Love the concept and design but ran into multiple visual and functional bugs that impact daily use. Hope dev continues to polish.
Excellent app
I love supporting indie devs and this app is worth supporting; it’s fantastic! The only thing that would make this app perfect is the option to undo accidental scrubbing through a podcast. This feature is in Overcast and I’ve come to really love it as I do this a lot!

Wonderful Podcast App!
This is a beautifully designed podcast with no bloat. The only thing I miss is being able to sort episodes oldest to newest. If I’m giving a new podcast a shot I tend to listen to early episodes first. But, that’s a small nitpick. For us minimalists, it really is a joy to use.
Nice Idea But Needs UI Work
Concept seems OK, but what is with the teensy-weensy little buttons and clickable text elements. 😳🥴 Was this designed for some much larger mouse driven device and not for mobile phones? Sorry, had to delete it.
High quality app, hindered by bugs
I bought a yearly subscription for this app and like supporting the developer. This is clearly crafted with a lot of attention and care and I really enjoy the opinionated take on a podcasting app. One long queue is what most people need and the app gets out of the way. However, I’ve been using the app for months and the app is riddled with bugs that get in the way of the listening experience. - Resuming podcast from headset don’t work as the app seem to malfunction in the background. I have to force kill the app many times per week. - Auto-download in the background doesn’t work so your podcasts aren’t ready to go. - The feed UI often ends up with blank spaces due to a bug - Feedback button doesn’t work unless you have Apple Mail installed - In-frequent crashes, but still too often Other than the bugs, the only thing I’d like to see added is a way to let the queue stay in chronological order. It’s a bit weird to have a backlog of podcasts only for the newest one to be added first in the queue. For episodic podcast it means you have to end up reordering your queue quite a bit. I respect the opinionated take of the app but I’d still love to see this added in some way. I listen to hours of podcasts a week, but I don’t need much more than what Queue offers. I had to jump back to Pocket Casts simply for the reliability. Cheering for the app and I’m glad I paid for a yearly subscription still.

Beautiful in form and function. Some bugs here and there but still the best podcast app I’ve used thus far.
Crashed
The app crashed during onboarding and audio continued after the app crashed. Seriously you couldn’t find enough podcast audio to not have the cuss word in the intro? Sadly deleting before I could even install correctly.
I want to love it, it's just not quite there for me
I really like this app - it's just missing one feature that I use a lot. I use transcripts to click past things like sponsors, which I can't do here. I can skip forward manually, it's just not as simple. It does support chapters, but the podcasts I listen to don't have them unfortunately. That is the only thing I don't like about Queue. The interface is amazing and much nicer than any other podcast app I've used.
Nice app
I like the app and the animations, especially when you first open the app. Would like to see a onetime lifetime purchase option and the option not to use an account if not already implemented. Other than that great job.

Love the design, but the spring animation in many places looks too drawn.
Needs OPML support
Queue is what I’ve wanted since day 1 with podcasts. Just give me one long buffet of my podcasts. that’s it. I’ve got a long list of shows that I follow. But i can’t switch to Queue if there’s a way to import my shows. The intro is way too long. And why do i need to give them my Apple ID? If you’re asking a user to give you info, you need to tell them why you need it. And don’t make it mandatory. Pricing is also way off. $5/mo doesn’t unlock anything compelling or vital. Even if I wanted to support the dev, it’s not gonna be that much. Looks positive, but still needs work.
Good but not $30 good
To the developer(s): You have a good app, but with established podcast players like Overcast which has great features, and only charges HALF of what you do, you need to rethink your pricing strategy.
Looking forward to checking out future versions
I think this is a great start on an alternative that the App Store really needs. I do hope there is an iPad app in the future, and then I will be more inclined to switch from Overcast. I’m sorry, but I cannot currently support chapter markers being behind a paywall. I hope you reconsider this in the future. Also, the Log Out and Delete Account features do not work (neither button does anything).
Very thoughtful app
I’m still starting out with Queue but the animations and intro graphics already show that this is made with a lot of care. The interface seems much cleaner than other apps.

