What people like
- Readings are accurate and reliable.
- Very easy to use daily.
- Tracks food and numbers well.
What they complain about
- Syncing often fails or breaks.
- Forces you to be diabetic first.
- Support never actually helps users.
Track My Numbers & More
I like that this app it keeps track of my numbers & averages. I also use it to keep track of the food I eat.
Cannot login
Cannot login after trying to reset my passwords a few times. Able to login on the website without issues but cannot login to the app using the same username and password. Very frustrating!
Bugs
when sending out weekly reports it does not include the insulin usage alongside the blood sugar measurement. Second item is when manually adding insulin there it is a bit cumbersome to switch between the different types of slow acting in long lasting insulin. It would be nice if that was a smoother process.
This app has issues
Every update this ad develops causes other annoying issues. Bluetooth sometimes has a problem keeping its connection on my new iPhone and the pop-up ads for test strips and needles are annoying and invasive.

All You Need
This app everything you need to manage type 2 diabetes with accurate data and time framed reporting of blood glucose. It lets me know when dietary adjustments and exercise needs to increase. Coaching tops are available to assist. It is comprehensive.
Issues uploading data to app
I been having issues with the tester not uploading data to the app on my phone. Sometimes it will go a week without updating. This has happened many times. Then all of the sudden it will upload all the data from the last few days or week. A real pain.
Nene
Just started watching my blood sugar one touch makes it very easy to do
AI Slop
Clearly this app was designed using AI. No Software Engineer worth their salt would have green lit this buggy mess with no use case testing. I only made it to the create profile page and encountered several errors. I use a password manager like a normal person, but i cant copy my password in….. i can copy it into the re-enter password, but when i do i cant delete it. Two errors on the first interaction….. pathetic
No registration if not diabetic??
Requires you to declare a diabetes type before it allows you to register…. But I’m not diabetic. Creating an account doesn’t allow you to paste a password from a password app, so switching back and forth between apps is cumbersome. Otherwise seems ok so far.
One touch
Love it too smart
Scam company
Had first meter for 6 months when it began giving crazy readings. Got replacement after having to wait for a d=test liquid. The second meter occasionally. Gives a 400read then 5 minutes later a 300+- read then another will godown 50 points. Untreatable. When I recently added my Ac1 the entire history disappeared. The suggested cure was ineffective. Company had nothing more to say. Dismal.
Best System
I have used a couple of brands of manual by glucose meters. This one has been the best as far as the information you can put at in it and track. The only issue is the last since system. It seems to break down more than not, and I have had to replace two applicators. Other than that, the system is great I would suggest. If you could make an applicator that could make a lancet applicator that could last longer. also, my insurance no longer pays for it, but I continue to buy over-the-counter.
Not enough options
I don’t use this meter all the time. Simply because I am not diabetic. I use it because there is a long history of diabetes in my family and I like to know what my sugar levels are doing. But, I find the device and the app too restrictive when it comes to customization. For example, it allows you to record before or after a meal. Or it lets you select an event. Carbs, stress, illness, meds, exercise, and mood. All those are fine, but I wish it would let me create my own tags. A huge one that is missing is “fasting.” It has “before meals.” OK, but that is after a fee hours after eating or longer time that goes into the fasting territory? I also don’t like that for this device you must use the app. I am a paramedic and I known plenty of older patients who don’t own smart phones and don’t care for one. People should be able to look at records and other information at the device. Also turning on the device to look at records without having to take a test. Additionally, I find that the charts lack information. Overall the device and app leave a lot to be desired. And finally, I often have trouble syncing the device to the app. Today I was not able to sync the device to the phone at all. Bluetooth is turned on, everything looks good. So I have no idea what is going on.
Inadequate settings
The app should allow for a 3 month average glucose as a prediction for A1c
helpful
best reader ever made
Dismal.
The device is flimsy and has malfunctioned many times. Recently gave me a reading of 400+ so I tested again five minutes later and it went down 100 points and again five minutes later 100 points down. Recently, I entered my A1c number and the entire history disappeared. This is a nice way to get medical information to sell. Absolutely disgusted with this company. I’ve been traveling for two years and was in Vietnam, where nothing could be done and now I’m in Europe. and nothing is being done again. I would be very careful in looking at this device. And I pamper it. It is just junk and the customer service is nonexistent.
