Deposits Problem
For last few years it’s been a best apps for me but now the change of deposits procedure way more inconvenient, One week cannot even received my deposits after so many email screen shots i have sent for the references still they insist that didn’t received the deposit.

If only Gotrade can sustain its deposit options, having Wise is the best but now only had wire transfer for Malaysian (so old schooool). Seems no new development for user from this app, the withdrawal fee still maintain at highest $50 & poorly had 1 deposit method! I guess this app not for me. I kept this app just for browsing and favourite stocks notification only coz so far u guys had the best UX.

They have user-friendly interface, the app itself is easy to use. However, they have high withdrawal fees - $50 every time you withdraw. On top of that, I never received my money and customer service never replied.

this investment platform is so great to be honest but the depositing option is not flexible, currently you can only choose between BPI and UnionBank which is so hard cause previously I can deposit with e-wallet but now I can’t. I am looking forward for the developers to fix that asap

Great UI but keeps logging me out
I’ve been a user of this app since it came out in ios and really like the UI and ease of trading. However, the app is now buggy and keeps logging me out. I already redownloaded it multiple times.
Perfect for beginners
This is perfect for beginners. It is very easy to open an account. Allows local bank transfer for cash in. And most importantly - you can buy a fractional share for $1. Not a lot of people of hundreds of USD to buy a share so fractional share is really amazing. They need to have a two factor authenticion option though coz once you have logged in, a fraudster can just easily sell your stocks and add a new bank account for transfer.

Too many problem when the market is open
Too many problem when the market is open, i cant even buy the stock, and it ruined my entry
Low cost fractional US Stock Trading platform
The app is beautiful and the UI design is very user friendly. The app social media team will share daily highlights which is very informative. The best part is that I can buy $1 Apple stock and the commission for trading is free!

The app is good & user friendly. But the deposit process takes forever. You better add more deposit options like paypal & stripe, or cryptocurrencies maybe to make deposit process more faster.
Good start to invest in US Stocks
I was excited when i first found out about it since i am very interested to have a us stock as an investment. Now I can finally start realizing it thru Gotrade, i was able to own a fraction of a share from top companies. Good Investment 👍👍
$1,000 went missing
First time using gotrade and transferred $1,000 to start buying stocks. Their system suddenly acted up and so, the money that I transferred didn’t go through. But it was already deducted on my bank account! Now, its been 6 days chasing them to credit my money back… but no response other than we are looking into it blah blah! Give back my money as this has caused me too much anxiety already!
Limited option on Deposit
Requesting for developer to add in more option for deposit specifically for instant transfer. I saw a lot of neighbouring video posted on their socmed they were able to perform instant deposit while us Malaysian only stuck with only two deposit option either wise or wire transfer that took us a lot of days for successful transaction. :(
