Change to Weekly Monday Update
Why did you change the weekly reset from Mondays to Sundays?? One of my favorite games (this one) now coincides with other games I’ve been playing for a looong time. Total bummer

I got to level 1027, and beat it , but it won’t let me advance to the next level.
Frustrated
I like playing this game very much, however for two weeks in a row I have gotten to the Legends level, and the next time I open the app to play, I have been dropped to #99 in the Ruby level. Very frustrating.

I’m playing the game but even though it’s finished it’s still sits and if I try to exit out and go back in, I have to play it again and it’s ridiculous when I’m trying to win overall.
Good game however!
I don’t usually write reviews for anything, however let me start out by saying, I love this game it is so much fun! But, the issue is that I’ve had to redownload the game 3 times now and had to start over every time because the game wouldn’t load after you hit any levels above 1500! So all that time and money spent to play is just gone! Can you please fix this issue??

Stuck on 427
Well I’ve been enjoying this game until I got to level 427. I’ve completed it multiple times, but it won’t acknowledge that and the game just sits. There needs to be a way to bypass a level if want to or something. Guess I’ll be deleting the game 🤷🏻♀️

Game won’t open.
Just downloaded a few days ago and was number one at time if end of weekly contest and now the game will not open. Oh well, it was fun till it wasn’t.
Fun but has issues.
Love this game but I keep having to uninstall then reinstall the app because when I try to open the app it stops while loading and won’t enter the game. Which causes me to lose my progress and start completely over. This has happened to me 4 times now. Also, the balls get stuck behind the upgrades at the bottom on the screen and you cannot move them. Please fix this!!
Soo frustrated
I have been playing for a few days and got up to level 500 and it completely started me over >:( I even payed for no ads and back to ads again very disappointing because I love this game! Can’t save your progress so no point in playing again.

This is a very addictive game, I have had to reinstall twice now. I can play game up until level 350+ . Then when I try to open game to continue playing it will not respond. It is very frustrating! This game is addictive and never before have I reinstalled when there has been any problems. This game is challenging and makes you think your moves out! Please fix problem. This game would be a definite 5!

Game not loading
Difficult to rate a game when it doesn’t load - worked for two days, then it just stopped loading: been several hours with it stuck with spinning ball. I see this is common - to bad, it almost had me hooked.
Not loading
I’m having issues getting this app to load after 3 days. I, initially, thought my phone was the problem; however, all my other apps are fine. I’m going to re-download again, but I hope this is fixed soon. I like the game.
Fun but…balls get hidden behind things and game stopped working
Update 8/8/24 : Twice now the game will not open, all progress lost, delete and reinstall only to start all over again. Very frustrating. Some challenges are impossible to complete because the balls are hidden behind drone options etc. so you can’t tap them to move them. I still got to levels in the 300’s but now all of a sudden after a week or so the game just won’t load. I can uninstall and reinstall but from what I’m seeing in other reviews I’ll be starting all over with guarantee it won’t happen again. Please fix this.
It was great until……..
I enjoyed the game, but some stages have the balls hiding behind the drone option or the ball removal option. It’s like the game isn’t for phones. If it isn’t, make it known. The further you go, the more intricate the puzzle. I was really enjoying it. But when I can no longer play the game, why keep it.

Game locked out
For the fourth time i am again locked out of this game, it won’t open. No more chances programmers. Loved the game but I will not start over again. Take some pride in creating a quality game. I’m sadly done with this
Good game, but.
Some have problem with balls hidden by button options. Sometimes I get past this because a little tiny part of the ball is visible. Another possible fix is to change the ball shape to a larger or fuzzy shape. I never have changed the ball shape - seem to prefer the stock balls or the shiny silver ones. I also got locked out after I was in the middle of the silver level. When I tried to return to game, opening screen showed ball sliding to the right, stopping at right side forever.
Frustrated
I don’t appreciate being forced to start over again after reaching a certain level. I’ve done it three times already. I like the game but I won’t do it again. If I have to restart I will delete the game for good.

This seems as though it would be a rather easy game, however if you select a ball in the wrong sequence, you can’t win.
Game frozen
The game is FROZEN on the intro where it loads. Fix it! So annoying to keep watching that stupid ball just spin and spin when it gets to the other side! 🤬🤬🤬
Won’t open
Did bronze, when I got to silver level 99 only had couple of hours left to play, so I didn’t get far enough. Now back to bronze and I’m at number 1 but now the game won’t open. Will wait to try later if still not working, I’ll just delete the game. Disappointed, liked the game.
Game fix *Updated review* 7/28/24
3 days in of playing the game freezes up to where it won’t open anymore, I delete it, re-download it and play it randomly for about 3 more days, freezes up again. Something is wrong. Now I gotta delete it a second time. Please fix! I want to play it but can’t download game again until it’s fixed?! UPDATE: don’t know if you fixed the bug, but the first three times the game froze I was using the garage and collecting cash and ball collection. This time, I have not gone into those sections of the game and it has not frozen up on me at the same point and it’s been about a week. Just wanted to point out the area that might be causing the problem.

Came on this app page looking for a bug fix. After a certain level game will not load. Reinstalled, game played for a few levels and quit again. Need a fix please!
PLEASE FIX THE GAME
I love this game but when I try to open the game, it never really starts. The ball just keeps spinning. So I uninstalled it and reinstalled it but it is still doing the same thing. Guys I might look for another game that’s similar.

Freezes
After playing a few games, it completely freezes up and never starts again. I really like this game, but not enough to keep deleting the app and reinstalling it in hopes that it will work again.

Hidden behind tabs
I’ve gotten to lever 96. However, I’m unable to continue playing due to balls being hidden behind the tabs at the bottom! I can’t touch them to roll the balls. PLEASE fix this!! I very much enjoy playing and have also paid to not have adds. I would greatly appreciate the fix asap!!!

Like the app but level 94 cannot be completed😩. The boosters are hiding one of the balls. Three times the app would not open. I had to delete the app and start all over. If the app is reinstalled, the last completed level should be reinstated.
