Le genre d'application qu'il vaudrait mieux ne jamais avoir installé! Ou, mieux qui ne devrait même pas exister!!! Tu ne peux pas ajouter une carte ou changer de téléphone sans que ça foute le bordel! Une HONTE!!

While I enjoy using the App, it’s very inconvenient when transactions on the card reflect immediately on the App but the same cannot be said of the account on AKB. It gives a false impression of the amount of money in the account when you have spent what’s not reflected in good time

Warum gibt es keine Aktualisierung wenn der Betrag beglichen wurde?!? Was ist eigentlich mit der 1/2 Jahresgebühr bei 12‘000 Punkten die Mal automatisch abgezogen wurde?!? Die App muss unbedingt überarbeitet werden… Schade das alle Vorteile verkommen!
Questionable camera usage, Face ID login not working, wallet issues and reappearing notifications
During registration process the camera is active most of the time, not only during ID/face scan - which seems not very appropriate. Password creation is not well integrated with IOS AuthenticationServices framework - no automatic password suggestions; requiring manual retype even after manually creating login credentials in "Passwords" App - filling only first password field. Adding payment card to apple wallet worked only on fourth try for me; app now says four wallets are connected. Removing any of the three failed results in an error message. Face ID for app login not well integrated - after the Face ID scan that should do the login, there is still the password layer where the AuthenticationServices framework requires another Face ID scan to fill the password before giving you access to the app. Notifications about the arrival of a new document re-sent every now and then - even though the document has been accessed multiple times by now. This is the most painful factor since the other notifications from the app are mostly critical. Besides those remarks, the app has good features and seems useful.

Migros macht Werbung mit 0% Gebühren, jedoch verrechnen sie einen Wechselkursaufschlag von 3%. Die Gesamtkosten sind somit höher als bei der Konkurrenz!
Super App
Die App finde ich Super. + Push-Nachricht wenn Karte verwendet wird (in Echtzeit) + Ich kann immer wieder Spontan die zugelassenen Regionen aktivieren und deaktivieren. + Die Karte kann auch Problemlos gesperrt werden und wieder entsperrt. - Was ich nicht so toll finde, ist dass die Buchungen zwar direkt angezeigt werden, aber der Verfügbare Betrag (aktuelles Guthaben) meist erst bis zu 2 Tage später aktualisiert wird. So stand ich schon einmal ohne verfügbares Zahlungsmittel an der Kasse und ich dachte es hätte noch genügend Guthaben darauf.
Letztes Update fehlerhaft
Seit dem letzten Update funktioniert die Suche nach Belastungen nicht mehr. Es erscheint eine Fehlermeldung (iPhone 17 Pro, neuste Updates). Sonst aber eine gute App!

das gutschriften erst ca 2 tage später dem saldo zugerechnet werden ist nicht gut (alte software?!)

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dieser App. Sie ist übersichtlich,sicher und die Bedienung ist kinderleicht. Alles funktioniert tadellos!
Von wegen „Kontrolle“
Ich habe festgestellt, dass die ApplePay Verknüpfungen zu meinen alten Geräten immer noch aktiv sind, beim Versuch diese zu löschen oder zu deaktivieren erscheint eine Fehlermeldung. Leider bietet Viseca keine Support-Mailadresse sondern nur Formulare, welche diese Thema nicht behandeln. Zudem nervt die App bei jedem Start, mit der Meldung die Karte zur Watch hinzuzufügen? Und wenn ich das nicht will??

Passwortmanager werden nicht unterstützt
Was für ein Schrott! Funktional hat die App die Basics (Transaktionen, Rechnungen, Kartenmanagement usw) was halt so im 2026 zu erwarten ist. Was schlecht ist, dass kopieren von Benutzername und Passwort aus einem Passwortmanager nicht unterstützt wird. Die Fehlermeldung lautet: „Benutzername und/oder Passwort falsch“ erst nach dem eintippen der Werte funktioniert das Anmelden.

Unnötig App
Ich will Apple Pay. Karte kann ohne Probleme hinzugefügt werden. Ist aber nicht aktiv. Dazu bräuchte ich diese App. App heruntergeladen… Code per Post erhalten. Alles top! Die karte ist nun ersichtlich in dieser One App. Apple Pay geht noch immer nicht. Wie unglaublich sinnvoll ist diese App? Nein ich will kein Customer Support der mir zum 6. Mal sagt ich müsse in der App die Karte aktivieren. Was sie ja schon ist. Dann solle ich mich bei meiner Bank Valiant melden. Meine Meinung? Persönlich? Springt von einer Brücke!

A differenza delle altre carte di credito e debito , la one non accredita subito l’importo che ho versato ma passano visibili e disponibili dopo 2 giorni. Credo che sia ora che qualcuno modifichi questo tipo di problema e si allinea con le concorrenti come Cembra .
