Tai chi
Amazing
Zenfit ersatz tai chi.
I want yang style 37 movement form and the 108 long form. This is not what I’m looking for. Not the real deal.
Nice app
Nice app. I would like to see the addition of make your own routine eventually. One big error, though, is the calories burned in each workout. They are way, way over estimated. For example, I find it very hard to believe that I burned 400 calories in the 12 minute routine in “Animal Flow for Agility and Strength”. I didn’t even break a sweat. I checked some online calculators and it was probably more like 60 calories. Besides that, it is a beautifully put together app and I enjoy the routines.
Meh
Program was too slow. Also there’s no convenient way to cancel through the app. Have to email and make it more time consuming
Tutorials lacking
This app states it is for beginners but the tutorials assume you know something about Tai Chi. No time spent explaining and showing Tiger claws or bear paws. No close up shots to show details. As a beginner it’s difficult to follow the nuances and techniques from the view provided. I do like many other things about the app tho. I like that it breaks up sessions into short specific topics. It makes it easy to do at different times during the day or as needed especially if you’re getting back into exercising.
Love this app!
It really helped a lottt. Nice low key chair exercises and tai chi courses
Not what I signed up for
This program is limiting and not what I would call exercise. I thought I was purchasing Tai Chi walking, and this program is mostly breathing then a short 4-5 minute stretch.
MOVEMENT IS MEDICINE
I have been fairly active my entire life. With the stresses of life has stiffened me as well putting on unwanted weight. This app has been fabulous easing me back into my movements and hopefully shedding some unwanted pounds. At 148 besides being preggo this is the MOST I’ve weighed. Thank you. I plan to keep is up.
Trail period not free
Took payment of £69.99 day 2 of 7 day trail period fumming put in a complaint and getting a refund AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Sometimes not Clear
For some of the more complex movements, the narrative is too fast and not clear. Also does not match the person demonstrating.
So far so good
Gentle enough so far that I can handle it with some mobility problems
Lacking
I had high hopes for this program. The advertisements for it(as commercials between levels on a game) made it seem dynamic, effective, even fun. Reality is far less than that. The graphics are terrible. Almost like a first draft instead of a finished product, very rough. The audible instructions do not match the actions taken by the figure on the screen, making it very confusing as well. Granted, I haven’t been doing this every single day, but it seems like the first seven exercises are tedious, repetitious, and not at all challenging. I paid for a three month subscription, so I will see this thing through. But I don’t recommend it. Update- almost through the 3- month program. No improvement to my weight or physique. I have downgraded this to a single star. Save your money Update- up two pounds. Totally a waste
Like the TaiChi movements
But could improve user experience. For instance, allow app to be used on different devices by same user (I cannot move app from my iPhone to my iPad), QC the narratives to match the video movements (sometimes not the same and it’s confusing especially when the narrator doesn’t match right and left), and make transitions between exercises more smooth (sometimes transitions are abrupt). These are things that would reduce distractions and help us focus on the training. Thank you.

Too Light Of A Workout!
Great stretch
I feel relaxed
Can’t cancel this once it is started
App isn’t helpful and I want to cancel NOW
Left and right
If I’m watching someone demonstrating the movements while facing me, don’t use “right” and “left” directions—they appear opposite and distract the mind.
Calm moves
Lovely
Do not like AI
I do not like AI. This is not calming
New to this
I’m 68 years old and just started 10 days ago. Boy am I uncoordinated! Getting the hang of it though. It’s a bit challenging but fun.
Not true
App isn’t as advertised
Love this!
As a senior with more than a little arthritis, I appreciate the slow stretches that work all those tight upper arm and shoulder muscles.
Starts off REAL slow
Only on day 3 - hope It picks up! It never does - waste of time and money
Thank You, ZenFit
I’m in my late 60s and have dealt with joint problems for years, so I’ve always been careful with exercise. I started using ZenFit to learn Tai Chi, and I’m honestly amazed at how simple and gentle the lessons are. The instructor is so patient and explains every movement clearly, so I never feel lost or pressured. After a few weeks of practicing, my body feels noticeably better — my joints aren’t as stiff, my balance is improving, and I actually look forward to moving again. At my age, finding something that feels good and is easy to follow is rare. ZenFit has been a real blessing for my health.
Limited options
Heart health challenge shown in description is not actually available in the app. There are only a few workout options shown. Definitely not worth continuing after free trial.
Relaxing
Good stretch
Free trial lol
The app offered a free trial but after I accepted, I was charged right away.
Awesome
Fantastic app! The instructions are clear, and following along is smooth. I’m amazed by the new experience of Chinese-style workouts. Adding a meditation section would be great.
