This app crashes so much and makes it difficult to enjoy the functionality of an app versus using a desktop version.
Only use for Getaway alerts
The only time I find the app helpful is with setting up Getaway alerts. It sends you a push notification when one has been matched. Other than that, use a laptop for setting up exchange requests, making exchanges, or searching properties. Don’t even use Safari. Get off the phone for a better experience.
Cannot book through app
The app just keeps blinking out on me. I’ve reinstalled it and it still isn’t booking my trip, which is wasting a lot of time because now I might not get the trip that I wanted.

Useless app
This app doesn’t let you see what locations are available. It’s made clearly by people trying to hide what’s available so owners are losing weeks. Simple example, pretend you want to get away to the Caribbean for the winter, try finding something that way.
Last update glitch
Since the last update when I try to click on getaways it shows error.
Update is no good
Just updated and now when I try to look at my getaway alerts all it says is ok - and doesn’t actually show the results
App limitations
While the app is generally convenient for searching on the go, I’m unable to Deposit a Week using the app. When the link is tapped, the app closes. Also, when setting up a Getaway Alert, and choosing the number of bedrooms, the app keeps defaulting to All bedrooms or is defaults to everything that I DON’T want. Some faulty quirks!

It’s easy and friendly app
The app has stopped working for exchanges.
Please fix! When I search all destinations for an exchange, and click on a particular destination, it now just says “OK”. It used to work great, but hasn’t for several days.

Great app but pictures for rooms need updated.

Very Few Search Options
Searching for resorts has VERY few options! I suspect there are tons of resort weeks that would be great for me, but you have to look at specific days. Also, it’s hard to tell if there is a resort at all where I want to go—it makes planning difficult.

I can do search’s but when trying to check out always give me “Bad Request” message.
No member profile in the app !!
Awful omission ! Many important features depend of a member profile which is not included/ accessible in the app
Exchange feature doesn’t work
I’m really surprised that this has such high reviews. 1. You can’t make an exchange with the app - even though that’s the main thing Interval is for. 2. You can’t view your bookings, booking history, or anything like that. 3. The only thing you can do is search Getaways. They should rename the app “Interval Getaways” because in reality, that’s all this is.
Good tool with one major flaw
App works well, however it does not rotate into landscape view. On my iPad which has an attached keyboard. My iPad is the preferred way to use this app due to screen size but it is really unworkable.

No Longer getting Notifications of Getaways Alert
With this update I’m no longer getting banner notification of Getaway alerts! It is most inconvenient as I have to keep opening the app to check to see if anything came available.
Great new features, but where is landscape format?
I very much welcome the new features this app offers, but unless I am missing something there seems to be no landscape format which makes it very inconvenient to use on an iPad.

Every time I open interval get a sign saying update won’t go away goes to App Store when you touch the sign then you press open for the app then you’re ok what a mess to get on to your site
Randomly doesn’t let you login
Not sure what is going on with the app but it randomly simply won’t let you login in. Additionally, search keeps glitching preventing you from searching specific locations

Love Getaway Alerts
Getaway alerts are extremely useful, it would be really helpful to be able to pre-filter the alert by Resort Tier. This would make an alert for a location (rather than individual resorts) much more effective

Please fix the glitches!! So frustrating.. it notifies me that I have getaways and I try and open it and it just goes around and around.. I have had to delete and reinstall so many times!!!!
Latest Update Broke Getaway Alerts
I have a Getaway alert set up. It says it found a match but it won’t let me view the matches. A dialog box comes up with “OK” but doesn’t do anything.

I can’t seem to find a way to do a exchange search and use a date range. You have to keep pressing each individual day to see what is available.
