Super, sehr übersichtlich keine lange suche nach etwas. Das Beste die Bankkarte ist Gratis nicht nur das auch diese kann an vielen Orten Eingesetzt werden ohne Probleme.

Verbesserungsfähig
Karten können nicht in der App gesperrt werden. Der Aufbau der App ist zT. kompliziert, nicht intuitiv im Vergleich zu Postfinance App.
E-Banking
Einfach alles super. Ich brauche keine andere Bankverbindung. Spesen sind im Vergleich ok. Auch Bearbeitung evtl. Fragen werden super schnell beantwortet. Bravo.

Funktioniert mehrheitlich
Infos wie "Code war falsch" oder "Update erforderlich" muss man selber drauf kommen. Der Rest ist ok. Mich stört der "Zurück Knopf", dieser ist komischerweise im Suchfeld oben, was mir atypisch scheint.

Die neue App und das online banking sind so was von schlecht. Extrem langsam. Dauernd am abstürzen. Das User Interface ist so was von 1990. Unglaublich, dass das freigegeben wurde.

I like the app but it is missing support for English language and so defaults to German. Also I do not get any alerts when money goes out of the account as I do in other banking apps Both features would make the app much more user friendly. Many thanks for working on that

übertrag auf ein anderes konto wird nicht angezeigt sehr sehr verzögert auch wenn man die app schliesst und neu startet. dadurch denkt man es hat nicht funktioniert und macht nochmals eine überweisung. nun jetzt plötzlich doch 2 übertrag. sehr mühsam und das kommt schon zum x mal vor. pendete zahlungen über eigenem konto kann man nicht annullieren, warum?!!! jetzt muss ich die hotline anrufen die noch kostet!!unnötig!

Gutes E-Banking
Soweit alles gut. Mir fehlt jedoch die Möglichkeit für den Darkmode, wie auch die Möglichkeit bei der Übersicht „Vermögen“ den „Verfügbarer Betrag“ anzuzeigen. Dieser ist erst nach klicken/tippen auf das jeweilige Konto ersichtlich. Finde ich nicht optimal gelöst. Habt ihr da was in Planung?
Es kann eigentlich nur besser werden
Kann die insgesamt positive Bewertung der App leider nicht nachvollziehen. Ständig ist irgend ein Problem, manchmal mit Fehlermeldung, meistens hängt sie sich einfach so auf. Ohne Übertreibung jede zweite App-Nutzung ist irgendwas. Wir nutzen die App in der stets aktuellen Version auf verschiedenen neueren iOS Geräten. Meine andere Bank-App ist auch nicht besonders zuverlässig aber diese toppt leider alles. Es ist ein grösseres Makeover angekündigt - hoffen wir das beste!

In den Mobile App. Ein un ausgeführte pendente Auftrag sollte ich selber annullieren können. Because of the pending payments, my account remains positive. Why can I not use that and create a new payment for a lower amount, or withdraw cash?

QR Code Rechnungen Probleme
Seit den letzten Updates können kaum noch QR Code Rechnungen in PDF direkt an die App gesendet werden. Bei dem älteren Versionen funktionierte das viel zuverlässiger. Man musste zwar teilweise den ganzen Ablauf zweimal machen, da die App dies nach dem öffnen endlich lesen konnte, aber es funktionierte immerhin. Nun muss ich immer zuerst ein Screenshot vom QR Code machen und diesen dann in der App öffnen. Sollt eigentlich im Jahre 2026 einfacher funktionieren. Ansonsten aber mittlerweile sehr schöne App und sehr nützlich!
Keine Auslandsüberweisungen
Von der Mobile-App sind trotz anderslautender Ankündigungen noch immer keine Auslandsüberweisungen möglich. Warum nicht?

Bring back old payment scanner
The new QR code scanner is useless as most orange bills still use the old payment tab. Please bring back or at least add the old scanner back!!

Je suis très satisfaite dans l’ensemble. La connexion e-banking devrait être toutefois améliorée car j’ai rencontré à de nombreuses reprises des difficultés pour me connecter.

Impossible de changer pour le français. Besoin d’un smartphone + d’un ordinateur avec une version récente de windows, et un processus d’installation interminable. En bref inutilisable en voyage. L’application qui va me faire changer de banque.

Die App ist nicht schlecht, allerdings weist sie diverse Probleme auf. 1. Die Benachrichtigungen für Geld Ein- und Ausgänge passieren immer verzögert, anders als bei anderen Banking-Apps. Teilweise ist man in der App, man sieht, dass man Geld erhalten hat, die Benachrichtigung kommt aber erst eine halbe Stunde später. 2. Die App ist teilweise unübersichtlich. Bei den provisorischen Buchungen versteht man teilweise nicht, was genau passiert. Schlimmer ist es noch, weil die provisorischen Buchungen teilweise von den in Auftrag gegebenen Buchungen abweicht. Bei der definitiven Buchung ist es wieder richtig, allerdings ist das unübersichtlich und frustrierend. Ich hoffe sehr, dass die Migros Bank, was die App angeht, sich mehr an grösseren Banken wie UBS oder ZKB inspirieren lässt.

Normalerweise macht die App das, was sie sollte. Seit dem neusten Update jedoch kann man sich übergaupt nicht mehr anmelden. Man wird einfach mit einem weissen Bildschirm konfrontiert.

When you want to activate the e-banking or you simply forget your password and you want to have a new one, you need to fill in an online form and you will get your activations code by mail - NOT Email, but POST mail, in 2/3 days!!! Ahahahah RIDICULOUS!

The app itself is ok but the combo with the desktop app is terrible
The app is ok-ish. I had bank accounts in the UK and every single online banking app I had there was much better than this one. But the real trouble starts when it asks to approve a transaction with the desktop app. That one is so painfully slow, it rejects the approval every time the first time round. Have to go through the system a second time each time.
