Great Support services
I had a problem with logging in and was prompted to email in. The replied literally came back within 30 minutes and the following correspondence was within 5 minutes. After 2 emails the problem was solved. Malaysia government is so efficient.
Keep hanging at the continues page cannot login
the app keep hanging at the continues page cannot login. Uninstall and install still the same. Please help I cannot use the app entering Malaysia
Bugs
The app works, however UI can be better designed to make the app more user friendly. This app is also full of bugs that require a lot of fixing. As a tech savvy person with experience in coding/programming, I know how to navigate around the app, including finding workarounds when I encounter bugs which everyday ordinary people with no coding or programming background wouldn’t know. Suggest app developer to redesign the UI, at the same time rebuild the app by fixing most of the bugs.
App cannot proceed due to ‘continue’ button cannot be tap or pressed
Recently the app opened with a notice about QR with a ‘Continue’ button. However probably due to the formatting of the size of the app, the ‘Continue’ button cannot be tap or pressed, as a result cannot proceed to the log in page.
Bugs n improvement
I can’t click “continue” on the QR code special notice if my iPhone zoom display function is on and can’t go on to the next page. I have to use standard display function if I want to use this app. And also all the groups created should be shown. As only last 3 are shown, have to re-create the group that was not shown.

Cannot scan passport
Not sure what happened after numerous attempts
Screen unclickable
I have been using it for a few months. The APP is stable but seems like having problem whenever there is an update. The latest problem in my iPhone 15 Pro, a new screen “QR code special note” appeared but the “continue” button does not respond. Hence I can’t proceed further with the APP. No choice but switch back to using passport hardcopy. Hope the team can resolve this problem soon.

Too many popups
Have to click 5 buttons after open app in order to reach QR code screen. MyBorderPass only need to press 1 button.
Spoil my day just trying to register an account
The camera feature for passport scan sucks a big time. And once the app is closed without completing the registration, I have to start all over again from zero. What the heck. Wake up!!!

Needs patience to register- especially the RFID-scan part. But once done, super fast in/outbound clearance
PDPA problem (Group Issue)
The moment you give your info in a group, that is when you sell your soul to the group leader for the rest of your life. The group leader will know ur whereabout, when u enter Msia, when you exit Msia, what time, from where etc. If this info (group) is among husband and wife or family its ok, but if its among friends who drive in together once, without the leader deleting your info, it will forever stays in the leader app with info where u r about. Can you guys do something with this?
Can’t use after a while on my iPhone
Unable to log into the app after some time . The page will “freeze” or hang on the first page , not allowing me to proceed further to generate my qrcode
Can’t create group QR code
I tried more than 10 times and despite the app claiming that the group QR has been successfully created, it can never be found. We have to manually scan every passenger’s QR. MY customs actually asked why we weren’t using the app 🤦🏻♀️
Apps ALWAYS hangs
MyNIISe app always hangs. Very unreliable. When the QR code special notice appears, press the CONTINUE button and no response. App hang. Very poor support. Contact support does not work. Apps full of bugs especially for their Apple iOS Apps.
Remove the popup when the application launch
Please remove the popup when the application launch as it takes too much times to load up the app
Terrible app
What’s the point of putting up this app which simply does not work and is a waste of time for anyone thinking this can somehow improve the process of border crossing ? It does not reflect on the people behind it!

App hanged and not working. It use to work for me and my family trips
Rubbish app- unstable unreliable
3 years ago, adding Group code, cannot work. Until today 3 years later 2026, AI era still cannot work. Kept logged out after short time, logging in is very difficult. Any corruption involved? 3 years, can change government already!
Unable to use apps!
Unable to use this apps due to notice block and unable to clear this notice. A gitch! Already happening for the pass 2 weeks. Not sure what happen to the team building this apps
