Local data services and don’t need open overseas data, Thanks
Complete rubbish
The app will not load on iOS, keeps hanging at the StarHub welcome screen. I am abroad and unable to buy roaming. The idiot help bot can’t handle the request. No way to chat with a human. Once back to singapore I will move to SingTel
E payment
The e payment system is very good. But the international roaming part is difficult to figure out, and difficult to activate
App not working for iphone 14 pro?
After the recent app update, I could no longer login to this app on my iphone 14 pro, as it keep looping and displaying "Starhub" and the login screen never appear. There is no way to login. Would appreciate reverse this update to previous version. Thank you.

App is too slow in loading
StarHub really needs to improve their app because it lags very badly. I was trying to re-contract my broadband, but it kept loading indefinitely before throwing an error and sending me back to the main page.
Account Information
This Apps is very good in prompting the prepaid mobile account informations and very easy to purchase data plans. Expect the online TOP up from credit card to be linked with this app.
Slow and buggy
All I want to do is pay my bill. You want my money. Why do you make it so slow and buggy to pay you?
Limited use cases
Users are not able to use the app to find out how much of their data upsize (value added service) is left for usage. This is unlike the Apps by other competing telco. Get with the times. Sharks are circling you.

Waste of time. Wasted 15 mins trying to redeem points for awards. Would give 0 stars if I can.

User friendly
Its very simple and user friendly. And i love how payment of bills are so easy and convenient. The awesome thing is that it can even track your daily data usage to help you ratio out till the due date :)
Technical problem for login
Your app has serious problems in startup right now. It’s stuck at welcome page. My device is iPhone, whose IOS is at the latest version.
OK but not great
Does what you need but the design is pretty awful. Not compatible with iPhone 6 resolution and whole UI needs a rethink
Simply Amazing
The app is very friendly user and the icons are very easy to find what you are looking for. Only at profile page to update my conversation from mail billing to e-billing unable to locate. E payment and the most of the features are simply awesome and I never regret using this app. Highly recommended!!!

Pretty Clunky App
Tried to use it for esim. Took me half an hour and still not sure if it has been processed - still don’t have my esim email. Verification of ID is required plus Selfie. Took it over and over and over again. Errors, License expired, all sorts of messages that mean nothing to the user - 24/7 chat is basically a bot. I would stick to something like Nomad in the future - slightly more expensive, but at least Nomad works pretty well.

Reduced performance in latest version
I usually use the app to check data use and latest version of app is extremely slow to update (on iOS). Previous version was instant.
Functional and clean
There are lots of account management apps but this is as good as I have seen in other countries

Seemed to have launched an app for the sake of having an app. But very difficult to navigate, half app/half web store, terrible user experience. In this day and age, very poor.

Lousy app lousy service
Always takes forever to open when i want to make payments. I have been using starhub for more than 10years, it’s time to switch. They do not value their customers, just try to milk. I was a happy customer until few years ago, and it’s time
Frustrating app
This app uses verified by visa for visa payments on the account. Verified by visa sends a text message with your code to verify. The problem is, when you leave the app to get your code and come back to put it in, the page reloads and you have to start over. You cannot pay by visa using this app on an iPhone 6 Plus. I tried 3 times, got three verification codes and was unable to use any of them because it kept losing my page. Please fix this bug!

As one of the Telco to rollout out iPhone, there is still no iPhone 6 Plus screen size support, which shouldn't take much effort.
