New to this process. I have really liked the app and Bluetooth auto sync. However, just recently im experiencing a couple issues: 1) all the sudden the log says “yesterday” when the date is today. I have no idea why this changed and is wrong. 2) I want to add a short note to some of my entries. How can I add that field so I can quickly add a note after the automatic upload?
Too goofy
This app is way too goofy and too many unnecessary “features”. Just keep it straightforward and uncomplicated.
Date is off
Pretty simple and easy to use and log entries. The only thing is today’s reading are nestled under “yesterday” section and it’s pretty annoying. Please fix this error.

Poor support
This is the second time after they do an update that I am not able to use the app and they are not at all helpful with customer support. Diabetes is a bad disease and we need to be able to track our readings on our phones.

I think this app is slightly difficult to use at times but I also need to spend more time on checking it out more thoroughly.
Nach Neufassung mit erheblichen Mängeln!
Die Vorgängerversion war top! Die aktuelle Version läuft nur noch mit einem Onlinekonto, in dem eingeloggt sein muss. Genau das, was man definitiv nicht braucht. Ich nutze den Mist jetzt noch, bis ich eine vernünftige Alternative gefunden habe. Dann: Nie wieder!
Good but needs some work
Could we have multiple profile- sick day, exercise, everyday, period profile where the insulin ratios change and we save that profile and use the particular one without manual calculations

Love that it automatically adds reading to app. I can add meds,carbs meals ect.

Great app
I am new to diabetes and took a chance on this app. I haven’t tried others yet but this was a great start in helping my health. I never imagined ‘this would happen to me, but it did. I’m glad I stumbled upon this app, it is user friendly and I plan to learn more to use it to help my health. ‘‘This can be a five star app soon!
Well… that didn’t last long
It’s fine. Except for glitches like “yesterday” being displayed for today or the current day under the tracking log. It may seem like a small thing but when you are tracking something this important and the developers don’t notice something this small… how reliable is the app? In other words… I don’t know if I can trust the information that I am supposed to be sharing with my doctors. Not good.

6 months and the meter is malfunctioning. Current readings reads as “yesterday “ . I have had to reset various times.
Great tool
The app has been a great tool in my own journey of taking control of my glucose. Being able to see how different foods affect my numbers. The ease of putting in what I’ve eaten. The reminder to check glucose after meals has been a life saver. I just wish that PRO was also free. However the free part of this app has truly made my journey easy to manage.

The food logging isn’t logical and the content doesn’t feel Like it flows
Good but one problem
Easier and quicker, and less painful and inconvenient than sticking needles in your fingers. Main problem is when it wants you to turn ‘professional’ when using Libre sensors, as it takes the reading but doesn’t automatically continue, which can be a real pain.
MySugar App
One of the earliest devices and apps to navigate. Device tests the blood glucose levels and upon shutting down transfers that information to your phone for the app to store. In the app measurements are calculated and displayed in easy quick glance numbers that are simple as well as easy to understand. I recommend this to anyone who is tired of having to log results multiple times or is looking for an more simple way of doing things.
Hate it
I hate how laggy this app is. I hate the stupid gamification and points. I hate the monster concept. I regret buying an Accu Chek meter and being forced to use this dreadful app. I’ll be replacing it.
Great so far
Really find the app helpful. Only snag is it doesn’t tell me ‘insulin on board’. This information would really help with planning activities and events.
Unzuverlässig
Die drahtlose Verbindung muss alle paar Wochen ganz neu aufgebaut werden. Die letzten 5 Tage im Tagebuch werden alle als „heute“ ohne Datum aufgeführt. Hat nur anfangs richtig funktioniert.

Overnight the bolus calculator had disappeared, it seems the app has updated and has now vanished, I completely rely on this to manage my insulin doses, I also pay for the pro version ! Can this be looked into urgently

Like the app even if I don’t have diabetes.. but they don’t have an early morning button or a button that’s maybe with other meds.. but other than that I like it and that it connects with my device
Free version doesn’t have nearly enough features to be useful
Felt very positive when downloading the app! I’m looking for a tool to help me understand my incomprehensible blood sugar readings. My focus was going to be on keeping track of my blood sugar levels, the accompanying symptoms and also allow me to make a note of what I’ve eaten to see the trends and impact on what I was putting in my body. Downloaded the free version and found that beyond a simple log of blood sugar readings, all the other features I wanted to use were unavailable to me. Might as well use my Notes App.

