Waste of money
Such a waste of money! We feel for the NCSA scam in our sons freshman year. Paid a bunch of money for a bunch of nothing! App is extremely glitchy! Haven’t been able to update any information for the last 2 years! Every time we try to update stats or add film it freezes and cannot update a single thing! So not fall for this you will not need it and reputable college coaches will not use this a recruitment tool.
Expensive, but worth it.
If you are new to recruitment, this is defiantly the right app for you. You can literally contact any coach through this, and if you don’t answer you on here it has there contacts for other social media. You send your highlight to NCSA and they will match you up with schools that fit you and your level. I played D3 because I chose that path, but it matched me with D1 schools that were accurate with your game. The bad part is to get the full experience you have to pay a good amount of money. It is a lot, but it is defiantly worth it if you want to invest in your future.
Won’t delete my account
I’ve wrote several deactivation requests and they still won’t delete my account
please fix login
app works pretty good, the login process is just really flawed. I cant even get into the app and its very inconveniet that I have to call someone to actually fix it.
Did anyone else get a call?
Just wanna know if it’s normal to get a call from someone form this website for football at 14yo also did anyone else receive this?
Don’t bother
Should really be 0 stars but wtv. Took forever to create profile due to app not working. Got nothing out of the app didn’t help me talk to any new coaches etc. Sure a bunch of coach added me to a “list” but nothing happened after that especially with me having to pay. Can’t even delete my account because news flash the app doesn’t work. Don’t bother emailing either cause they won’t reply😹. Can easily play at the collegiate level without using this app.
Hard schedule
I’ve been using the NCSA app for a while, I am a freshman wanting to play in college and I feel as if there is a lot of underground rules that go unspoken, and the things that are obvious are the only things repeated in online lessons. I also feel as if I have to check into the app every single day when that doesn’t work with my schedule- with school volleyball clubs and choir, I feel as if NCSA isn’t always a load off but putting more pressure. Some things I do like is the ability to see compatibility with your desired schools as well as seeing what they have to offer directly on the app. Otherwise I feel like sometimes the money isn’t worth it, and that the “VIPs” or “Elite members” are the only ones have real value to NCSA
Idkkk
It’s so hard to create a account it says the email is already taken but I’ve never used it
NCSA hockey
Throughout the recruiting process, Coach Rob Lane has guided me in the right direction. The exposure NCSA provides has given me an array of opportunities, opening the door to places I never would have thought of prior to joining this team! Thank you!
Useless
Coaches don’t open emails, only messages I get are generic camp invites from schools wanting some money, and the “professionally edited videos” feel like a bad joke, I wouldn’t use NCSA again if it were free
Needs work
The app would be great if there weren’t so many glitches. Profile pic won’t update, chat message bar cannot be seen when the keyboard pops up, etc.; so many issues with this app & developers need to update. Parents have paid good money to utilize this service with app but this is falling short.
Not User Friendly
This is nice to have on your phone because it is easier to access without going on the website or going on your computer. The app is a little inefficient. It doesn’t work as smoothly as the website on a computer or laptop. There are also times where I can't scroll down all the way and click things that I want to. Basically I use this app to see when I have a notification but other than that I mostly use it on my computer because it is a lot more user friendly.
Not in the US
Is this app useful if you live abroad and not in the US but still want this app to look at possible recruiting in the US ?
Broken/ Unavailable
All the services in the app are unavailable. It is totally useless.
Such an obscene amount of money for such a poor product
I unfortunately fell for the NCSA marketing. Let’s start at the beginning. I paid 2500 for the “premium” package. I was told that I’d be aided in my search- this simply did not happen. There is zero personalized experienced whatsoever. There is zero help with recruiting whatsoever. You fly completely solo, building your own email template, own CV, etc. I received 13 offers ranging from the JuCo to the division two level for soccer. I can safely say that NONE of those offers came from my profile in NCSA. It was all me grinding out sending thousands of emails on my own. Everything on this app you can do yourself, don’t fall for it.
Great
Works very well no problems at all
me
So I was down in Ohio and droped a bag on Gucci flip flops and then ate toco bell
Profile picture bug
I cant put my profile picture on it just keeps loading and loading and eventually says error I don’t know what to do
Doesn’t even work
Login doesn’t work I’ve tried everything but it doesn’t work. Support team doesn’t even respond to email or call.
🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
Doesn’t let you create your account on the app!
iPad
The app is not IPad compatible and only iPhone as it doesn’t show full screen.
Great App!
Very clean app interface and very useful!
Doesn’t work can’t sign in error every time
Every time i try to sign in it just says error and i waited on there website for someone to chat with about it no one said anything
App is usually frozen
The app is usually frozen . Most parts don’t work. NCSA in general is very expensive and you don’t get much.
Waste of money and coaches lie to you
I first looked at Ncsa my freshman year in 2022 when I got on the call with the Ncsa Coach the call is about two hours. The coach said he was from Chicago and that he could help me get to the next level. The coach positioned me as an athlete because I had played wide receiver, running back and quarterback in middle school. And then the coach told me at the end of the call that he could call his number anytime he wanted to ask any questions or selling a first email. I then sent a text to the coach and the number. The text first off was in Green and then I knew that I was not gonna get a response to the coach. Coach never responded to me. I then tried to call the coach and then I never got a response cause it was clear to that number that I had messaged was either a scam number or a number that was out of service. After this, I then tried to connect with multiple Ncsa coaches about the season and my film and everything and the recommendations for me to email our school is like University of Texas SEC schools schools that are located from New England who is clear realistically not going to play it so Ncsa first off wasted my money. They also sent me my level and they never talk to me again
Shaky app!
Promises the world delivers only the local county! It depends on your sport.. You do all the work.. they get the money.. basic coverage of your sport.. So for Track and Field..they do not decipher whether if a team has a men’s team or a Women’s team or if it is even in your event area.. you have to do all the work.. sorry but you are paying for almost nothing .. But if its for football, baseball, basketball, soccer, hockey.. then yes.. its good enough.. but if your good enough to play most schools already know who you are.. and each team has all players and positions your looking for as a prospective athlete.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH this app for XC/Track and field. Like I said you do all the work.. especially if your only a throws athlete.. your much better off doing the research yourself and saving your money! Complete waste of 3000 $for 4 years.
Just doesn’t want to work
I had this for a few days, and it logged me out automatically, so when I tried to log back in with my email it said that the email has never been used. So, I tried to make a new account under the same email only for it to say that the email is already being used.
sign up is confusing and doesnt make sense at all
