Update: OMG they fixed it!
Update: They added sliders in the settings to turn off the additional "features" and now I have a useful app again. The rest of my subscription will be used with gratitude! I will be happy to renew at the original price if they don't attempt this monstrous behavior again! Old: The latest update destroyed the functionality of the app IMO. I paid for a subscription and have been using it for a year without issue and now I have to close and swipe away "share the app!" And "upgrade" advertising, I have to scroll past a "daily carb budget" widget to access the part I actually use and there's no way to remove it and now they want to double the subscription??? It used to provide a simple way to track meds, blood sugar, weight, insulin, etc and now it is cluttered and obstructed and vibes like a pushy car salesman. Unsubscribing and uninstalling 😡👎
I want my money back or at least a prorated subscription. Complete radio silence from the devs
Update 3: anyone out there? Hello? Did you fix this app? I had the paid subscription, but it ended up not working after iOS 26 Still waiting to hear from someone. Anyone. Ended up with months I couldn’t use after paying. Update 2: still haven’t heard from anyone. It’s like the developer has abandoned this app. Update: still have not heard anything from anyone about a fix or an ETA for the app. Have since several support tickets. I still have almost 5 months left on my subscription, would be nice to have a prorated refund at least. Yes I will not be using any more apps or paying for anything else from your company. I really like this tracker. It was the best one I’ve found so far. I paid the yearly subscription fee so I could have the A1c estimator (which is way off by the way). Originally gave a five star review but walking that back now. iOS update has caused the program to stop working completely. Someone on the web suggested uninstalling and reinstalling. So I backed up my data at Apple health uninstalled, then reinstalled the program. It worked one time and then crashed again. It also will not retrieve my backup data from Apple health. As of today when I try to use the app, it just loads to the blue screen and hangs and does nothing else. Have reached out to support a couple times now and it’s been complete radio silence so today I will uninstall and go look for something else. I know my subscription is only $30, but $30 is a lot when you don’t have insurance and you’re paying for insulin out-of-pocket.
Not working with IOS update
Update: 5/14/26, prompt response in fixing the problems and added a couple nice features to the app, AI to track your carb intake by taking a photo and Bluetooth for CGM. I have tried the AI to track carbs and it is close, but not perfect. Haven’t tried the CGM yet. Keep up the good work I have used this app for a couple of years and enjoy the tracking. Update 5/9/26: new rev 3.15.0 is broke, it is looking for a non existent glucose monitor so the app does not function. Please have it manual connect instead of when the app opens Updated phone to 26.1 and now the app does not open. Opening screen pops up and a few seconds later shuts down. Unable to input any data. I really liked this app for tracking blood sugar but may have to look for a different one.

Glucose app & Apple Health conflict?
I recently gave a one star review on this app. Yesterday I received an eMail (probably from a bot) suggesting I update the app and consider a new review. I previously had removed the app when it no longer worked, reinstalled and still had conflicts. The app absolutely wanted me to enter a glucose monitor that was not on their list and I was unable to do anything else with the app. This morning I again removed the app, but this time I turned my phone off for about 5 minutes. When I restarted my iPhone I went to the App Store and re downloaded the app. When I opened the app it again went straight to Add a Glucose Monitor, but this time, after about a minute, that screen went off and the app seems to be functioning normal again. All of my previous information had been saved by Apple Health and automatically was synced to this app, so I didn’t have to re inter any data which I’m grateful for. Time will tell if this apps continues to work.

Improved since update
Originally this app would not function as it tried to sync with Apple health. This appears to have been improved. The app is now functioning since the update.
New features are annoying
After this last update it’s trying to push Bluetooth monitor connection and upscaling their subscription that would cost me more than my yearly membership. This is getting out of hand. It was fine before and now just getting worse
Great App, when it works
I have been using this app to manually enter my glucose data for more than a year. I like the UI, the ease of entering data and the integration with Apple Health. Unfortunately, the latest update hangs on trying to synch with Apple Health, and when i disable access to Apple Health it hangs on trying to connect to a glucose meter, but my glucose meter does not support Bluetooth, which is why I enter data manually. Hopefully this issue is addressed soon.

