Turn off music during the ads!
I generally love this game but the awful music that you cannot turn off during the ads is just tooo much! Please, please please can you add a mute button so we have the option of turning the awful music off!
Great but …
Great idea but far too many ads, every time you need to replay a level you have to watch a 30 second ad. Unless you pay to remove them. Totally spoils the game.

Ads freeze frequently
I love the complexity of this game however, when I get the ads for the bird sort, it almost always freezes, therefore I don’t receive the reward or whatever it appears for. I would suggest you either tell the game devs to fix their ads or drop them altogether. This ad plays way to much in this game so I’m sure I’m not the only one who has experienced this inconvenience.

Great game
Fun game yet it is a money grab
I had fun playing this game for a while now maybe for a month or so but I feel like I have had it and am ready to delete/uninstall it. The constant spending is irritating and there are some instances where you cannot proceed to the next level unless you spend money. Currently at level 325 and I have reached my wits end. This game is very fun and enjoyable and it can be challenging which is good but the ways the game basically forces you to pay to continue advancing is not a good look at all. I wish I could find a game where I did not have to pay anything at all or at most if I would pay a few dollars every so often that would not be so bad. It feels like an endless repetitive cycle every 5-10 levels paying money to continue playing.

Can’t reply Can’t watch ads for more coins
I looked for a place to send the developer some feedback back after I reached leave1628 let them know I can’t reply to try a level again and I can’t watch anymore ads for additional coins and I’m not able to select the 20, 60, 80, 120, 180 bar for additional coins at the end of a level!! Please fix this issue or I’ll have to delete game and report as a scam!

I love the game but it has a bug now - it opens a website that starts acting as if it’s scanning my phone - saddens me because I love the game!

This game has too many glitches in it. While the ad for the game appears on other sites, it doesn’t let you opt out. It sits there until I shut down whatever I’m in and I’ll have to wait until I think the ad for this game has run its course! Five minutes is not long enough, sometimes I have to wait half an hour to check back to see if the ad has finally disappeared. This game ad is a PITA!

Great little game, but stopped working properly after “bug fix” update. As things are nowadays it’s almost impossible to reach out and notify anyone regarding the problem.
Designed to lose
Don’t recommend it. It’s certainly a fun, challenging game but as many others have pointed out the design of this game is to push ads and force micro-transactions in order to keep playing. I liked it enough to purchase the ad free option but that only gives you 4 opportunities to finish the puzzle. If you want to keep playing you either have to watch very long ads after losing or purchase more time which I absolutely refuse to do. It’s also frustrating that there’s a “starter” puzzle you have to complete before the main one. The starter puzzle doesn’t allow you to use any bonuses you’ve accrued but if you lose the starter puzzle you will lose the bonuses.

Absolutely love this game but instructions when new challenges are added would be great! Level 503... what the heck do I do with the brown square boxes coveringthe screws? Just sitting looking at the page at the moment.
Wont clear levels
I have cleared a few of my levels, but it doesn’t mark that has cleared. Also my progress does not transfer from one Apple product to the other. And they are linked.
Great Game but annoying
It’s not the ads which are fine. But I would HAPPILY PAY for the game if I could skip certain levels simply by choosing to. This is a therapy-like game for me. Levels that take 3 or more tries, all with these pre-levels, are very annoying. For those of us that don’t care about “the challenge of beating all level, just let us skip them. Again, I’d PAY for that app all day long.

Great game if you can deal with commercials
This is a highly addictive and fun game, but overburdened with excessive commercial commercials. You literally have to watch a few minutes worth of commercials after every round. They even have pop up adds that switch to your browser and pretend it is scanning your phone for a virus. It makes you think you have a virus. I hope it's not installing one.
Fix the bug please
I love this version of this game. It’s my favorite one. The other day I tried completing the daily challenge and there’s a glitch that doesn’t let it register that you’ve finished it 😭
This is fake
Aren't you tired of seeing what looks like a fun game and downloading it only to find out that it is NOTHING like the ad?? That is exactly what happened with this game. I’m totally fed up. The minute it happens, I am deleting it for good!!
It’s ‘ok’
I actually like the game but, what I REALLY don’t like is that the game tries to force you into buying screws, undo’s, etc, and then after the purchase, it will purposely have certain pieces of wood that don’t drop as they should and blocks the holes. It will do it game after game until you’ve used them all up. Also, I’ve have had 5-6 times where I’ve won a race or a prize and it doesn’t show up in the game to use. Why provide prizes if you can’t actually use them. Now, once you purchase items you’ll suddenly start getting extra ‘gifts’, which only appear after suffering a total drought prior to the purchase. If you can deal with all the bull****, it’s fun to play. Unfortunately, I’m about done with it.

Love this game. I’d rate it semi-easy definitely has it’s challenges. You can earn coins to earn tools & the Replay is the best to help save lives. The ads are not bad & are not long - another thumbs up. So glad I borrowed the game suggestion from another game.

Keeps going to virus ads. Used to be fun but since it can’t be played offline, to many virus ads while playing
Fun but…
I really like the game, but even though I paid for add free, I still find myself having to watch adds. I don’t mind it for an extra bonus, but please remove ads from Replay. Many of the levels are quite hard, and for add free, I shouldn’t have to watch an add every time.

The ads that I kept seeing for this game misrepresented what this game is. The game seems to work fine, but it’s not what I though I was getting and I don’t like it. Deleted
Challenging game
Unfortunately there are tons of ads and now I’m stuck on level 212 as the game is not letting me make a move. Need an update to fix the bugs!!

Enjoy finding the different ways to get the wood pieces to be released and fall away. Lot’s of fun to anticipate the next puzzle when completed the previous one. Thank you for having these to play.
Daily challenge
Have cleared the board 4 days in a row and is not giving me credit for doing so. The timer just runs out and nothing else happens. No credit on the calendar. Very close to deleting the app. Is this happening to anyone else?

Buggy game - Levels don’t clear after winning
Your daily level for the past three days does not clear even tho have cleared all the wood from the puzzle. I tried to send you an email but it came back saying your address was wrong. I have two photos to show you that I have won the daily level but 15 seconds later it still has not cleared! Please fix ASAP!!!!!!

Too many adverts
It’s a good game and I understand there is a need for adverts but this game has waaaaay too many, it’s irritating and stops me playing. If I fail a level I’ve found it easier to close the App and restart the game rather than watch an advert which also has so many clicks required to close the advert. I’m pretty sure that defeats the object of advertising
Ads are too frequent, too long
In understand watching ads on free apps. But these ads are excessive and I spend more time watching than playing. Players will dump the game, then you won’t get any advertising revenue.
