Kind of a scam
It’s a great course don’t get me wrong, but it’s very expensive and they give you a very sneaky 50$ shipping cost of your proof of completing a drivers ed course.

I hate how it says select all that apply at the top of the question and that it is written small I keep missing it it’s stupid.
Why you need it
Firstly it allows you to go at the pace you. Need no rushing Secondly it’s the best way to get your permit if your under 18 Thirdly it’s just easier then going to the dmv going into classes.
Do not waste your money on this app!!!
My course expired earlier than the day it said it would and they wouldn’t let me finish it. I put so much time into that course and they just made me redo it. Do not fall for their cheeky little scams, their support are liars. They would not help me whatsoever and they are so careless. Do not waste your money on them, just go do your driving school in person or find another online driving school app.
All good but
All good but i dont like when Patricia talks on the videos. All she does is talk to the camera with barely any visual representation. Its basically the same as the ai bot reading except with no words.
You have to pay to use the app
After I get the app which is free but when I was making my account for the first time I had to put my a first name, my email, and a password. After that Aceable said they found course(s) for me and they show me the course(s) and I selected it when doing so I was ask to click a button that says “Enroll Now” after I clicked it the app redirects to a Aceable website that asked me to pay. I thought is false advertisement because the app is free but you have to pay to use it . I also did not know this . You should make make it more clear
better
Not for me, I ended up taking in-person classes. I completed said in-person course yesterday, so I could leave a proper statement. I was lucky to have a good teacher, so in my opinion, in-person is far better. I received information in a personal way that made me take driving seriously. Not to say Aceable isn’t a valid option, but if you’re a parent reading this, do the extra research and consider in-person classes.
A better DMV related app

Subscription BS
Every time you enroll a kid in the app you have to select roadside assistance. Then it hits you for $5/mo.
Easy but takes time
As a teen with a medium attention span this is difficult for me to stay focused sometimes but u can have it play while you do other activities wich has been great! The total less time is 24 hr so if u locked in and did 3 hours a day y could have it done in a week.
Not accurate
This program is easy to use, but the information they give you not correct. For instance, the information they tell you to have for Texas DPS contradicts what Texas DPS says when you arrive. They also have horrible customer service. There call center is not in US and the representatives do not understand the rules/laws. If you live in Texas do not use this program. Pay for an actual in person taught program. This course is not worth the headache of jumping through hoops trying to meet Texas DPS requirements when this course doesn’t meet all the requirements.
I am permanently stuck on one specific question and cannot progress.
On the Potential and Kinetic Energy module section there is a fill in the blank question: _____ energy is the energy an object possesses due to its position or form As soon as it starts rolling, the potential energy changes into _____ energy. Kinetic energy is energy that an object has because of its _____. The answers I put are 1. Potential 2. Kinetic 3. Motion All that is on this screen before and after putting the answers is simply the questions and an odd amount of empty space at the bottom of the page that hyperextends when you scroll and yet has nothing at the end that you can click. The arrow to progress (on the right) is gray the entire time and every other question I have done so far has let me progress up until this point. I would like to see if this can be fixed and I am not currently sure if any other fill in the blank question has this bug. Please fix quickly so I can move on, I am forced to only stay on this question and no answers I put regardless of length or accuracy allow me to move forward!

OMG like Aceable has such great teaching and steps and tips. How the videos are accessible to Deaf and HH with automatic captioning! Just on your pace and not too long paragraphs like a textbook. Only decided to be ready to start driving at 23 years old and Acelet helped me easily passed my knowledge test 85%! (You can judge me hehe.) I’m midway into this course and will be back to rate the finish line and if these courses has successfully pass my driver license road skills test!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL TIME
Me (16) and my dad got rejected from the DMV today because a box that we were supposed to tick off was not checked (we were getting a learners permit) After that horrific DMV experience we call aceable saying our expirience and we get redirected to a random guy from India. That’s fine, but the thing is, HE WAS THE WORST GUY WE COULD’VE TALKED TO. He told us information we already knew and told us to go back after we had JUST BEEN REJECTED, saying “we had the right information” and also said we had to pay 10 bucks, and RESTART THE COURSE IVE SPENT 6 MONTHS ON. We had to call some other company because of how unhelpful aceable was, they were genuinely worse than the DMV, that has got to be an achievement no other company has claimed. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!!
Amazing but the mini game
The course overrall is amazing! My daughter loves it, she knows now how to do commons maintenance on her car and other rules of the road she didn’t know as a driver and a pedestrian. Shes loves how there’s a mix of videos and reading lessons. But one of the mini games it does during the lesson which is the typing in the answer one, has been glicthing for her bad. She knows the answer but they page wont let her go to the next page. The arrow doesn’t light up blue. She’s even had to delete the app to get it to work again but now it’s just not working which is kind of aggravating since she can’t continue to learn about driving. I wish they would fix this as soon as possible.
love the app, but the update…
the recent update took away being able to exit the app and still listen to the lesson. i used to use this so i could do other things on the side, since no one has time time to actually sit there for a 30 hour course doing that and only that for so long. i really enjoy the app, but i still would like to be able to do the course and be able to do other things. for example play blockblast. it keeps me paying attention to the course and playing the game.

Chill with the childish humor
I’m trying to learn how to drive, not to watch a robot tell me corny jokes. Literally every single page, every single video, every single part of this app has some joke sprinkled into it. It wastes time, I’m required to watch a video yet 1/5 of it is this robot making dumb jokes.