Für Kids super ansonsten zweckdienlich
Ich verstehe im ehrlich zu sein den Hype um die App nicht… Ich nutze sie seit etwas über einem Jahr aber mit jedem Update wird sie in meinen Augen eher schlechter als besser… Die Basics sind in Ordnung, sie ist leicht zu bedienen und ist definitiv zweckdienlich. Für Kinder ist sie garantiert richtig toll mit den bunten Farben und dem verspielten Design. Dagegen möchte ich gar nichts sagen. Es ist schon süß und motiviert Kids auch dazu ihre Werte einzutragen. 😊 Ich finde es gut, dass man viele Dinge auch ausblenden oder einklappen kann und die App dadurch recht schlicht halten kann. Mir wäre das sonst zu viel Schnickschnack. Ich nutze die App aber eben auch nur zum Werte eintragen. Allerdings ist in meinen Augen z.B. der Hypo-/Hyperzähler absolut schwachsinnig. Früher war er gut, aber da konnte man in den Einstellungen auch zusätzlich einstellen welcher Wert nur hoch ist und ab wann etwas als Überzucker gilt. Mittlerweile kann man nur noch den hohen Wert eintragen, was dann dazu führt, dass jeglicher Wert der diese Limit überschreitet als Hyper angezeigt wird. Wenn ich aber eine Stunde nach dem Essen mal einen Wert von 200 habe ist das noch lang keine Hyper. Es wäre schön, wenn es diese Unterscheidung wieder geben würde. So ist das mehr als verwirrend und kann gerade bei neu diagnostizierten Diabetikern die evtl. noch keinen so entspannten Umgang damit haben zu unnötiger Angst führen. Und nur deswegen in den Einstellungen den hohen Wert noch höher einzustellen ist ja auch nicht Sinn und Zweck des Ganzen… Nun ja insgesamt ist es ok, sie tut was sie soll und ich möchte sie auch nicht schlecht reden. Vieles davon ist auch einfach Geschmacksache. Mir persönlich ist die Schrift seit dem letzten Update auch viel zu groß 😅. Ich fand es besser einen schnelleren Überblick über die Werte des Tages zu haben statt jetzt scrollen zu müssen. Und ich habe bei Werten die ich nachträglich eintragen möchte oft den Bug, dass sich die Leiste mit der Uhrzeit einfach von selbst wieder schließt wenn ich die Uhrzeit einstellen will… Nun ja, zumindest kann man die App auch kostenlos nutzen was super ists. :) Die meisten anderen Apps kosten ja direkt etwas oder sind einfach nur unpraktisch. Von daher sie funktioniert und ist besser als die anderen Apps die es hier im Store gibt, mehr aber auch nicht.

As a Type 2 diabetic, I find this product invaluable in tracking my diabetes journey. The number of fields available, as well as its ability to import information from other products makes this product a very important diabetes tool.
App no longer works
I just downloaded the app for the first time - when I closed my app and tried to restart then the app becomes unresponsive- just hope it was caused by the update 2 days ago and they fix soon
Decent app with very little issues.
Overall app works really well with integrated CGM. The bolus calculator is useful. The need to transfer your BG reading to the calculator could be automatic which would make it quicker. All the data is clear and easy to find things like Time in range and create a PDF to send to care team. I like how you can scroll back on your sensor data easily and find log book just below.
This app keeps on asking log in and password
Frustrating experience. The app keeps asking log in then email validation then password and then log in and on and on.

Overall a good app and can be tailored to each individual. Meal planning is extra money not as the advert states. Very Americanised and sometimes struggle to find the right food to log. Measurements are all in cups rather than grams which also makes logging difficult

The app stuck
If you don't open the app before the glucometer test and if you open the app via new test result pop up notification the app become unresponsive. No matter what you do you can't use any function. The app still gets data from accu instant and push to apple health but you cannot use app. Note: iOS 26.5 iPhone 15 Pro Max user.

App trava ao abrir
Parece ser um bom app para acompanhar com o aparelho Guide me. O problema é que o app trava na tela inicial e não permite acessar qualquer funcionalidade. Consegui fazer o registro da conta, conectar com o app saúde da apple e fazer a primeira medição. Depois disso o app simplesmente trava e não consigo acessar mais nada na tela inicial do gráfico de acompanhamento. Estou usando em um aparelho iPhone 17 pro max, então deveria funcionar como esperado.
