I didn’t wish to rate 1 star but no choice
Rubbish delivery service, my parcel has been change by your own staff from expensive item to very cheap item, then take very long time to check back!! Totally no update at all!!!! Call customer service also useless!!!! Very stupid!!!!!
Labelling the tracking at MY SHIPMENT
I couldn’t label my shipment with my customer’s name . I used to be able to do that . And easily monitor my customer’s parcel movements.

Faulty app
The app is useful but sometimes I encounter the following problems 1. Unable to proceed in entering recipient details, even after all details have been filled 2. Unable to select postal code. Even when entering correct area code, error shows up 3. System lag
Easy to use
So far the app is quite convenient and easy to use. I only use it to create quick send for parcels and it is straightforward and quick.
Tak boleh place order
Pecat je la org yg manage app ni, lepas masukkan recepient detail tak boleh nak tekan confirm. Nak pos kena download app, bila dah download takleh nak confirm detail recepient. Mcm bodo
Very cumbersome to use
Why is it so difficult to save a package that I want to track to My Shipments? Why can’t that just be an option to tick or something? Why do I have to keep copy pasting the tracking number just to check its status from time to time? I feel like this should’ve a no-brainer feature. Please improve this app, because I do unfortunately have to use poslaju often.

Very happy on this POS App, download plans to buy stamps for office use.. found it that that is no description on HOW MUCH OF STAMP PRICE only describes thema of stamp, so need to zoom into to check myself, ahahaha..

The new Pos Malaysia mobile app is a huge upgrade from before. The refreshed interface looks modern, clean, and easy to navigate, making every task—from tracking parcels to managing deliveries—much more convenient. I really appreciate how fast the app loads now, and the new layout feels intuitive even for first-time users. The improved tracking system is accurate and updates in real time, which gives me peace of mind when waiting for important parcels. The "quick send" and “E-consignment” features are also very user-friendly, letting me prepare shipments quickly without any hassle. Exceed delivery time frame
Delivery date 9/6. Arrival at poslaju rawang 9/6 but not attempt to deliver on 9/6. Next day 10/6 also not attempt. I call shopee twice on 10/6 & 11/6 still not attempt to deliver. I call shopee again on 12/6 then poslaju attempt but still not deliver because to late deliver other area. Sadly poslaju still not re-attempt to deliver on 13/6. Really not managed well by poslaju to re-delivery to customer by given a priority of failed delivery parcel. Today 15/6 at 9.30 am, l monitor in poslaju system still not attempt to deliver. Again l called shopee to instruct poslaju to re-deliver my parcel. Afternoon then poslaju send out for delivery. I waited until 7.00 pm still not deliver. Then when checked in shopee order at 7.08 pm, Failed attempt to deliver because bad weather. So crazy.. heavy rain occured at 5.00 to 5.45 pm at my area. Seem like poslaju not given priority of previous failed delivery and communicate to their despatcher to send to my address first. This is failure of system and communication of poslaju organization at Rawang. Really frustrated. Photos taken on parcel address also not same with my address. I waited more than 7 days for domestic delivery by poslaju. Very inefficient delivery provider. Hope poslaju HQ can look this issue.
