Honestly, this is one of the most useful app i have used for payment! Absolutely amazing and the menu design very intuitive! 5 starts well deserved! Good job Dev team!
Langsam und hängt sich dauernd auf
Das „Update“ hat nichts gebracht: die App hängt, wenn man von Karte zu Karte wechseln will.
Gute App einfach Werbung nervt
Als eine seriöse App sollte nicht beim öffnen jedesmal eigene Werbung aufgehen. Das macht es bisschen unseriös. Sonst funktioniert sehr gut.
Nervige „Angebote“
Die App ist ok aber die regelmässige Eigenwerbung muss abgestellt werden können! Sie wird getarnt als „Angebot“ und erscheint zuerst, statt der Kontoübersicht wie früher.

Gestion de commande d’une nouvelle carte
A chaque ouverture de l’application, il y a la proposition de définir un code NIP pour une prétendue nouvelle carte (commande jamais effectuée). L’annulation de cette commande ne se fait pas et à chaque ouverture de l’application ça recommence. Vraiment pénible et pas sérieux !!
Good enough, it has space to improve
It’s scary AF not being able to use the application in more than one device at a time! For example, if you lose your smartphone good luck to logging into the application from a backup device (like a tablet or a backup phone). I highly recommend Swiss Bankers to consider this use case for us digital nomads.
Nervige Werbung!
Werbung in der App ist ja noch okay, aber die periodischen Promo-Benachrichtigungen sind wirklich nervig. Man kann diese Benachrichtigungen nicht separat deaktivieren und alles komplett ausschalten will man nicht, damit man weiterhin über Transaktionen informiert wird.

Отвратительный сервис.
При переносе на другой телефон, заблокировало все карточки. Звонить им можно только в рабочее время. Если вы где то за границей - у вас большие проблемы. Мало того, я непрерывно звонил более часа, и никто не взял трубку. Сервис отвратительный!!!!!! Upd. Все еще хуже. Они украли мои деньги. Сумму около 100 евро. Я не могу добиться возврата уже неделю. Служба поддержки отвечает на email 1 раз в месяц.
Does a great job, but would be better without news
Very good management of the cards, but the “news” section for me just adds noise. Messages (they’re supposed to be offers and advantages etc., but I find them to be a bunch of uninteresting ads) pile up there and, in my opinion, you should be able to disable that feature completely. It’s not like you have to see ads to pay for the product - you’re already paying a yearly fee.

Bisher war ich sehr zufrieden mit der App. Seit dem letztem Update kann ich es jedoch nicht mehr starten, es hängt sich konsequent auf, bevor ich zur Startseite gelange. Geht es anderen auch so?

APP startet nicht
Seit dem letzten Update kann ich die App nicht mehr öffnen. Es erscheint nur ein weisser Bildschirm.

Spam vor Login
Zuvor sehr zufrieden. Heute wollte ich kurz etwas nachschauen und musste über 20 (!!!!) „Was ist neu“ Werbungen mit „Ok, Danke“ wegklicken, ohne die Möglichkeit alles zu überspringen, bevor ich mein PIN eingeben konnte! Zudem waren so hut wie alle Aktionen bereits abgelaufen! Wir werden gezwungen die App zu nutzen und werden dann zugespamt - Ich bin überhaupt nicht mehr zufrieden!
Great App but...
Hi I use an iPhone 8 and an iPhone 6 I have following settings on the iPhone 1. In Settings -> Display & Brightness the option zoomed under Display Zoom 2. In Setyings -> Accessibility -> Display & Text Size the option On under Lager Text. With these 2 Settings it is impossible to aktivate any Card in the mobile App. When you reach the screen to enter the OTP code send to your phone you can enter it but the red button to activate is hidden under the numeric keypad and cannot be reached in any case. You have to fix this error as soon as possible This is poor testing of you QA department and even poorer coding by the software engineer! I suggest you ad a test case with this scenario for further realeases of the App software!

Kommt mir vor wie ein App für das iPhone 3GS. Ein Update ist dringend nötig, ausserdem funktionieren viele notwendige Dienste nicht.
