Merge Puzzle
It's always a fun game. I decided to play to get bonus points with my Capital One Shopper Rewards.
Problem with this game app
I keep buying the “shuffle for amazing results” and the “diamond activate pass” and so many others including gems deal and they take my money without my rewards. I have been writing to the support team and nothing has been done to fix their app or refund my money. It’s frustrating and annoying
It doesn’t work now
I loved this game at first . But now I can’t play it . It doesn’t work anymore.. I deleted the game and Iinstalled it again but it still doesn’t work….

Cheating game
I’m ok with paying to play games. They provide a service that should be compensated. What I’m not ok with is games that change the rules as they go in order to make you spend as much money as possible. This game is built on the principles of statistics, but the generators statistics change depending on the items in the order you’re trying to fill. If you’re trying to build to a common item, all of a sudden you’ll get ten in a row of the extremely rare items. It’s unfortunate, without this flaw based on the designers’ greed it would be a fun game and I would have spent continued to spend money on it. A game isn’t fun if the rules constantly change to put you at the greatest possible disadvantage. Real life is frustrating enough, I don’t need to pay to experience more of it.

Skip this game
I love merge games but after the last card challenge ended, hundreds of unused stars just disappeared. Unlike other games that automatically convert them to usable credits or chests, they just go even tho you often spend real money earning them. This game is ads on ads on ads just to move ahead slightly. Skip it and play something else that actually values your time and money.

Energy refills too slow. Making it a two minute game. Which I do not like. 5 stars if they fix that. I would even but their pass if I could get the energy to refill faster. Its just like the other merge games.
Crash!
What happened to the game? I just updated it and some messages appear on screen telling new sticker packs arrive on new event and don’t go away. Please fix it

Terrible Support - Lost 3.5 Years of Progress (Level 600+)
I have been a loyal player of 'Merge Away!' for 3.5 years and reached level 600+, investing over 1,000,000 energy. Due to a cloud sync bug on iOS, my entire progress was lost. I have contacted support via in-game chat and emailed my User ID (B7Yox4miuENj8XRk4fBSbiiBSZP2) multiple times, but I am being completely ignored. It is highly unfair to treat a long-time dedicated user this way. Please check my emails and restore my account or provide proper compensation, otherwise, I am deleting the game permanently!

What’s with the ads?
I downloaded this game a year ago from hamster Lombard and absolutely loved it. What I loved especially was the fact that you could watch ads to get some things needed. No disturbance….. or so I thought. This game has become a nuisance, playing ads literally in the middle of merging and not for any rewards. It’s annoying and makes me close the app immediately. Ads should only be for rewards and not to be forced down our throats

Fun but …
I actually love this game but I can’t spend any money to play. So that leaves me waiting and waiting. Not Fun!!! I would prefer to Be able to watch ads to keep playing. It allows this a few times then I am back to waiting. I am old and tend to forget to go back. Please fix this !!! Thanks!
Not enough spots/too many items
The amount of “must keep” items that aren’t for orders is really high! I am constantly deleting things to free up spots which wastes my energy. The game would be fun if I wasn’t constantly trying to fit 10 items into 5 free spots. Will probably delete.
Takes a lot of time
A somewhat entertaining game if you don’t have anything else to do. It has taken a lot of time and patience but I am on your side Chapter 4.

Love love love to occupy my time with this game just wish some objects were easier to get, sometimes it take me over a day to generate an object but heyyyy overall this game is a fun challenge!
Boring
I really enjoyed this game up until a few months ago, when I’ve not been able to complete orders as the items needed I just can’t get. I’ve lost the enjoyment in the game, I’ve tried to contact customer service but I’ve had no reply back, will be deleting soon.
Inbox rewards
Can someone please contact me, I’ve been playing this game earning money thru inbox rewards and I got to level 43 last night and although it says credits in 9 days for the $30 payment it’s not actually on their pending not did it register for me to get the email.

Game lags badly
I like this game but it lags badly and you can’t reinstall it without losing your points. Can this be fixed?
Good game but too many bugs
I initially enjoyed this game after downloading it, but the constant crashes makes it somewhat unplayable. I spend more time trying to get the chapter to load than getting any actual game time and when it does load the game will crash at random moments losing my progress when I go back to it. Which is a shame really because it has potential but needs a lot of development.
Decent enough
Decent enough game. Doesn’t overload you with ads, but they do that annoying thing every game is doing where they want you to collect cards — and the cards are AI generated slop. Makes you wonder where else they’re slacking.

Need better ways to get free energy. Also, the rate the the items produce their secondary parts need to be increased. Other than that, solid game.
Needs a Couple of Updates
Overall, it’s a fun game, but I have gotten frustrated with a couple of things lately. I reported/suggested one via chat, and although they gave me a free item, it doesn’t resolve the issue long term. 1) If you are moving a maxed out sticker of a scissors or joker, and you drop it on top of an item that can be cut it leveled up, it automatically does it. There should be a pop-up option, asking to confirm if you want to use that particular sticker on that item. 2) Likewise, you should be able to stack multiple stickers like that together. All they do is take up space on your board or in your storage box. Maybe have like a maximum of five that you can have stacked at one time of each item, and if you use one, it reduces that count from 5 to 4. Just a couple of thoughts to improve the gameplay.
Fix bugs!!!
I can’t even complete a chapter with out the screen going white and it constantly reloading. Please fix this issue.

Rarity Challenge
I contacted support about a possible glitch in the Radio generator at level 108 after spending over a week and nearly a thousand energy trying to get one music note. Support said it’s not a glitch—notes are just intentionally rare. Unfortunately, the extreme rarity makes the game feel more tedious than fun.
