Unable to use Singpass to login
I’ve deleted an downloaded the app multiple times and yet the app doesn’t show anyway to login using Singpass. I could only use Singpass on my pc

Hopeless Customer Service
As of today, I’ve called the OCBC Customer Service hotline for 7 times in the past 2 months. All these agents just keep promising someone will follow up and pushing the issue from 1 agent to another. Now it’s almost 2 months later, and there are still no updates. Just waiting to close all my accounts with OCBC.

I have never used a more useless app. You can make a transfer and it doesn’t reflect that you did anything , you need to go to the webpage to check . Dbs and Scb apps are very much better . The iIT team at ocbc is doing a great disservice to an iconic bank .i hope ocbc hires some proper engineers

If you can't log in to this app, please try the update first, most likely because of the version problem, I made two phone calls with customer service to report that I can't log in, and the result is simply because it is not the latest version
The new update/layout is not great
The previous navigation works fine, as user you can see snapshot of your savings as lumpsum and the saving goals you have set in the bank. But the new interface hide the saving goals. Either you can see the total of the savings + goals or just savings total Disappointed.

Lack of functionality
The app is OK. However they have ridiculous 12 hour holds for new transfers limit changes etc. so trying to bank instantly is impossible as almost all transactions need to be thought out days in advance. OCBC is behind the game - reducing my functionality is not increasing my security. Other international banks still have great security features without the arbitrary rules in place within their online banking. Increases our inconvenience and reduces their tech security investments. Keeping my money safe should be a competitive advantage for a bank and instead it distracts

Slow and lacks multi tasking
How can this app not support multi tasking. Pure nonsense. And I feel it would be better if the one time token is sent through SMS. Come on, it's 2015. How many iPhone users are still stuck with phones that can't multitask. You ought to support the majority and force the remaining few to upgrade.
