Good for first time investors focused on the Philippine Stock Market and Mutual Funds. The interface is relatively easy to use, it’s hard to get lost. Different research tools, stock market news and portfolios by other investors are also available in the app which can provide good insights.

Why is it so hard to withdraw my money from my account?it's been 3days and still not yet processed. And the support is not good too, only replies auto on emails. But doesnt solve your problem or complaints
Face ID doesn’t log me in
Been using this app for months. Trading is good, but Face ID only worked during the first month but for some reason, it stopped working afterwards. It won’t let me login unless I input everything again.
DragonFi Modern PSE App
I’ve used other PSE brokers, including COL Financial and BDO Securities, and so far, DragonFi is one of the best trading apps I’ve used for Philippine stocks. The UI is clean, modern, and very easy to use. The app feels smooth and user-friendly, and the overall experience is comparable to some of the U.S. trading apps like Robinhood. Great job, DragonFi! 👍 I’m really enjoying the experience so far and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, modern, and easy-to-use PSE trading app. Keep it up.

Does not allow users to use the plus addressing when registering an email. Plus addressing allows email users to track which organization sold their data like email address.
Biometrics login switch not working
Please fix the switch. Whenever I turn it on I get an error. This is not specific on one device.
Beginner user Friendly
This is my first time doing stocks and I am very happy and impressed with the user interface we know that stock market is very complicated to understand especially for the beginners but since I'm doing my own research this is my first time ever using any app that is related to stock market account and I've been doing good so far and manage to be able to follow much easier I had a recommend this app for the beginners and I know that it has a lot of features that an expert will really appreciate it looking forward four more banks transfer option us to the whole team
Failed cash in / deposit
I deposited an amount via InstaPay, but it has not reflected in my account. Until now, my email concern has not been properly addressed.

Customer Support Were Slow
I am giving them 2 star for not taking action quickly for my concern. Although its just a minor problem. But they need to act quick and investigate right. We talking about here is investment. So they need to be quick.
Keeps logging out
Is it intentional to be auto logged out very often? Every time I open this app I have to log in. It was not like this a few weeks ago.
Dragonfi Honest Review
Easy to navigate and very helpful for all investors. There’s no day that I do not open this app even the market is closed. Hopefully I can pass my account to my daughter someday.

I sold my assets but I still don’t have the option to withdraw it. I still have to wait some days???!?!

Authentication not working
I tried withdrawing my investment there were 2 authentication, email and sms, it says choose email but there’s no option to skip the sms part it’s hassle I have to wait to get it fix first before I can withdraw
Pls add broker activity top bought/sold in mobile version
It lacks broker activity boght/sold breakdown in mobile version which is very useful for those day traders. No guide for those stocks that are on sale, you have to look it for yourself unlike in first metro sec mobile it is both on the main menu so we can choose everyday what are the stocks good to trade. If clients trade frequently then your company will also benefit more commissions. And news make it highlighted and direct so we can read it in just a minute like in first metro. Over all your platform is very good and advance only those I mention is lacking.

Withdrawal is so slow
sobrang tagal ng withdrawal, di mo alam if mata-transfer pa yung pera mo. Yung iba buwan ang tinataggal bago i-withdraw kahit maliit na amount, hirap/ matagal pa rin silang ilabas yung pera.
Bugs + additional feature reques
App features is good user friendly. recently I encounter problems when logging in. My account cannot be recognized so I always need to uninstall and install again to log in.. I hope it will solve this issue. Also, maybe you can include total summary of gains and loss so we dont need to compute manually.

Best app for investing bc of great UI and user experience— except when it's not
Great app overall except for the multiple times that this app crashed on me. I thought that it might have been a problem caused by my phone's hardware but after trying to use this app multiple times and multiple occasions, it's still a pervasive problem to the point that I can't even use it. The app needs an update to fix these bugs.

After depositing ₱20,000 I can no longer use my account? Invalid email or incorrect password contact what?? This is terrible i’ll put out my money as soon as I get my account back
