Your give out awards in the middle of a game and if you collect on an award you are forced to see an ad … I would rather have the option not to receive the award and continue to play with watching an ad… that should be my option …way too many ads
What a shame
Screen goers black at 1700 points and you loose all your points and have to again from the very simple puzzles at the start. Happened twice now so I’m deleting the App

This game is too hard. By time you’ve figured out how to play it, you’ve already failed several times. That’s right, several times. When you fail, your only option is to part with coins. There’s no option to watch ads.

big glitch
At level 194 I get a black screen and no way to move beyond it.
ADS RUN IN THE MIDDLE OF LEVELS!
This is a clever, and at times, challenging game, but placing TWO ads in one game cycle is greedy and inconsiderate. Placing ads between each finished game level, I completely understand and agree. Because of this dev’s inconsiderate plan to place ads in the middle of game play, I do not recommend this game. Also, there is some poor programming as the tubes do not always move when touched, yet they take away a move from your total. On more difficult levels, the gamer has to contend with that as well as excessive advertising. Not worth it to me.
Very relaxing
This is nothing like as scary as it looks at first. I’ve been playing off and on for a few days now, and enjoy it a lot. I do think most of your levels need relabelling - don’t mistake “repetitive but pretty” for “hard”! Make it harder if you can, I’d like the challenge. Nice and relaxing, though. Thanks.
Good game now ruined
Tolerated adds when they appeared at the end of a game even though frequency was a bit much. However, this new wrinkle where adds pop up in the middle of a game, sometimes more than once, interferes with your train of thought is now i tolerable. Will be deleting game.

I really do enjoy this game. So much so that I paid for the ad-free version. So much so that I'm still giving it for stars. My question to the developers is this—since I paid for the ad-free version, why am I still seeing ads?
After lvl 8 I quit ads are 1min long
Everytime you complete a lvl 1 min ads and if you leave the window pauses the time till you complete it man I was having fun I’m done! $4.99 monthly or $9.99 month for ever no ads I’m done!
Finished level 185 then deleted app
Love the game. I cannot accept having to watch ads within a level. I understand watching an ad between levels. Just finished level 185. Twice on level 185 I had a pop up reward. I tapped to claim the reward. Then I had to watch an ad. Twice while playing one level. Too much. Deleted the app.

This is a fun and challenging game but way too many ads… IN THE MIDDLE OF TRYING TO SOLVE ONE PUZZLE. By the same company that created HexaAway I think. Deleted.

Twice the game went black screen. 7 attempts to email for correction no response at all. I lost 800 coins first time and 200 Second time. Game goes black screen. I was at level 1170 it just quit. Frustration. No response at all from support. I want my Mo ey back

Too many ads
Fun game but way too many ads. I get ads between levels but stopping mid-level 2-3 times to show ads is obnoxious. I just deleted it.
Great game then they screwed it up.
This was my favorite game. You could play through an entire level without distraction. Recently they added ads into the level. Nothing is more distracting than almost figuring out the pattern and suddenly be shown an ad, that throws you off your rhythm, in the middle of a level. If you love more ads than gameplay this is the game for you.

Ice Pins
I was enjoying the game until some pins showed up apparently in ice. I have no idea how to clear the ice and there are no instructions on the app that I can find.
Too Expensive
This is the most fun game I’ve ever played. But it cost me too much. There are these ice cubes that trap the pins. And you can only remove them with the little bombs. I can’t earn enough points to earn them and watching ads is not an option. I’ve paid $9.99 twice. This will be the second time I’ve deleted the app and reloaded it to get around these ice cubes. I contacted Customer Service and they did not reply. It’s a shame because it’s a really good game.

Really liked this puzzle game and found it interesting and engaging. Ads between puzzles is understandable and wasn’t a problem. But you lost me when you started interrupting the puzzles with ads, and multiple ads within the same puzzle at that! I play the game to solve the puzzles, not to accumulate coins or points, so trying to disguise them and passing them off as ‘Bonus Coins’ opportunities is pretty lame. Having reached level 231 (as of 8-13-25) after only a few weeks of playing I considered myself to be someone who played your puzzle game often and regularly before seeing this new ad scheme and deciding to delete it rather than fork over 10 bucks to go ad-free. The ads as they were before were doable and no more annoying than any other games and I have even downloaded and tried a few of the games advertised so your advertisers were at least getting value for their money but now they’ve lost the chance to reach me through you due to this recent change. And that’s a shame…

I loved this game. Paid for after a few times playing. I’ve stuck on the same level, 74, because of the ice stuff. I emailed the creators who got back to me with how to resolve the problem. I’ve tried but still stuck. Sadly I shall give up.

The race …. Dear oh dear! Everything is designed to stop you from winning the race! The ads you have to watch in order to even start the race puts you on the back foot immediately! The ‘winner’ is always miles ahead! Always seems to be a Swedish flag that wins! Random offers of 50 coins mid-race that you have to watch an ad to get, also designed to slow you down! I’ve paid to be ad free so I don’t want to see ads!! AT ALL!! I don’t think u should have to watch an ad to join a race I can never win!! Annoying as hell.

Could be a lot of fun, but isn’t. Why? Because it’s too difficult to compete a level for the following reasons: 1. Too difficult to earn coins for buying hints. But it’s super easy to buy coins with actual money. Greedy creators. 2. When you do earn coins, it’s few and hints “cost” a lot. Again, greedy creators. 3. No way to skip a level, which makes the game boring. To move to another level you have to complete the current one. Ok, so make that easier to do with hints, not cash. Greedy creators.

Game is fun but there are too many ads. My last game was interrupted four times for ads WITHIN a single game. I understand that ads are necessary, but they should happen between games, not within a single game

Forced to pay up
At some levels you find “frozen” structures. In order to melt them you need to spend some “coins” you collected by completing prior levels. Well, if there are too many frozen structures, you can’t proceed with the game. You need to pay up to buy coins to melt the arbitrary frozen structures. I find this ploy unacceptable.
