Beginner
I’m starting tai chi on July 6 for the first time. I’m excited. It seems to fit my lifestyle We will see. Seems like I will be able to do it.

Nice stretching routine, but too easy for me
Supposedly can make adjustments in settings, but I don’t see a settings button.
Multiple Plans?
I only just downloaded this app today. Started with the free trial. When I went into my Apple account it showed that there are multiple plans to choose from besides their $39.95 a year, but I cannot find any information on what those plans include. When I try to sign in to the web page, I was not given a username & password when I downloaded and signed up for the free trial. I’m at a complete loss here. I’d like to know more about the different plans. I’d like to find some information about them but somehow I’m on their free trial going to be billed $39.95 in a week if I don’t cancel. There’s are least five other plans to choose from. Where in the world is the information? It should not be this hard.
Bait and switch? NOT FREE
I like the exercises so far, but it definitely sounded like the first 30-day plan was going to be free. Certainly the App Store doesn’t have any requirements to be clear about what parts of an app are free and which aren’t, but developers should have the ethics to provide that info up front.
Good for stress
When I feel anxious I open this app. It really help me calm down.
Paid 19.99 and nothing
I got the 7 day trial when I paid the 19.99 annual fee. When I tried to go the 6th day, an Ad popped up asking me to subscribe. I know I paid because the 19.99 already cleared my bank. Now I’m stuck not being able to do anything.
Almost perfect…
LOVING this app. Senior with symptomatic hypermobility. Lots of pain and easily partially dislocate joints, ribs, SI, and spine. This is exactly what i have been searching for. Gentle. Peaceful. Calming. But also gets me moving and breathing. Thank you so much! The ONLY THING that would make it perfect is getting the audible description to match the visual display. They are sometimes conflicting.
Misleading
Says you can download and start using the app for free . After a few day, you have to start a trail or purchase to continue using app. Why does it say free then have to purchase
Nice Program
I like the program, but it does not log the progress with my Apple health apps.
Nice but needs more music
The workouts are great, but I wish there was more music options. Still good overall.
Do not be fooled by the seven day trial PERIOD!! It is not free.
I downloaded this app. They said I had a seven day free trial. I realize that I did not like it. So I tried to unsubscribe an hour after downloading it. And they still charge me the monthly subscription amount. When I contacted Apple to get a refund, they told me that this app is not eligible for a refund. So even though they say that is a free day trial do not press subscribe unless you really want the app. you can get free workouts on YouTube.
Gentle exercise for every age
I bought the subscription for a year and we will see how it goes… what I like about the app, is the older gentleman executing the exercercises, it is easy to just follow. A bit disturbing is the fact, that the spoken description of the exercise doesn‘t always match. Would be better to just say very little and let us follow the visual
Thought it was good
On reflection after completing the course i paid the required amount thinking it would start over and run through again to the end. Unfortunately it just repeats day 21
Frustrated
I like this app. The exercises are perfect for me; however, I keep having to uninstall and reinstall because the video doesn’t work right. I can hear the audio, but the picture either freezes or isn’t there.

The voice is very calm and easy to follow. Makes big difference.

Your app said it was free and you lied that is false advertisement and a scam to sucker people into it
Good starting pace
It’s keeping me on a routine of gentle movement for my achy body. Looking forward to feeling better.
False Advertising
I downloaded the app because it said it was completely free. No indicator there would be a cost. THIS FALSE ADVERTISING!
Was great
It was great until it stopped working. Just keeps crashing when I try to open the app. 😞 also would love an Apple TV version.
Loving This App
I’m only 2 sessions in but this is doable for my age. I really enjoy the guided workouts and the music! Loving this app!
Never had a chance
Couldn’t get pass putting in my height. Never had the chance to use the app. Is it the IOS 26 or something else?
Wonderful, WOW!
My first day. Seven minutes doing follow along movements. I’m shocked that I can feel a difference. Each exercise so graceful and gentle, but I actually feel a very clear difference. One time and I’m hooked. I can’t wait to see and feel the difference. Absolutely recommend.
Disappointed
Completed first level 6….twice and it only goes to 92% complete and won’t progress further. Does this mean we have to pay to get past this level for the rest of beginning 30 days? Looks promising and was off to good start but disappointed in limited progress.
So far, so good
I am enjoying my workout sessions. My only suggestion is to have less white area at the bottom of the screen. I would like to see the instructor’s hands at the top of the screen.

I spent $39 for access for an entire year. The app stopped working on the 4th day. It still not working 3 weeks later and I’m out $40. Don’t buy this app
Still evaluating
I like the format , however one review said completely free and I found it would only give me four sessions and then I had to subscribe. Although it had a nice beginning offer of only .99 for a year so I went ahead and did it. I am planning to move up to longer sessions as the beginning 6 minute session is relaxing, but not sure it is doing much for me. I think this will work for me as I move into longer sessions.

I’m a 57-year-old truck driver. I started doing this program. My shoulders feel better. And I can already see it’s helping my muscle tone a lot. I love that this is very low impact on my joints. Thank you for creating this program. It’s helpful.
App won’t open
This app won’t open and I’ve already paid for a year subscription
Good starting point
This is a good introduction to Tai Chi. It’s is a little repetative (ie same movements in different categories). You do feel a difference after a few days. My question is what happens after the 30 6 minute sessions, do you go back to square one or this there an intermediate or experienced app following. After 12 days I’m getting into it only issues are on occasions with certain stances you repeat the exercise twice once to the right and then the left others you don’t, so inconsistent. Also the continue button doesn’t work and you have swipe the app closed

Tried to use it and the screen went blank after the first exercise. Didn’t show me how to do the second exercise. Skipped to the next exercise and still only had a blank screen.

The video doesn’t come up after the first video on how to do it. I can only get the written description of the exercise which is not helpful when you are a beginner
