After I created an account, the app couldn't be opened after a few hours.

Very frustrating
I tried multiple times but the transaction kept failing, and I kept getting the same message that my funds would be credited back within 1 hour. It’s inconvenient to keep trying over and over. Please fix this issue and improve the app’s transaction reliability.
The UI is simple but still requires some improvements.
The overall experience is positive; the interface is straightforward and user-friendly. However, the icons appear pixelated (Devs and QAs should address this). Additionally, there is no option to hide or display the balance, nor to hide the blur app when running in the background. Introducing these features could enhance security.

First they will let you borrow money, but after paying on time and tried to apply again, they will declined it. Papagurin ka pa sa mga requirements kahit re-availment lang naman gagawin tapos rejected din pala.
Honest review
Need some improvement on the onboarding of new clients. Easy to navigate and i love the fact that they offer free send money to other bank and e-wallet. The interest of 5% is very catchy too.
The UI and UX is terrible
I can’t even copy my account number or hide my balance, there’s no button for it. There’s a keyboard for searching banks but it doesn’t work. UI looks terrible.
Was interested and now getting disappointed
Just created account this morning and was planning to start depositing. Upon opening the app, i could not get in. No error notification and no display upon clicking login button. I dont even know whats happening. This makes me think twice investing in this platform bec the app is poorly built and qa’d. I even wanted to help by submitting an issue but it does not have a feedback mechanism where i can submit an issue.

first time using your app and it sucks big time, can't even log onto my account when i log out and try to log back in, imagine you are on a teller and trying to pay something hahaha the horror! how and where can i close my account now?

The app is just like other online bank app just improve to make it more engaging to explore
“Recent Transaction” is very confusing
sent wrong money in multiple accounts due to confusing UI in the recent transaction.. Atleast prioritize the favorate contacts instead of the recent ones.
User Interface
It is a great app indeed but I hope they can improve the UI for much better app experience. It falls behind in clean design, ease of navigation and smoothness and responsiveness compared to other modern digibanks

I HATE THIS APP!
I HATE THIS APP! ITS SO ANNOYING! Everytime u go out of the app you have to always try to log in instead of just doing a pin access it’s so annoying, i accidentally did my password wrong and now it lock me out and I try to change my password but I have to put my account number like omg I DO NOT KNOW BECAUSE ITS IN THAT ACCOUNT! I DONT KNOW MY FREAKING 12 DIGIT NUMBER! HOW DA HELL WOULD I KNOW! Hinfi Nga ako papasukin NAKAKAINIS i hate this app
many bugs
FaceID does not work, always getting an error. had to always key in may user and password which is very tiresome from a user’s persective. app is also quite laggy and experience is not as smooth as the main bpi app. after adding a profile picture, it disappears after logout and login. hope additional improvements to come soon (will modify my rating after)
Looks good
App looks good but needs to improve more including the services offered. App should be user friendly and more easy to navigate especially for senior citizen customers and customers who are not techy.
Best Loan and Savings App
BPI subsidiary so you know it’s safe and secure. I love TODO savings where you can earn 5% for up to 1M deposit. Current app is quite clunky but products are really gooood!

Multiple correct MPIN
I tried to send to other bank through banko however it says incorrect PIN even i never forgot my MPIN i changed the MPIN AND still it shows incorrect. Im so frustrated right now . I think it is a good app but not. So disgusted by their customer service.
Update the App PLEASE
Kindly update the app please. Have mercy on its users. It’s response is slow and not smooth.
Credentials issue
I always have to delete and download again the app because it is not accepting my credentials even if I have not changed my password. Hope you can fix this issue.

Evaluation takes too long
Ang tagal ng evaluation. Lagpas na sa allotted timeframe na 3-5 banking days wala paring update. Di nalang sabihin kung approve o hindi. Tapos yung mga agent kung di pa kalampagin ng mga agents sa maliliit na branch, di pa mag aapprove. Akala mo sa tao ka lang umuutang, parang hindi banko. System update di naman yan mapipigilan kasi needed siya for improvement. Ang ayaw ko dito is manual yung pag approve tapos hindi naman nagpafollow sa tamang process yung mga nag-aapprove. Dapat masilip yan. Ang kukupad niyo!
TERRIBLE APP
The service of the app is terrible and unreliable. Can you fix it I have my money there and I can’t even send it to anyone. So dumb. FIX IT!
I like the app
It meets my needs as am able to see my balances and transaction history. Very happy with the 5% savings interest rate!

Who made this? This app UI and UE design is kinda terrible that it feels sketchy to use. Youre pushing people off from creating accounts on your bank because whoever you outsourced this app to is doing a terrible job at it. Why does it even redirect me to an outside link to capture my government id. Sketchy ahh implementation
App is Not stable
Log in errors prompt even your username and password is correct. When you try to reset password it will require the 12 digit account numbers which I am not sure where to get as it’s my first time logging to the app. As result I cannot reset my app. The 12 digit account control in addition to otp, image verification, and mpin, is an overkill control as a user. I am not recommending this as there is a tendency that you will lock your money inside the app and can no longer be accessible.
Very outdated UI design and user-unfriendly app. Limit on deposit.
What’s the point of asking for scanned ID and selfie that they still have to go to your branch to fill up forms for them to be able to deposit more than 50k because you put a limit on deposit? The app design looks outdated and very user-unfriendly. (e.g. no search box, a lot of misalignments, cannot even update mobile and cannot see registered email). Login button is unresponsive for the first 3 seconds. Need to wait for around 5 seconds before you can scroll through the account details.
