Subscription
I’ve tried to cancel this several times but every month I get another charge. I can’t seem to find a way to talk to someone and stop this nonsense.
Great App
I have used this app since May. I am on my second plan. Even though showing first plan, my app froze and I had to delete and reinstall when I did started me back to day one under new plan. I wish the app would retain my info even though I logged in still didn’t show plan. I Had trouble getting CS support to reach out to me reason I can’t give 5 stars.
Constatations malheureuses
Settings in app do not work
I want male only instructors and they supposedly have that option. I turned it on and get 2 women for every male instructor. The AI in the app is totally useless, does nothing to help and sometimes makes it worse. The male instructors are great in the app and several woman do a decent job, but there is one that wears pink that is horrible. If she comes up I press skip button until I get to the end of the workout to get the next instructor.
6 months in
I do this workout at least 5 days a week. Now up to 40-45 minutes per workout. I’m still overweight and don’t have 6 pack abs, BUT at 74 years old my balance and limberness are better than most 45 yo men. I can stand on one foot for 3 minutes easily. I can get up off the floor with ease. I have lost about 15 #. I can take a 4 mile outdoor walk easily. Great program.
Not free
I am looking for a free exercise program. This was advertised as free, but it is not!
Workout for Seniors
The past few days have been nice. I picked 15-20 minutes long exercise and it goes by quickly. Wonder if there’s a way to make them a bit longer.
Sehr sanfter Einstieg
Es könnte ruhig etwas anstrengender sein
Consistent JoJo
This was awesome and I enjoyed it.awesome program help me to be consistent.
Failed shared
I downloaded app to phone and tablet and registered using my tablet. Will not allow me to login on my phone. When I fill out help message it is rejected so I can’t get any help.
Workout for Senio is
I’m happy that you go from simple to the complicated
Customer service
I can’t seem to get a response to my emailed questions. I have been trying for over a week.
Only 1 workout available per day unless u pay
Only one workout available per day unless u pay $4.99 a week or $50 up front - not transparent in this at all. It’s really annoying downloading these apps to find them so artificially restrictive. Don’t make it look free if it isn’t. Say u have a trial or only one thing available up front!
Good for me !
These workouts help me stay flexible. I do them every day
Not free
Bait & switch. They don’t tell you there is a charge until you answer a ton of questions. Just another Apple Store scam
Sprache
Nag screens
While I enjoy the workouts, there are constant nag screens to rate the app. The whole thing is also gamified. You can earn badges and rewards. I’m not a 5 year old. I don’t need that. If the server or internet connection crashes during your workout, you have to redo the whole workout next day. So, 3 stars because of nagging.
Senior fit, Pat
Great workout I’m tired, but I did it. Thanks guys.
It’s a rip-off even if the content is good
The app didn’t meet my expectations with exercises that were too long and I hurt my neck after the first time use. I failed to cancel my free trial ( I know ). They then charged me almost $90. I never would have selected that plan even if I liked the app. My advice: deal with more ethical companies. A refund is being considered by Facebook after a lot of hassles, we’ll see how that turns out.
Chair Exercise World
I am really enjoying the chair exercises. I know I am not doing them perfectly but I am sure that they are helping to improve my body.

Great mini workouts for any age
Easy yet effective mini workouts designed for seniors but would benefit anybody
Purchase Required
I asked for free tai chi. This one was not flagged as “In app purchase available” so I downloaded it. Purchase was required so I deleted it.
Disappointed
Downloaded this app because I wanted to have a go at chair yoga. Was really enjoying it. Got 4 days into a 28 day plan, won’t let me proceed with that day’s workout because a subscription page keeps popping up and simply won’t let me continue unless I hit subscribe. There was NO indication about this when I started it. I don’t want to pay and I shouldn’t be forced into it. At least let me do the 28 day plan. And there are other free workouts there as well. Very disappointed, deleting the app, and won’t be recommending it. Thanks a bunch guys. Well, I’ll find some chai yoga routines on YouTube and stick with my Pilates exercises that I’ve downloaded.
TrainerIn sagt „linkes Bein“, Vorführerin bewegt rechtes Bein.
Exercise
This is easy to follow. Really good workout
Hacked
I download this app and suddenly there are several hundred dollars in unauthorized charges on my card?
Good Overall
I am enjoying this app and have been using it consistently since January 2025. My only issue is the verbal instructions don’t always match what the person on the video is actually doing.
Not for me
I’m too active for this
Beginning
Very nice to start
Scam
I tried to delete my app and was asked if i wished to communicate with a tech support person and was told it would cost $2. I foolishly gave them my bank account details and they immediately tried to deduct $66 from my account. Luckily my bank recognised that it was a scam and stopped the transaction. Please be very careful about dealing with this company.
Awesome workout
Love the ease and visual aspects of each session!
Disappointed
I accepted an offer of a 7 day trial and from day 2 was forced into choosing or rejecting a one Year subscription. Pretty sure this breaches various consumer laws in Australia. App is possibly good but I am going elsewhere on principle. Very disappointed at the brutal misrepresentation.
👍🏼
Fühle mich sehr gut und beweglicher😀

Senior workout
Easy, Fun, Feeling it, Luv it!
Stoped very often I can't use this app
Can't use the app
Great for seniors
I found this app easy to use and follow and I’m sure it would be perfect for my 80 year old mother. But I’m an active 65 and would like a workout that is more challenging.
Like it but would be better if stopped crashing
