Leider nicht das erste Mal, dass die TopCard Apps Ärger machen und ich diese neu installieren musste! Bei mir hinterlässt das kein gutes Gefühl🤔

Entweder wollt ihr einen Code oder über TC Security was ich gut finde . Aber nicht beides dann ist Code abgelaufen freigegeben über Security dann ist der Code abgelaufen. Neuer Code angefordert , empfangen aber keine Möglichkeit ihn einzugeben 🤔

Wir verwenden noch ein iPhone 8, welches maximal iOS 16 unterstützt. Nun planen wir eine Auslandreise. Müssen wir das Handy ersetzen? Bis wann?

TC-Security
Verflucht sind die 2 APP; TC-Security und TC-Mobile. Diese sind mit COOP-Supercard verhängt und alles sehr Kompliziert ubd Verwirrend für Anwender. Seit Supercard zu Topcard gewechselt hat ist es Katastrophal und Kundenunfreundlich. Uns ist kein Card bekannt die 2 APP benötigen, die sind Ineffizient, Kundenunfreundlich und machen mehr Probleme anstatt umgekehrt. Schon mehrmals haben eir das dem TOP-Card Kundendienst mitgeteilt, aber keine Verbesserungen erreicht.

L'app est lourde, compliquée, vieillote. Elle n'est pas orienté utilisateur. Ils devraient prendre exemple sur l'app de One qui montre que c'est possible de faire plus simple.

Die App funktioniert einigermassen, aber ist im Vergleich zur Konkurrenz überholt. Erstaunlich, dass so eine grosse Bank nicht die Mittel hat, eine zeitgemässe App zur Verfügung zu stellen.

Most of the times I don’t receive the sms
Useless
Regularly forgets that i am already registered and tries to take me through the registration process (again). Therefore pretty unusable for online transactions and i am cancelling this credit card, never had an issue with the Viseca app
