Great for Seniors
I’m now 72, and movement is important. This program is low-impact and easy to get into. Muscles, which I forgot about, are being used for the first time in a few years.
This is the most boring, non motivating exercise app ever!
The repudiative, electronic “music” is beyond annoying. The “dork” beta-boy model is a drag and uncomfortable to even watch. Am I doing this so a can aspire to be him? No thank!!!

Got Me Going Again
I’m a soon to be 69 year old that was struggling to maintain fitness and mobility. This daily dose of chair exercises was just what was needed. After two months my flexibility and core have improved dramatically. It has become part of my daily routine.

Trop répétitif
J’utilise ce plan tous les jours avec assiduité .. les exercices sont très bien, très pro mais la récurrence est bien trop importante. Les cycles sont trop répétitifs sur deux jours.. il y a une vraie lassitude.. un mix serait bénéfique et cela ne remet pas en cause la qualité de chacun d’entre eux. Merci d’en tenir compte cela rendrait l’application bien plus agréable.
Il y a encore beaucoup à faire…

This little work is not playing.
The 30 days routings of, no more then 15 mins of out your day are very beneficial and transformative. My first 30 days, I lost 4.5 lbs. and that was only doing the chair routine. I was skeptical about the price, but if you can give it a short amount of time and a valiant effort, you will see results of time.

Steady Progress
I’ve been using Muscle Fit for just over a year. The first twelve months as a beginner, and now as an intermediate. I wasn’t too worried about losing weight, more importantly I wanted to change my shape. My weight / shape didn’t happen overnight so to change it I expected it would take a while. I now buy medium sized clothes instead of large so I can say ,my body shape has definitely changed . Cheers!
Needs a bit more beef
A bit low brow for my needs and not seeing any real progress. Therefore, I stopped using the app after just 3 weeks. Disappointing

Too many annoying errors in videos and sound cues.
Great App
Two months in on a senior level… losing weight and body fat. Some exercises are a little awkward at first but you get used to them. I almost every day do two rounds. Very happy so far !!!

I signed up with an understand that billing for one month was 3.99 They charged 24.57 instead and I complained I only got a 4.00 refund To me this is fraud They was no where when I went to pay say this was actually going to cost 24.57 Not the fake amount of 3.99

It’s a free download. There’s a seven day trial. Then it’s $49.99 a year. I guess the price is OK for a year. But I don’t like to pay for anything. You cannot get the seven day free trial unless you give them your payment information. And I’m not going to do that.

Not so sure of the benefits as I’ve been doing increasing levels almost daily for over 6 months with no gains. My weight remains unchanged, as does my physical appearance even after having used more than 14000kcal.

I started chair training six months ago and although I haven’t used the routines EVERY day (perhaps on average three times a week) my energy levels are much improved and, since I’m not using weights, the stresses on my joints have been considerably reduced. I’m 73 and this is just what I needed!

Calisthenics after doing 28 days of this calisthenics training yes I’ve seen very slight results which was good but you do large number of the same exercises the press-ups you only do three times in 28 days the plank you only do once in 28 days that’s not too impressive

Can’t keep same workout schedule when you adjust any of your physical parameters. Other than that I like it.
Very limited exercises. Not as it appears
I tried the ‘free for 7 days’ option and I’m pleased I didn’t spend money on this. I thought it seemed quite good for the first couple of days but soon realised it is super-repetitive and not in the sense of developing on what you’ve already done. Has the feeling of a poorly-thought out app with an appealing facade. For example, it asks on what areas you want to focus - arms, chest, waist, legs. That’s great. I omitted legs and then still received a ‘tailored’ plan that included lots and lots of simple leg and foot exercises. Looking ahead to day 28, it’s still doing the same stuff. I’m sure there must be plenty of better apps not just looking for a one-off quick buck. Avoid paying for this
Ok for price
Have been using for about 1 month, doing a calisthenics workout. Daily routine don’t seem well balanced as the fist day was very intense but most days since fairly light. The voice instructions don’t always match the video exactly and the English pronunciation on the voice instructions is sometimes questionable (eg squat pronounced as skwat and on one occasion square), but at under £1 per week gives a regular routine to work to
