Worse app in app store, I don’t even know how it was approved by Apple.
I think in all my time using a smartphone, this is the worse app ever created and highly likely the worse app present in the app store. Please stop improving, the more you do, the worse it gets. We just want very simple and basic functions that can allow us to do very simple things like buying data plan. You guys obviously cannot handle much more complex functions, please stop trying.

Poor services and no support
After 4–5 years of using this service and paying $30 every year to avoid being barred, my line was still barred right after I topped up and bought a data plan. It has been a week with zero updates and no response to any of my emails. Truly disappointing experience.
Why
I wonder why a simple app requires regular updates, yet no improvements at all? Very slow to load the app even when I’m using Wifi OR XOX data

hi , i already topup RM30 from acc A to my xox acc today in the morning but still i didnt receive that amount to my acc , after that i topup RM10 to my acc for the sec time from acc B and yet i still didnt receive any of that money to my acc , please improve this , i want my money to be refund or transfer to my xox acc ASAP. this is not my first time handling this ,before this i receive my money late , about 1 hour after topup but im glad it is working but this time it is not…
