Most of the exercise routines I’ve tried don’t include a warm up which is important - especially for older people. Also the flow of the routines could do with improvement .

This app came up on an ad as being free, first 3 days were actually really good, then surprise surprise you have to pay for it.
Wrong questions to start with
Only just doing the questionnaire, but unable to proceed as the wrong questions are asked. For instance, it assumes that everyone can climb stairs, and won’t let you bypass it. I don’t climb stairs as it is too painful with the constant knee bending and lifting, it would also take hours to climb a flight of stairs. I am registered disabled but your questions ignore such facts

Great range of exercises available
Lots of choice of exercises but need to be able to amend plans between different classes. Eg. I’m happy to do 7 days a week for tai chi because it’s a good overall stretch, balance and fitness exercise, but I also do a callisthenics workout and I need a day off in order to rest. Because I’ve set 7 days as the default on the TaiChi it applies to others too. Appreciate I don’t HAVE to ‘attend’ but the app is configured to log on attendance too.

Ich finde LazyFit echt gut. Ich kann die Übungen schön in meinen oft stressigen Alltag einbauen, da ich die Zeit, die die Übungen in Anspruch nehmen können, einstellen kann. Leider ist mit jedoch das Angebot an Trainings und die Abwechslung der Übungen zu wenig. Auf Dauer werden die Übungen langweilig. Ich habe jetzt noch das Stretching dazu genommen und das ist echt super. Im großen und Ganzen finde ich die App gut 😊

J’ai commencé ya environ surement 2 mois pris quelques petites pauses mais pas tres longue…je pensais perdre un peu de poids parce que dans les annonces on est supposé perdre du poids car j’ai arreté de fumer depuis janvier!!! Mais non pas du tout au contraire je continue d’en prendre😳j’ai pris 20 lbs depuis janvier😳en passant j’ai 65 ans!!!

Deze app heb ik in gebruik genomen, omdat ik niet van sporten houd, maar wel weet dat het gezond is. Het is niet zo dat het nu enorm leuk is, maar het is absoluut fijn dat je het thuis kunt doen. Wat me (als nou eenmaal niet-sportliefhebber) enorm zou helpen is motivering via app-meldingen en beloningen op de manier zoals DuoLingo dat doet. Waardoor je denkt: yes, ik kan het en ik ga ervoor! Dat mis ik bij deze app heel erg. Kunnen jullie dat bij hen afkijken?

Really enjoy this App and the different workouts- you can choose easy and hard exercises. I only found that the Thai Chi walking exercises don’t change much from Beginners to Advanced. Same easy movements which are great but don’t seem to result in expected outcomes - while I have improved my flexibility I didn’t tone my body or lose weight.

Fantastic app for someone with injuries, autoimmune fatigue, or aging malaise. You can input your issues and receive appropriate guidance for your level of fitness and movement restrictions. After each exercise routine I feel energized, uplifted, and motivated to continue pursuit of my fitness goals.

Steigerung fehlt/Langweilig
Es fehlt eine Steigerung innerhalb der 28 Tage Programme. Die Musik bei den Indoor Gheprogrammen ist langweilig mit der Zeit. Die Übungsanweisungen sind ungenau. Für Fortgeschrittene nicht geeignet.
Exercices 2eme série
Les exercices ne sont pas toujours évident à réaliser. Pour moi il me faut un peu de temps entre la gauche et la droite. Il manque l’explication pour la respiration. Mais je m’adapte dans quelques temps ça ira mieux. Au moins, je fais en sorte de pratiquer régulièrement.

I LOVE THIS APP! The is the first app that felt was really for beginners. It actually adjusted my exercises for my bad knees. I have tried so many apps and they have me do stretches or exercises on my knees, but not this one.In other apps I had a hard time completing the workouts, but I can complete these and feel empowered for the first time in a long time. Also, my muscles are sore. Just like when I used to go to the gym, so I know it’s working. Feel free to PM me. I’m a real person. I’ll comment on your ad once I hit day 28.

Enjoy these very much and they slot into my day very well. The only criticism I would have is that sometimes the audio instruction doesn’t match the visual demonstration. Otherwise recommended.

スーパーマンのように腰を反らせるのは腰を痛めるのでスキップするが、そうすると似たような運動が集中していて半分くらいの運動量になる。 あまりモチベーションがわかない、いつになったら面白そうな運動が出て来るのかと思う。これが1年中同じパターンの繰り返しなら使い回しだなあと思う
