Lacking of crypto currency
I cant hold crypto in the app due to lack of unavailability of rising of new cryptocurrency and only offers limited options
Poor customer service and slow verification
I created my account and applied for an upgrade on May 6th. Application says it only takes maximum of five days. After two weeks, I contacted customer service and asked for a follow up. They said they’re gonna work on it. I waited and waited and followed up again, once again they said they’re gonna work on it. I never once heard of an apology for such an inconvenience. My account only got verified June 3rd. What they said will only take a maximum of five days took almost A MONTH. From May 6th to June 3rd.

Over Two Weeks of Unresolved Account Review
Since September 19, my account has been under temporary review due to alleged unusual transaction attempts. Despite repeatedly following up with PDAX, I still have no clear explanation of the issue or an estimated resolution date. What makes this situation particularly frustrating is that PDAX has not requested any additional documents or provided specific instructions on what I need to do to resolve the matter. My funds remain inaccessible, and the prolonged delay has caused significant financial inconvenience and unnecessary stress. I understand the importance of security and compliance checks. However, customers deserve transparency, timely updates, and a reasonable timeframe for resolving account restrictions. I am extremely disappointed with PDAX’s customer service and handling of this case. I sincerely hope the company takes responsibility, provides a clear explanation, and resolves this issue as soon as possible.

Huwag kayong mag-download o mag-deposito sa app na ito. Na-hack ang account ko at nawalan ako ng PHP 261,799 habang ang aking 2FA ay nasa pending/incomplete status. Ibig sabihin, may nakapasok o may nag-override sa kanilang system backend (Suspected Inside Job). Mas malala pa, ayaw mag-comply ng PDAX Management sa aking Right to Access sa ilalim ng batas. Ayaw nilang ibigay ang aking Statement of Account (SOA) at network IP logs para sa cybercrime tracking kahit may opisyal na akong kaso sa Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas na may Case Reference Number: BSPCMS-2026-6TWNFHN7SG. Ginigipit pa nila ako na magpalit ng aking original email address para itago ang metadata history. Napaka-unprofessional at iresponsableng platform! DOWNLOAD AT YOUR OWN RISK!
When the Market Was Sideways
No pump-and-dumps. Steady yung market. But instead of forcing trades in unfavorable conditions, I parked my funds and wait. I truly appreciated is that exchanghe didn't pressure me to trade.
biometric login that resets every session expires
The session expires for just a day and why ask to enable biometric that resets automatically when session expires? That doesn’t make sense and completely negates the purpose of having biometric login. Tried logging in, and it prompts me that session expires and I need to login again. Why??? Also your login page doesn’t support auto fill from apple passwords and requires me to manually input my login and OTP.

I strongly advise people to think twice before using this app. My experience with this platform has been extremely frustrating. Their customer support is very unresponsive, and my funds are still being held without a clear explanation or resolution. I have already submitted all the documents they requested, but up until now, I still haven’t received any meaningful feedback or assistance. It feels like they are very quick to accept cash-ins, but when it comes to withdrawing your own funds, the process becomes extremely difficult. I have been waiting for a response, yet customer support has not provided any real help or a clear timeline for releasing my funds. I am extremely disappointed with the way this situation has been handled. Please be cautious and do your research before depositing your money into this app. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform.

Yeah, change ur statement about the account upgrade pocessing that it may take the process for up to 5 days. Should be 5 weeks or even 5 months since u haven’t processed my account upgrade yet that as much as I know, It’s been more that a month.
