Marriott premium properties are just a cut above the rest. M clubs continue to get better and we appreciate the customer service.

For the amount of money I spend to keep up with this company and have a great vacation, you would think that they would put something back into their mobile app. 90% of the time it will not open and just spins. The other 10 percent it just opens the page and does nothing. This app is useless. Why offer an app for free if it’s useless

Improvement needed
It is very difficult to book club locations for desired dates; need more availability. Even more important is that the mobile app and the online website both need many improvements to make searches and booking easier. The management should compare the capabilities of many other apps and make upgrades for the members. It’s incredibly frustrating.
MVC app is not very helpful.
Every time I go on the app it makes me go to the full website. It’s difficult to navigate, even the pictures of the property is difficult to navigate. The print on the app is very small and hard to read.

I have tried multiple times to login to my app on my phone. Deleted it removed. It cleared my cachet a number of things that were recommended. And the app still will not login.
All good except no real room upgrade
Beautiful place, but disappointed that they don’t really follow any room upgrade policy for Bonvoy owners
The App Needs Major Upgrade
The app is frustratingly slow and not user-friendly. For the amount we pay for Marriott Vacation Club, it should be much faster and easier to navigate, find information, manage reservations, and pay fees. The experience should match the price we’re paying.

Could not lodge some of the features. Some information such as my points status cannot be found.
Lakeshore
Lakeshore Reserve property is Beautiful, lush greenery, and flowers. Staff is friendly. Rooms are nice modern and clean. Very nice pool area with waterslides and lazy river pool. Blossom Resturant had a good variety of food staff was very accommodating and friendly.
Do Better!!
You guys have got make an effort to get this app working. I just updated and now I can’t even get logged in. I restarted my phone but it didn’t help. It opens and immediately pops a message that says an error has occurred and then it just spins. I was excited when this came out but it didn’t have a lot of features, I thought more would be added with updates but it only gets worse. I can’t believe the amount of money I pay for MVC and you can’t even get an app that works, not to mention the website has been hit and miss for over 2 years now. Just wait, I will get a message from developer response that says they are sorry and to call the customer service line that you can never get through to.

Will not function on iPhone
I have tried ad nauseum to get this to operate on my iPhone 17. It is updated with latest software, yet it still will not load. It has worked in the past on iPhone 15 and works just fine on my iPad. After login it sends me a code for validation then gets stuck going around in circles then stops and I cannot click anything to get out of that screen. I have done all prescribed fixes (remove, clear cache, hard reboot, reinstall) all with the same result. Something’s gotta give here.

Slow, arcane user experience
I am truly perplexed by the reviews this app has received. It took 28 seconds of the spinning dial to bring me to the homepage not just once but several times while using the app. It’s not a mobile app. It’s a Web app and it will bounce you into a web only interface. The web experiences is arcane circa 2010 user experience. They recently put some lipstick on the pig, but didn’t help

Marriott, you can do better! This is the most useless App for such a big company. Can’t book, can’t view ownership, can’t do anything!! Just delete and launch a somewhat useful app.

Not Working So Well Lately
It was fine when I downloaded and used it last month but recently (perhaps after bugs were “fixed”) the issues appeared with pop-up saying “We’re currently having technical difficulties. Please try again.”. Please look into this as it was a breeze before but now it’s not very useful.

I wish I could review the app. So many people have said great things. I can’t seem to get it to login. I enter my login and password and it just loads and loads and loads and load and loads……

App Hasn’t Worked for a While
It’s a decent app normally. Ever since the 2-Factor has been implemented I cannot access the app. I successfully go through the 2-Factor and it states I was successful but then the wheel of death comes and never leaves. PLEASE FIX THIS!