Bit of a lag
I would give it 5 stars, but it sometimes has trouble logging my test results from my device and I end up having to enter it in manually
Issue of delays in app at testing
More than 5 minutes delay
Manque une vraie courbe de suivi.
Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de vraie courbes pour suivre la glycémie.
Synchs very quickly
When entering notes, free text is enough to help explain trends in glucose levels.
Bad strips
Strips have issues. Doesn’t work correctly. Too much waste.
Meter range
When meter range is set different with app range, the notification keeps popping out for me to confirm. Glitch? Otherwise a great app!
Frustrated
I don’t understand why the reading does not transfers over to my phone unless I remove the test strip and shut the machine off.
Verio Reflect syncing problem
I previously used a Verio Flex meter and the app would automatically sync. I’m now using a Verio Reflect and I need to pull the test strip out after doing a reading, power on the meter, and then pull down to refresh on the app just for my meter to sync with the app. Very inconvenient.
Accuracy
I like the OneTouch reveal app because it tends to be very accurate. Not only that, but if you download the app, you have your results all the time in your phone
Poor user interface
The apps’ color scheme cannot be adjusted, so those with viision impairments cannot adjust reading colors so that readings are clearly visible. Additionally, the the app sized cannot be increased by pinching the screen on mobile devices, nor does the app allow for it’s viewing in the landscape position rather than portrait thus restricting overall viewing capacity. Further, the inability to enter additional information, I.e., CGM readings, oral medications, or physical/emotional systems, prevents the creation of a single record reflecting all factors related to diabetes so that treatment plans can be more readily monitored and adjusted.
Nice app
Nice and easy to use app.
VERY Disappointed
Started with this new meter April 28, 2025. All of a sudden, my app shows only 4 readings since June 1, 2026. How can I sync them to each other??? This SUCKS :’( :’( :’(
Manque de courbe
Manque de courbe de représentation de l’évolution de la glycémie au dessus de la semaine
Quick and Easy
Very accurate with reliable readings.
No IQ compatiblity
OneTouch Verio IQ not an option to select meter.
Multiple profiles
There should be a way to store data for multiple profile. My mother and I use the same device to check glucose, now not able to use this app as both gets recorded in the same profile. BeatO used to have this facility which I found quite useful. Now I track this manually..
Needle
Less than 6 months, needle injector no longer picking fingers.
Won’t sync to app.
I have had the meter and the app for years. It will no longer sync the data. Does it need an update. The app is version 5.17.0. Thanks
Will not sync
Not working for me
Not syncing with iPad A16 running iOS 26
App work great on iPhone 13, but not on iPad A16. Will not pair with Bluetooth on iPad,both running iOS 26.
Forget about Night Shift schedules
You cannot set any activity other than “Bedtime” after Midnight, and it won’t let you schedule a third meal after midnight. This messes up the charts for when you’re showing your doctor/specialist.
Multiple User Option
This is an amazing device to monitor parents health. Appreciate if you can add option to track multiple device in the same application. Thank you.
I love my One Touch
Very easy to use.
Worthless
The app does not sync with the meter or retain records if it does.
Nice App
Please add delete facility
SYNCING ISSUES
REFUSES TO SYNC EVRY 2Nd day. I have to delete and reinstall app to be able to sync. Which is a nuisance and frustrating.
Other collection options should be there
Other collection options should be there like, Random PP Per-Lunch Pre-Dinner
Mi maquinita
Muy rápido todo 👍
Bad update
Old version was slow...update is even worse. Screen freezes and often crashes. Extremely disappointing! 👎
Updated/New App is much better
this new upgraded app is more stable and synchronises much better with ios platform - though still some issues on touch sensitivity. It eorks with only one connected mobile at a time (though mobile can connect to more than 1-OT unit). If one changes mobile phone, delete the OT app and resintall to pair with new phone.. Good luck.
black hole rating
No login option Only register Will not let you login even when you have been using it for years with a particular email You have to be a diabetic to use it , not for monitoring sugar if you are non diabetic No privacy Frequent verification of email address Negative star rating -blackhole
Good app, but not complete
There is no option to clear the existing reading either in the meter or in the app, you can’t even remove a meter once you add it from the app. Please fix this and I’m sure this app will get better ratings then.
