Lemoneyd review after using for a few months
I just wanna preface this by saying that it’s not perfect, the app has some flaws and some shortcuts that need to be done for better UX BUT I love that it gives you a maximum of 10 accounts on its basic/standard experience, makes you manage your finances better while making room for your bank subsections by using the accounts however you want it to be. It’s not perfect but how nice of it to be really functional.
Latest update
It seems the app reduced the number of accounts that you can open in the free version. I hope the team decided a fixed number of accounts originally, and didn't reduce this as the app gained more updates. It feels so deceptive, as you made users record transactions, only to then make the account unavailable afterwards. Very disappointing and very deceptive move
Suggestion
Can you add a feature for Buy Now Pay Later. Scenario is I bought a product and it will reflect in my statement after 3 months. So the start of counting is after 3 months. I want to see my realtime NET and CC limit. Also, is it possible to use this app even without internet? There are other apps that you can use even without connecting to wifi or data, Is it possible here too? Thank you.
Double Charged
I subscribed to the Pro version of the app. In my iPhone purchase history, the amount reflected was 700. However, in my GCash account, I was charged twice—700 and 1290. I reported it to Apple and GCash, and after one day, I was refunded 700. I actually wanted a refund for the 1290 because I availed of the discounted subscription price of 700, but I didn't complain. However, when I tried using my Lemoneyd app, I could no longer access the Pro version. Was my 1290 just wasted?
Offline transactions
I would have considered buying the lifetime and continue using this app if it had an offline recording feature then sync it online once the device is connected online, Until then i would not consider using this app.

Expensive and Ugly
NOT RECOMMENDED! Dont waste your money on this app! So ugly and so expensive. There are other apps that are way cheaper and nice! If i can give a -5 stars i would!
Add days of the week to dates
Appreciate the daily breakdown of weekly budget but it’d be even helpful if beside the date which day of the week is mentioned.
Forcing subscriptions
Its totally useless to me who has multiple accounts in one bank. I can’t add more accounts, even dollar accounts because its forcing me to subscribe first. No way I am being bullied to pay for a simple feature.
no email verification link received
I must admit maganda yung idea and naexcite ako nung nakita ko online to because it can help me manage my finances better pero simula pa lang, letdown na. I kept hitting ‘resend email’ pero wala ako narereceive. I kept refreshing my inbox, even check my spam but nothing. Will change my review after I actually try the app, for the meantime 3 stars muna.

Have experienced this since released and I plan to get the premium sooner or later!
The verification email is taking too long to arrive.
Tried creating an account, but no verification email was received, so I was unable to complete the registration and had to quit the app.

Could be better
I see the potential but there are also a lot of limits to the choices like investments. I have bank UITF investments I can't include because only stock investments are in the choices.. Then for savings accounts I have more than one in just one bank, and it forces me to upgrade if i exceed 1 account per bank. I hope you can make it at least 2 accounts per bank minimum or at least make a Checking account option instead of just having Savings accounts.
App automatically closes
I am trying to edit my budget for monthly but I cannot edit the items anymore it’s automatically closing. It might be a bug but I hope this will be fixed soon.

Would it be possible to: 1. add a feature where we can specify the currency of an account 2. add a conversion rate for the non-Peso account For Example: Since I have a BPI USD account, when creating a new BPI savings account in the app, it would be helpful if we can specify if this is a Peso or Dollar account. If it's a dollar account, it would be nice if we have a feature to input the conversion rate (even if it's manual entry and not synced with live data). Thank youu!

I tried logging in but until now I wasnt able to log in due to its system failure in sending verification to my email.

transaction search
The search transaction is not loading. If you want to find a specific transaction category or specific info of that transaction category from your previous data it will not display anything.
Cannot edit past transaction which I made into a installment

It’s a good app and simple UI, not complicated for first time users. I love that it separates e-wallets and can even track my expenses on each of it. I only hope the app can work offline.
Free features now locked behind paywall
Previously, I have added a dozen different accounts to track inside the app. Now, I can’t edit half of them since you can only have 6 free accounts. I get that development costs money. But, locking features that were once free behind a subscription sucks.
View Purchases Based on Category
Pls add the option to view transactions or purchases based on category in the Finsights tab. I have the premium version and it’s very difficult or hassle to have to look through each transaction in the Home page. Also, would be better if we could view or add transactions without needing internet :/ Sometimes when internet isn’t so good it doesn’t load properly
User Friendly and Good Support
The app itself is very easy to setup and understand. Initially, I was using the Bluecoins app which is also good at the time when I was not using credit cards. When I started using CC, it’s kinda hard to setup and understand in Bluecoins compared to Lemoneyd. Lemoneyd’s UI is also much better compared to Bluecoins in my opinion. When I had trouble changing something from my end, I contacted them via email and they resolved my concern in a timely manner considering I sent it around 1AM. Overall experience is great and looking forward for more app improvement.

It is very disappointing to use, it is just a waste of money. I cant even update my budgets!
Feedback and Suggestions for Improving the App
I really enjoy using the app. I initially purchased the monthly subscription to try it out, but I was impressed with how organized and smooth the experience was, so I eventually upgraded to the lifetime subscription because I see a lot of potential in the app. I have a few suggestions that I think could make it even better: Edit the account of an existing transaction It would be helpful to change the account associated with a transaction. If I accidentally select the wrong credit card, I currently have to delete and recreate it. The same applies to fund transfers, where I have to delete and recreate the transfer if I choose the wrong account. Longer transaction names or a notes field A longer character limit would be helpful, but ideally, a separate notes field would allow users to record additional details, such as the individual items included in an expense and their prices. Rearrange saved transaction names It would be great to have an option to organize or rearrange saved transaction names, as the current list can feel a little messy.
Editing Expenses Triggers “Insufficient Balance” Error
I like the concept of the Lemoneyd app and how it helps track expenses, but I encountered a frustrating issue. Once you enter an expense and try to edit it — whether it’s just adjusting the amount or even simply updating the notes — it won’t allow you to do so because it says “insufficient balance.” Technically, it’s still the same expense. You’re not adding a new one; you’re just correcting or updating the details. It shouldn’t trigger an insufficient balance error, especially if you’re not increasing the total expense. This makes it difficult to correct mistakes and affects the basic functionality of expense tracking. I hope this gets fixed in the next update because the app has good potential, but this issue really needs improvement.

CANT VERIFY EMAIL
I thought it looked helpful but I guess not! I just started using it and I cant even verify my email and I tried several times. Uninstalling!!
Love it
Loving the app and bought the lifetime license. One good thing to have for the installments is the actual date of the next payment, probably an indicator if I’ve already paid for this month or something like that, and also support for loans that have a bimonthly schedule. Thanks!
Getting better with new features.
Had a small issue with my account, but the team handled it fast and professionally. Everything’s fixed now and looks correct. Honestly, not all apps can resolve issues within the same day, so I really appreciate the quick turnaround. Solid support!

Been using this for weeks and find it very useful until the latest update. Its already mixed up. Even if youre not going to add for the total networth. Still showing not accurate. Deleted the app and reinstall it but the same error.
Additional feature
The app is very good indeed but i would suggest to add note/description when transferring money from one account to another to remember what transaction was that.

Great app, just needs custom account icons
Love the app and the clean interface! It’s been great for tracking my budget. My only major suggestion is to allow us to create custom icons (or emojis) for an account. The current presets are a bit limiting, and being able to choose our own icons would make it much easier to organize unique savings goals and specific accounts. Hope to see this in a future update!
