What people like
- Clean and nice user interface
- Easy to set up connection
- Works well for offline music
- Great potential as it grows
What they complain about
- Won't connect without HTTPS
- Fails to login on Tailscale
- No transcoding or search support
- Missing playlist creation features
HTTPS required but still great
I struggled with all the other navidrome clients when trying to connect via CarPlay. This one is money once you get it set up with an https connection. I recommend using Caddy on your server. That worked for me.

download music by music?!are you serious?!
Good music app
I really like this app. IMO, this app has the best ui of the navidrome type apps, and I like how easy it is to know you have downloaded albums locally. My issue atm is with Apple CarPlay when playing offline albums. It looks as if they don’t load when I’m not connected to my home network. Looking at the app, it seems like a login issue. But honestly I really like this app and look forward to its development
Really wanted to like it
Unfortunately just very buggy and doesn’t feel great to use. It looks good and I think it has potential, but at the moment I wouldn’t reccomend it
I’m sure it’s good
Unfortunately requires an HTTPS connection, which is overkill for a private network that just uses HTTP. I’m sure it’s a great client, but the Navidrome server is specifically not mine and setting this up is out of scope. Unfortunate limitation.
Cache
Would be good if you add a temp cache like arpeggi where next 10-20 songs gets cached but gets cleared automatically so that it doesn’t always take space Also in carplay the shuffle button does work but the button animation doesn’t work like when its on it should have a border of ash colored but no border as if it didn’t worked
Garbage
No option to refresh the source with one click or its hidden so deep that its not even worth it I made a couple of playlists in navidrome and its still not visible
very cool app
Easy to use and had no problems to connect to my server. I really like the GUI, it’s simple but looks nice and neat. Just a few inputs: - the songs’ thumbnails look a bit blurry, non sure if it is only an issue on my device - would be great to have a “shuffle all” option for liked songs, all songs of an artists, all songs in the library, etc. Other than that great job, I’m enjoying listening to my music on flo!
Doesn't support LAN navidrome
Developer seems to be stubborn not to support HTTP (no S) to local network addresses, and blaming Apple for that, while there is a way to enable it. The only workaround is to provide local ip directly, but it doesn't work for dynamic local ips, obviously.
Good Navidrome client but no AirPlay support
AirPlay doesn’t work, throbber on rendering device (an LG TV in my case) keep spinning forever.
Solid
very nice music player, has some issues with transcoding but it may be tailscale itself
Doesn’t open
It doesn’t work! After opening a black screen appears and then it closes!!!
Love the app. But one feature request. Please add playback for the Apple Watch app
I love this app and use it everyday and one feature that would be useful for me is to play music on my Apple Watch
Doesn’t support scrobble on the server
Navidrome has built in support for scrobbling to lastfm and listenbrainz, but this app disable this function from working.
Best Navidrome Client on the App Store
Open source and self hosting is amazing and my heartfelt thanks to the developer for developing this aesthetically pleasing client.
Not working.
It does not work, it stay all back for a few seconds then just close.
Good so far
The only thing that I see that needs to be added is that I want to be able to use the app with Tailscale with out having to go through the hassle of enabling https but it will not let me because it is not considered a private network please fix this
Pretty but lacking substance
Doesn’t support transcoding audio. Doesn’t support pagination or searching through the list, so good luck if you have over 100 albums or so.
Host your own media, use this to play back
(Finally I can write a review after being on the betas) Just want to say, thanks for the polished app, Indie devs really are the best.
Blank screen on iPhone 17 Pro
Nothing appeared on the screen. Deleted the app
First Impressions
First of all, thank you to the developers of this project for their hardwork. I quickly went through the process of connecting to my Navidrome server and want to share my experience. Review: This app seems to have all major functionality, and I really like the ui. I would love to test more to see how the app handles the listening activity data because the home page is quite aesthetically pleasing. That said, I had some qualms that keep me from daily driving this client. One was the lack of shuffle options. I only found the shuffle button in the currently playing UI. I’d prefer to shuffle the queue without having to select a track to start with. Another issue was that the currently playing UI seems bugged on my device. I am using an iPhone 13 on ios 18, and the UI stretches off the screen. These two issues, though small, are enough for me to look for a different client.
Works perfectly
Works perfectly! Definitely the best navidrome client on iOS. If the developer is reading this; a “sort by genre” option would be great!
Only HTTPS?
It only works with https:// so if your server is only http:// do not bother to try it
Great UI, few functional tweaks would be ideal
Super straightforward and clean UI, lots to like, I have a couple suggestions that I would love to see. - Shuffle play button more easily accessible. - When shuffle play is selected, the new shuffled order isn’t reflected in the play next screen. - I believe the artist section is against the wrong metadata tag. It seems to be pulling from Artist, even when Album Artist is populated.
Excellent client
Able to access music and playlists. No issues. I would wish for Apple Watch support
Login
If your trying to login to your server, and your using Tailscale the login fails

Great
Best IOS Navidrome client on the App Store.
Not work
Trash
great
it’s great, it’s just missing the functionality to make playlists, so i had to do that on my laptop. other than that, great ui, ux all good
Does what it says on the tin!
Great app that I can just tell is going to get even better as time goes on. Really solid foundations and a nice UX. Excited to see it grow :)
ssl
unable to login. i use tailscale. app transport security policy..
Great app with some bugs
The app works well for music on the go. I do experience one annoying bug where music tracks will restart part way through playback, though I’m not certain if this is a bug in flo or in my Navidrome server! Either way, great app.
