Unable to make payment for credit card, paylah, QR code.
Unable to load app
After keying in the bills, payment unsuccessful and the apps just hang there. End up still have to go to a physical AXS to pay bill.
Bad contrast - tiny font- hard to read w good eyesight- why?

Redirecting to web version
Is it only me when I opened the app, it redirects me to the web version, where I have to key in my card information all over again, and when payment done, it shows a blank screen lol. May 2026.

Card payment doesn’t work
Linked my card but the payment only goes through 1 in 5-10 times after approving on the banking app, and the app doesn’t notify you if the payment doesn’t go through. Biller ends up sending a reminder that payment hasn’t been received after due date. End up having to use PayNow every time, which is unnecessary extra load for an app that is supposed to facilitate convenience

Cannot process payment.
Recurring setup not working
Recurring can’t be setup at all even the call support cannot do it.

Ensure functionality
It’s great that you CONSTANTLY keep trying to make changes to the app but can you also ENSURE that the app continues to stay functional during this period without crashing mid way through transactions?!

Unable to consolidate bill. Now after the newest update, can’t even key in the amount to make payment. The old interface works better

The app has been so good for so long until these recent updates and the entire change of the interface just makes the app laggy and not even half as fast as easy as it used to be

Lots of transactions just hang there and pending. There is no way to clear it.
Unable to load
The AXS app has not been responding for weeks. The app either fails to load or stuck, making it impossible to access my account and make payments through the app. As a workaround, l have to use the website version to pay my bills which is so inconvenient. I need to manually check and enter the account number again each time, making the payment process more time consuming. I hope the technical issues can be resolved soon as the app was previously more convenient for managing bill payments.

The app has been very laggy and keeps freezing since the latest update. Please fix this issue ASAP
Scary cos always failed
It is very scary to use this app as after verification with the bank, the page just hang and payment don’t go thru. I have experienced this 8 out of 10 times using this app.
