ever since the app was updated to the new version, it has become more and more worse, the app constantly lags, takes forever to load, and sometimes freezes completely. itβs frustrating!
Annoying feature
Please remove the livebetter function which is ultra annoying and youβll almost activate it every single time when you try to scroll. Itβs completely redundant component in the app itself and does not add any value to the user.

Latest update version is not informative
SRS account does not show cost, transaction history, balance to top up, which was very informative in the earlier version. Also overseas transaction history is not available anymore. Frustrated by this new version. When I want to know the last transaction happened after months ago, it is nowhere to see it.

Security vulnerability
The βscan & payβ function in the current build of the app toggles randomly between 2 UIs. The button in the last page of one of the UI does not log the user out. This poses serious security concern as the user may think the app has logged out when in reality the app navigates to the dashboard. Please fix this issue. Thanks.

I recently upgraded my iPhone and since then have not been able to use the digibank app. It wonβt load and remains stuck on the logo screen. Iβve tried deleting and reinstalling the app but to no avail. Not sure what is wrong or how to rectify the problem.

Hello,may I know why I canβt open the app?
Cumbersome
Irritating that the app asks me to rate everyone I logout. And it appears every time I open the app it I did not dismiss it when I logged out previously. Waste a few steps of my life each time I use the app.
Do not change something that was working well
Is the recent UI really considered an upgrade? Navigation within the app for a simple funds transfer became so laggy and troublesome. Feels more like a downgrade to some old school app instead. Please do something about this. Wasting more seconds for users now for every transaction.
Overall useful app, improvements needed
One of the most useful features I find the account 'Peek' where just by sliding I can see my balance. I also love that it's Touch ID ready so I don't waste time. This is the reason I downloaded this app in the first place. But, the app is 5 seconds slow to open after touch ID. Needs to improve speed. Also, signing out is multi-step and even after I click logout, I have to confirm that I want to logout. Seriously? What's the logic for this? The first login page should be decluttered and remove all the tabs of promotion, market prices etc. that's just noise. In conclusion, this app has potential but needs to fix the issues fast.

Good but Peek without 3D touch? Why?
First impression is pretty good but why on earth have a Peek at your balance function that requires you to open the app? It should be 3D touch to peek, now that would be useful!
What the heck
They tried to fit the entire bank onto the app -.- The UI is now too cluttered with too much moving parts. Too many options on every screen and it isnβt obvious which button you need to press to go where you want to go. I preferred the previous UI where it was simple but worked. Practicality is more important than flashiness. Seriously - can there be an option to use the old UI?