Does not work
Cannot use, instantly crashes when I try to use app, I paid 40 dollars for a worthless app. I hope I can get a refund from apple. Do not recommend.
Good but currently crashing
Have been using this app since diagnosed last August and it has been really good. Currently the app is frozen and just says receiving data from Apple health. It’s been 2 days of this and I can’t use the app because of it. Please fix this issue. Thank you!
I want my money back.
I signed up for the free trial period. But I’m positive I cancelled my subscription before the end of the trial. (I understand that there is a possibility that I am wrong, I do not have exact dates.) I have been trying to set up your app for days now. At first, it retained all my data from using it in the past. (I did use a free version for a long time a while back. Never really had a problem.) But it just crashed while saying “syncing Apple health information.” Over and over for a few days. So I reinstalled it. Then it said I had to sign in or make an account. I had a password saved, but no user name. So I tried both main emails I use. No information on either. Then I checked to see if I used a ‘hide my email,’ and that turned up nothing. So I decided, something must have happened. I’ll make a new account using a different email. Which I did. Successfully signed in, I went to fill out my profile and adjust other settings. Now I’m finding that the ‘Sync with Apple Heath’ feature does nothing but open a new screen with same button on it. So I don’t see how it’s fair to have given you money for an app that does nothing work. I want a refund. And I don’t want technical help, I don’t want a deal for next year, I don’t want to be convinced that this is user error or anything. I just want my money. Because the app’s layout is simple and self-explanatory. It just doesn’t work.

Great App Now Unusable
This has been an excellent app I highly recommended, but is has become unusable. In May 2026 it started freezing and shutting down. Then at the end if May an update made this happen less often. Now it is back to the same issue. I communicated and developers just said the update should fix things. Well, it did not. And it does not matter if I am connected to Apple Health or not☹️
Data stored in app only
Just leaving this FYI for other users. I recently reset my iPhone due to suspected security issue. I had t thought that like so many other apps, my data would be on a server in the cloud. But it’s not. When I reinstalled the app and logged in all my data was gone!😩. Although I did an iPhone backup one cannot recover a single app from iCloud backup. So 8 months of data lost 😭 right before my 6 month blood review!! Recommended to export your data before resetting the phone (paid version only). Other than this it’s a great app. Perhaps ‘Glucose App’ Will consider storing data in future???
Stopped Working since latest update
It now insists I connect a meter and won't let me bypass the option. It is also running very slow even trying to move from screen to screen. Before latest update it has been excellent I'm using it on an IPhone 13pro, I have tried removing and re- installing Please check

I’ve been using this app for the last two years and not had an issue! It’s been great! After the update a week ago, it’s not allowing me to go back and post it because the whole app froze and I couldn’t do anything, unless I hooked it to my Apple health or my actual device, which I don’t want to do to either, so please fix the issue! After paying what I have paid for this app, I shouldn’t have to deal with the issue.
Does not work on my iPhone
Paid for a premium subscription. Can’t even open the app for a moment before it crashes. A waste of money.
Syncing

As of the recent update app is forcing sharing from apple health and locking up iPhone 16. All it is now is a data sync that eats phone battery and is otherwise useless. Next time allow for choice to opt out. Can’t even change the settings it locks the phone to quickly. DELETED
Monthly payment version is not available
Unfortunately Support doesn’t work but I am wondering if app could be purchased on monthly basis, not annually. Also I would like to see how pdf report looks like. Report is available only after purchasing but as I mentioned above I have to pay for full year to check how report is generated
Doesn't work on IOS26.1
The app has been OK for a year now since my T2 diagnosis. One annoyance was duplication of readings which skewed the A1C forecast with no quick method of removing said duplicates. However now it simply crashes on loading since IOS26.1 and no response here or to my support request means I will now seek a refund on the subscription via Apple. It's a shame but I suspect the developers no longer care about the app reliability and integrity.
Scam
Does not work for freestyle libre 3 Plus even though this is what popped up when I searched for it. Waste of 40 dollars.

Freezing and hot?
The app keeps freezing trying to sync health data then my phone get really hot. After 30, still not finished syncing data.
Not yet worth paying for
App still does not allow you to set a range if you use mmol. A minimum of 10 is obviously ridiculous. Please amend. I have requested this many times.

Used to be a good app. Now constant upselling!
This used to be a good app but now every other day it tries to upsell you for multiple additional expensive services. If you want to be interrupted constantly by ads, get this app. Once a week ads is OK but every day or every other day is too much. The place to go for harassing ads is Facebook but I don’t need harassment when trying to care for my diabetes.
Whole numbers only
I have been using this App for some months but now I can only add whole number readings not any point readings
Expensive
I have paid for 12 months use of this app, $65. It did work for about 3 weeks but now,since the 26.1 update it refuses to load, making this an expensive experience. I have written twice to the developer with no response. No response from Apple either

Seems like a great app so far. I like that there is a way to create a glucose curve and chart the results so you can see the highs and lows, and create a proper graph. Excellent!! :)
No longer opens

Disappointed
I’ve paid my year membership and find now this app is not reading my husbands meter any longer and all of a sudden the estimated AIC tells me I have to upgrade?? This is not acceptable to take away an option part way through a subscription I would like the rest of the year refunded if I can’t get support I sent a message and they use intercom very disappointing.. no response also can’t s me report send button not working this APP and their support is not worth the money.. I deeply regret getting this app and want my money back. Contacting Apple so they remove this app!!
