos. All it is, is normal stretches and movements. Very disappointed.
Tai Chi for Beginners - LOVE IT
Tai Chi for beginners is exactly what we needed to get us up and moving. My husband and I love the pace of the sessions. We’re Seniors and don’t move as much as we should. Tai Chi is helping improve our balance and mobility. We’re on the 2nd go around with Tai Chi for beginners and may try a different class next time!
30 day free trial
This trial is only “FREE” after they got money. I got 3 days of workouts. When payment didn’t go through my access to FREE TRIAL was blocked. SCAM
Bien
J’aimerai des . instruction
Extremely limited
For the price you should be able to choose whether you want all exercises standing or sitting. You should also be able to build your own workout with movements that you like. I was under the impression this was primarily tai chi walking. But it’s not at all.
Finally
It’s really nice work out
Tricksters
Do not click anything on the screen. These people are slithery slimy snakes!
A little too easy
This was my second day and it is far too easy for me. I want a better workout.
Beginner warmup
The routine was just the right amount of time. It was good and so calming I did qigong years ago
Rip off
Charged me 4 times in one month before I have received confirmation. Total charges in May $158. This would be too much even if I was grateful access!
Nice Tai Chi!
Me and my mom were just relaxing our bodies. We weighed lots of pounds! Your Tai Chi was the BEST!
I hate AI
I dislike AI and find nothing about this calming or delightful.
The One You’re Looking For
I started using this app through the winter when it was too cold to be outside and I was too lazy to do all the prep for the gym. I am a cancer survivor and have lots of pain problems, some limited mobility and bad knees. This app was perfect! I loved the 30 day start up with exercises that are well demonstrated before the work begins. You know how long each exercise will take, how long the full session will last (usually about 10 mins) and you end feeling good all over. It helped with loosing weight and gaining tone without the days of being sore. There are chair only options and more advanced options. And… the customer service is prompt, courteous and helpful. If you’re thinking about getting started but worried you’re too out of shape, this is the one you’re looking for.
REFUND CANCELLATIONS
POOR BILLING SYSTEM CANCELED THE SUBSCRIPTION AND THEY STILL CHARGING ME AFTER I CANCELED.
Good, easy daily exercise options
This app is really helpful for quick (10 min.) but effective daily exercises. Each day can be different. Lots of options including challenges. Easy, effective…really like this app! I highly recommend giving it a try. I think you’ll see results quickly if you’re consistent. Just grab it and get started!
Cancel!
I have tried to cancel this app.. you make it almost impossible… This is ridiculous and I’m going to be putting in many reviews over this
Great app
This app is a great way to start getting back in shape. Great for couch potato who hasn’t worked in a while. Levels for everyone.
New exercises
When will there be new exercises and challenges?
