TRASH SERVICE AND APP
IT IS VERY HARD TO CONTACT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE APP ITSELF IS A TRASH.I WONT RECOMMEND THIS. WHEN I TRIED IT, I FIGURE OUT WHY THIS IS NOT A KNOWN BANK/APP.

In gcash I can't withdraw easily because of the codes that won't be sent to me. I keep on changing my gmail but CIMB Bank won't send me one and takes a long period of time before I can finally withdraw the money I sent to CIMB bank or Gcash Save. This problem is an old problem that CIMB Bank never addressed, I hope you improve and address these concerns.
Login issues
Why is the app hanging now during login? It even require clicking the face id button twice to login. Sometimes after logging-in and directed to the landing page, it says something went wrong. This is not a very nice experience on my end.

When i tried updating my apps, i did not work. Still loading. I cant process my payment because it was block by text that i have to update but it didnt work in updating. What shall i do. I cant process my payment!

The UI is too noisy
The UI is visually cluttered, the account number is not easily accessible as it takes a lot of tappimg here and there to find it. The total balance should be the main visible aspect of the UI but their Own My Goals BS is the forefront of it instead. Outsanding Loans and Remaining Credit should not be openly visible as well, so why is it the same size as the Total Balance? Please prioritize the Total Balance in your visual balancing. It’s convenient sana kasi connected sa GCash thru GSave, but the CIMB app itself is actually diabolical.

Balance not reflecting
I deposited from Gcash to Gsave but when I checked on my CIMB account it’s not showing. I tried to withdraw it again on Gcash but it keeps saying the otp is incorrect even though I am putting the correct otp sent to my email. Really an inconvenience. Also, when loggin in to the app, it keeps saying something is wrong and then it will log me out. I keep on trying and it’s the same.

The app keeps crashing and suddenly closes while I’m using it. I’ve also been unexpectedly logged out, which is really frustrating, especially when I’m in the middle of something. Please fix these stability and login issues to improve the overall user experience.

Quite invasive, on iPhone Photos, I didn’t allow CIMB to access my photos although it really didn’t but why it shows Private Access? App can see but cannot access the photos unless I allow. Why the app wants to see in the first place that’s personal photos why the app sees it even if cannot access

Weird message when opeing the app
It keeps saying I am logged in from another device (I am not) and it's annoying and makes me paranoid. I can't use the app sometimes because of that.

It keeps logging me out saying I have used a different device to log in. Which I never did. So hassle and frustrating. If this won’t resolve soon I will have to migrate to another digital bank.

This is the worst bank app created! Can’t create or link my account the error is ridiculous and customer service are no help their email addresses is also having error! Email always returning and that the email add doesn’t exist! WORST BANK AND APP!!!!