Prometteur
Promising application with a very clean design, it offers a pleasant experience. However, I will only switch to the paid subscription when the photo thumbnails of the podcasts in the queue are large enough. Currently, they are too small and it is difficult to distinguish them.
Can’t load many podcasts
This app is great in theory but I can’t use it in practice. I can’t find some podcasts I want, even though they’re very popular. Others, I can find, but I cant subscribe to them or load their episodes. I would pay for this if it worked and I hope it does one day.
I wish I could use this
Queue is a delightful app to use and if it weren’t for Apple Podcasts live transcripts feature I would be using Queue everyday.
So buggy
I really want this app. I really want to live this app. I downloaded it today for the simplicity of it all, every other app is too fat to be easy. Slim interface, range of features, perfect. Over two hours of listening it crashed 15x or more. So frustrating. I deleted, reinstalled, same thing. Then I went to file a bug report from Inside the app, write out the report and go to hit send and the send button doesn’t work. Really appreciate the work but the dev needs a team on this, it could be huge!
Simple, gorgeous and does what it says
This app has all the features that you need from an podcasting app while having the UI clean and minimal. The only feature I see missing is the ability to sort podcasts based on the episode released date, else it’s a beautiful app and I hope it will replace my default soon.
Unstable?
After searching for podcasts failing, and one crash in under two minutes.. I may come back later to check on updates May have been a fluke? Looks clean and nice, and based on other reviews it should be a good start
Great new podcast player with a lovely UI
This app came along at a time when I was getting bored of my usual podcast players and looking for something new. The UI is as exciting as anything I’ve used recently and this latest update addressed the downloading bug, which was my remaining hesitation about switching entirely. I’m now looking forward to CarPlay integration.

Long time Google Podcasts (rip) and Pockets Casts user here. Loving this app so far! I load it up in the morning and can easily curate my podcasts for the day. Beautifully simple. Great to see more features being added since launch too. (ps. Sleep timer would be the top of my wish list)
Beautiful but buggy
It’s a beautiful app unfortunately plagued by lots of little bugs. I’ve had issues where my AirPods couldn’t make it skip forward or back, episodes wouldn’t download, app crashed while subscribing to a podcast and the app wouldn’t queue an episode when pressed the button to do so. Once all the issues are ironed out I think it will be stellar, until then I can’t rely on it as a full time podcast tool.
How great is this?
Truly an outstanding app. Podcasts works sort of but not as well as you’d expect. Other apps are both ugly and overblown. Queue just works. I don’t need complicated. I listen to a few podcasts that come out weekly. I generally just want to listen I order. That’s not asking so much. But only Queue delivers. I’d love to see a watch version for times I’m out without my phone. That would be incredible. Thank you
Brilliant
If all you’ve ever wanted is an elegant podcast solution that simply creates a queue of podcasts and ditches all the compilations of other over-engineered solutions, this is what you’ve been looking for. Rumours are that CarPlay and other features are coming soon, which will just be the icing on the cake.

Ever since I switched back from android (where I used Antennapod) I’ve been looking for a simple podcast app that prioritizes an easily manageable queue. Queue does that beautifully. The minimalist design is so refreshing - it’s a delight to use. The features and settings are carefully selected to make this an incredibly accessible app - one of the few that I could recommend to my mom and not feel like she was missing out on a better podcast experience. Only three things I’ve been missing from other podcast apps: 1. Allow back/forward controls on headphones and cars to the back/forward in Queue. 2. Add a “send to bottom” feature to “triage” episodes to the bottom of the queue. 3. Add silence skipping and voice boost.
Needs CarPlay compatibility
Great so far except for the lack of ability to use inside CarPlay.
All you ever needed
Every podcast app has *always* done too much, this category is uniquely bad at settings and configuration creep. Queue is the single best remedy to this problem - the podcasts come in, you listen to them, and then they go away. Nothing to configure - perfect!

This app is great for listening to podcasts. It’s got a fun, quirky and easy to use UI with some useful pro features like the automatic chapters. There are loads of small details to look out for which just shows the love and care that the developer has put into it. Looking forward to seeing where this goes!
