False description about single player
You can’t play this solo (as it says in the Xbox description online) as it requires you to join a lobby. And you have to use your own phone to download the app??? Ridiculous Wish I can get my $49 back
perfectly done,but..
the game is good, the controller app is useful but… it s terrible that i MUST use the app/mobile phone/internet in order to play . please find a way to make the game playable offline and without the need to use qr codes.
iOS 26 issues
Cannot scan QR code unless it’s the first time booting the app. Next launch it stays stuck on the QR code screen and doesn’t show the camera
Fine
It’s a great game but it kept crashing. :p
Amazing game concept
Love the idea and implementation, it runs fantastically and is so much fun!
Clipboard Access Spam
Upon opening the app, I get recurring OS level warnings that the app is trying to access the clipboard (“Sunderfol” wants to paste from [other app]) Is this malicious or bad dev work? Who knows. Will update review when this is fixed. Why does such an app need access to my clipboard every second?
Spaßig und ein bisschen schwer
Es macht sehr Spaß aber die Rawenger sind sehr schwer zu besiegen, ich und mein Vater haben heute zum zweiten Mal es gespielt
Fun concept but please fix the app!
The game is really fun, but it gets really aggravating to play. The app keeps disconnecting from the game for no apparent reason. iPhone is on, connected to wifi, no notifications. It just disconnects constantly. It gets to a point where it connects for one app interaction before disconnecting again. Basically makes the game unplayable
Need more ways to play
Love the concept of this game but needs to be able to played using a Mac for those of us who do not have a windows PC.
Fun and detailed
Beautiful design, somewhat simple, but very fun to play. I love all the details
cant change device
cant change my account to another device
Great idea and execution
App as a controller works surprisingly well. Interface can be a little confusing sometimes, but was able to learn pretty quickly. Minor issue is that some notifications are hidden by the camera cutout on iPhone
Connectivity issues
Great game very fun but if a player checks a text while playing and disconnects from a session it can be impossible for them to rejoin. Closed and reopened the app, restarted the iPhone, restarted the game on the PlayStation. Nothing works.
Landscape mode?
I’m a quadriplegic so I have limited use of my hands. My tablet is on something like a music stand. I would really appreciate it if the app functioned in landscape mode.
Fantastic game
Fantastic game and seriously an amazing way to utilize a phone as a controller.
Don’t waste time till it’s fixed.
It’s fine when it works. But it’s an absolutely miserable experience when it doesn’t. And it doesn’t work a lot. I don’t have any clue what causing it to disconnect, then you have to dig through a bunch of screens on the console to reconnect. Then it’ll disconnect all over again.
Great Game
Fantastic couch-op game, but please fix in-game notifications on devices that have Dynamic Island.
Good start on Ipad
App is very slickand well designed. But, until it receives a dedicated iPad app (landscape, correct resolution, etc.) I don't think it's a great experience on the platform.
Love it!
Doesn’t work on iOS 26 dev beta 3 ❤️
Keeps failing during 1st encounter
The app keeps getting disconnected from the game even tho the phone is still connected to the wifi. This happened four times during the initial ogre fight on the bridge. Kills any momentum and fun. If this is trying to be RPG Jackbox, it is going to need to be more consistent. Why need an app at all? Let people play directly through a site like Jackbox
Amazing! But needs an iPhone fix
Ok this game is fantastic and overall the controller for the app is very good. However, on iPhones that have a Dynamic Island, when you get notifications at the top of the app they are unreadable because they are cut off by the island. Please lower notification text so that it’s below the Dynamic Island and this will be perfect.
Won’t work for many hardware.
Well seemed like a great game idea. Went to look to see if it’s available for the AppleTv4k. Nope. Ok Xbox. I have that. Get the app look for the program on the Xbox store. No cigar. It ONLY works with the Xbox Series X/S. It does NOT work with the Xbox One X. That is a nonstarter. With this only running on selects new hardware consoles , it’s out of the question for most couch environments. Get it to AppleTV4K and/or Xbox One X.
Movement isn’t the best
Great fun game all around. Really got into it with friends. Just something to pick on is moving your character across the board can be a tiny bit challenging
Intuitive and delightful
Works great. No bugs so far.
Great for Family Game Night
A fun concept for game night that delivers on the screen and the app. Well done!
Great game concept!
Sure this is just part of the game but it’s a great concept. Probably the easiest way to get into a Dungeons and dragons style rpg before taking all the time needed for the actual game. Family friendly so perfect for kids. Easy for people who wouldn’t normally play a game like this to jump right in. I’m all in and hope they release more content and maybe even a second game someday! Also coming from a 6 person family wishlist, maybe a 5-6 person game mode someday? Even so, the games worth every penny!
Couch Co-Op Gloomhaven
This game is a cheerful Gloomhaven you play on the tv and with your phone.
