Reservation
It was very easy to make the reservation to The Quin in New York.
Terrible and confusing App
Doesn’t have (or I couldn’t find) the chart of available rooms and point costs by date like the desktop. Makes searching for available rooms in your point range a time consuming hassle.

Availability
Available resorts are very limited, even months in advance. Definitely not worth the price paid for the membership.

Website sucks
This website is so old and slow. Error messages, can’t change the primary person on the registry. Promotions that are advertised and show available in the app error out and when u call they are not available.
Better than nonexistent
This was first time I used the mobile app to book a reservation. Not as user friendly as AirBnB or Booking app but I was glad that it worked. Areas to improve: navigation and caching of user’s previous choices.
Better than website (slightly)
Faster and easier to use than their abysmal website. However could do with more ability to search flexibly rather than have to keep restarting search with different parameters
Email to get code for computer access poor
I tried to make a reservation on my computer but there was a huge delay in getting the confirmation code and then it didn’t accept the code probably because of the stupid 5 minute rule. Three times and unsuccessful. Had more success with phone app which is unusual.

This is the worse app I’ve used. Keep getting error messages. Can’t log in. Had to change my password several times and when I did it told me it was incorrect
Fonts and notes field
I like the new features for the upcoming stays. Please keep in mind that small fonts are not friendly especially when they are not in good contrast. The bottom buttons are hard to see but I have them basically memorized to navigate. I want to be able to add notes to front desk about my late arrival but there’s no such field. I have to waste time to call them.
The worst app
I don’t know how this app has the ratings that it does but it is absolutely useless. You have hundreds of thousands of people that use this app and paying gobs of money and you cannot even get it to work if your life depended on it.
Could use some re-thinking
You can complete a reservation here but the user experience needs a lot of work. Not as seamless as the website.

Clunky
The app is very clunky. The main Otis that the booking button on the final page is so far down that it does not work well in the iPhone
The app is glitchy
The app is slow to respond and can be glitchy at times. I booked a trip and comparing to the website, the points were different in the app vs. online. These are things that have been happening for 4 years since we became owners.
Normally works well but doesn’t since last update.
It would be great if you guys can fix this.

I can’t use the app or the website to pay my mortgage or any of my maintenance fees. Just completely useless.
Lack of Customer Service
I think it is horrible that I can not get a hold of anyone at the office, even after I am told to call if there is an error.

The app is useful for gathering information. Some think it’s not reliable, but I haven’t had much problem with it!

Keep getting either “something went wrong” errors or it just crashes. Not much use. Been like this for years
Difficult to find open dates
HGV could provide a calendar with the rooms available for each day of the month. It would provide easier booking and also what rooms are available
HGV makes it easy!
A nice and simple booking for a Winter vacation. Select the dates and book whatever is available and suits you. Only seconds away from total peace of mind. (You do have to pay the fees, but think of the relaxing time you’ll have later on!!!) Many thanks.
Clunky
App is clunky and cumbersome. Kept stalling out while trying to book a room. Also seems to completely reset when I go back, and wish there was a way to filter out Great Wolf Lodges as not interested in staying at those resorts.

Poor functionality, limited images
The app regularly freezes and malfunctions requiring a complete shutdown or restart. It is essentially useless for doing much research. The booking capabilities are very limited. Very few images of the resorts and nearly none of the guest rooms.
予約の際のUI（画面遷移、検索条件の次画面への引継ぎ）の仕様を高めてほしい
例えば、ホテルを探す、の画面で地域を特定した後、個別ホテルの画面をクリックした際、また予約のメイン画面に戻って地域から選び直す必要がある。 二度手間なので、せめて選択した地域の情報を引き継ぐことは最低限改善してほしい

Great pool and sauna area. As elite premier owners I would expect access to owners lounge . Apparently not. Is this a two tear owners/resort.

Takes multiple clicks to finally register. Extremely frustrating.
部屋の感想
夫婦二人で使うには満足のお部屋でした。 洗濯機と乾燥機もあったので過ごしやすかったです。 あと残念なのはシャワーの水圧が弱く身体を洗い流すのと髪の毛が洗い流せ無かったのと、今回は4泊だったのでルーム清掃が無かったのでやっぱり洗面所は髪の毛が落ちるのでほうき🧹では難しかったです。
使い易いとは言えない
日時を決めて検索したら時に予約できるホテルがパッと見あったのかと思いきや、ヒットしたホテルの下に小さな文字で0件と書いているのが見難いし、紛らわしい。 日本国内は週末はもちろん、平日もポイント使えるホテルが殆どなくてポイントの持ち腐れ感は拭えないですね。
Deed vs Trust reservation system
The reservation system on the Deed owners side is far better than the Trust side. The Trust reservation system never shows availability for the requested dates while the Deed reservation system provides full visibility. Fortunately, the reservation associates are great when you call them.
Great app - fully functional
This is a great app you can do pretty much everything that you can on the website.
Can not log in
I have tried for five days to log into this website. EVERY SINGLE TIME I complete the process and try to open the app it tells me it does not recognize me and to try again. Then it locks me out. This means I have five days (and counting) of being unable to make any reservations. This is not what I expect from this company!

While the app serves its purpose, it seems to have pretty consistent bugs. It doesn’t launch all the time and resets itself in the middle of browsing. It does serve its purpose and will eventually allow you to book.
