Number one for radar and weather
I dumped WeatherBug because they now insist on loud obnoxious ads over the top of the app, and suddenly stopped providing weather alerts for severe weather, despite my not making changes on that setting. WeatherWise has far superior radar, ability to enable storm tracks, and provides weather alerts. My new number one weather app.
Pessimo
Assim que eu comecei a olhar não saia de uma tela cinza todos os botões funcionavam mas o mapa não tinha nada
9/26
Maps wrong! Should read. Gulf of America 🇺🇸
Was good,update ruined it
I’m a certified weather spotter in this app was amazing for following the track of storms and seeing alerts for tornadoes and the other NWS alerts. However, the most recent app update remove the weather, warning, polygons from the map and now I find it not as useful as before.
Meh
The radar and future radar is pretty decent, but notifications do not exist. I changed all of my settings to what the app recommends to get notifications. I waited for severe weather to come to my area, and I never got a single warning.
Easy
I’m not a meteorologist I want to be but I use this app for now and I think its quite easy to use and it has nice tools but I feel like somethings missing I just can’t figure it out but I love this app.
horrifically inaccurate
this app used to be great, i don't know what happened. it has been incredibly inaccurate recently, and considering the weather we've been getting recently, the inaccuracies are dangerous. fix ts immediately
Good app.
Well design app with lots of data available. Only complaint is it doesn’t have a dark mode. The all white menus hurt my eyes.
Complicated to use
I love the concept and being able to look at different radar stations, depending on where you are and what not. but the app itself is so hard to use. the map has so many different settings and all these settings are in completely different places. I wish it was laid out so that it was a lot more user-friendly.
Good functionality with plenty of bugs
Lots of useful functionality, but bloated and buggy on the basics
Wow!!
App is amazing!!! There are so many adjustments it’s a bit overwhelming but spending time in the app is definitely worth it. Hands down the most detailed weather reporting app.
Trash
Interface sucks, function sucks, bugs and glitches, probably because ai made it
excellent app.
I am an advamced skywarn storm spotter, I have no problem recommending this app. the one nitpick I have is that with apple voiceover as I am a blind spotter, when you ad locations you need screen recognition but that's simple enough other than that its excellent. I spotted a bug and they fixed it very quickly. said something at night, woke up the next morning and was fixed. these guys are great and I am very very picky with my weather data. only other app that comes close to this is wxl23 and if you've never used that app its one of the best apps out there.
Confusing app
This app user interface just isnt great for people not very familiar with weather forecasting. I just want to add various family members locations and it makes it difficult. Somehow I added a family member but it saved under my current location instead 😑 When I finally found how to delete it, when I go to add a new location, it just asks for the name of the location, and not an address to enter. Wth I finally figured it out but it’s not intuitive. I had to search the address first at the top and then add it as a new location.
App is super nice
Nice that it is free with a fair amount of features only complaint is that there is no warnings for canada
App is amazing.
You would suspect this app to be an inaccurate, made up radar app, but it actually uses official radars, official outlooks, models, and so much more! I think a really cool feature is that you can view traffic cameras and sounding images! Excellent app for people who don't know anything about the weather to the most experienced! You can also buy Plus or Pro which are a very good price for what you get. This app is a free and better version of radarscope. However, I have one singular con, the hourly is very inaccurate most of the time. However, 10/10 app! Very good. I would also recommend the web version on computer!
Gulf of America
I’m not gonna download a app or contribute to any app that has no love for America. It says the Gulf of Mexico on the maps and it is not the Gulf of Mexico. It is the Gulf of America.
Great weather radar app
The app is great for both the United States and Canada. As someone from Canada, it’s hard to find weather radar apps that are free or low-cost, include watches and warnings, and can show so many possible tilts for radar. I have yet to find a better radar app than this. However, for whatever reason, even when I select different units for altitude, it’s still measured in kilofeet regardless. Please fix this. Additionally, it would be helpful to be able to change the tilt without needing to open the radar menu every time. Other than that, the app works very well, and I would highly recommend it.
Absolutely perfect
All other free weather apps are always missing something I want, but WeatherWise is perfect. It consistently gets updates and has so many weather models including satellites. Theres so much more I cant even say it all.
Cancelled
Cancelled but keep getting charged
Great app, minor improvement needed
It’s great to have such a all-in-one app like this one where one can easily switch between radar, satellites, models, and so on. Some improvements would be welcome: France is missing the Plabennec radar in Brittany, and all radars from the French network are missing radial velocities, that are present in the raw files. Second, it would be great to get more global satellite imagery and not only GOES! Apart from that, weatherwise is great! Update: Plabennec has been included now. Trappes is back online, but it still appears offline and can’t load. Still waiting for French radial velocities. Still waiting for that before giving the 5/5
Best Weather app for Nowcasting
WeatherWise is without a doubt the most comprehensive, intuitive, and detailed nowcasting app that exists in the world today. Everything from viewing radar to viewing complex models and satellite data is made very easy to navigate through the app. 5/5 stars from me.
No benefit
Phone overheat battery drain not for a person that just wants to see radar
Best Weather App
I’ve tried them all and this is the best.
Ethically 🤢
I can’t believe the shameless audacity behind the creation of this app Y’all.
Best Free Weather App
This weather app is full of very advanced and useful tools to track weather conditions. As well as being very easy to use with its clean and neat interface.
Best weather app ever
This weather app is superior compared to any other. It has tons of features and is perfect if your either just a avg person looking at weather or a storm enthusiast chasing storms. I have never found an app (especially a mobile app) as good as weather wise. Keep up the great work and keep adding more features!!
